We purchased about 1000 sq ft of hardwood which we were planning to install throughout our second floor. We installed the hardwood in 2 bedrooms, and we planned to install the rest of the floor once some other renovations were completed. After having the floor for about 5 months we came to the realization that it was way too soft, and our dogs nails had already scratched the floor. So we decided we needed to use a harder wood for the remainder of the second floor. We assumed that we couldn’t return the floor at that point, and figured we would take a significant loss ($2500) on the wood we already purchased.I ended up calling the corporate office to ask about their return policy, and they confirmed that there was only a 90 day window for returns, and outside of that, it was up to the individual store. When I called the Woburn store, they were really easy to work with, and agreed to allow us to exchange the floor. They did not need to do that, and the fact that they did speaks volumes about their costumer service. We will be purchasing all of our hardwood at LL Flooring in the future.Note: We installed the floor ourselves, so we do not have experience with their installation.

Horrible experience using LL. They installed a floor in my basement, including leveling the site with concrete. Within two days, it was clear they had not leveled the floor appropriately and the floor began to expand and buckle. They fixed it, but in about 2 weeks the same issue came back. At that point they began to hide behind their product warrant and installer warranty and refused to fix the floor. They dragged me on for four months with trying to provide a resolution, but ultimately told me they could not cover anything. Incredibly poor customer experience - slow response time. Do not use!

Showroom is clean and always the chance to find a great deal on closeout products!

They need to change their Best Price Guarantee slogan to Worst Price Guarantee. Both product and labor quotes were higher than competitors, just make sure you check out HomeDepot, Lowes, FloorDecor, National Direct for similar product price. Make sure you read their installation contractor reviews, I was not impressed with the contractors that came in for assessment.

I had 3 rooms a hallway 3 closets and a set of stairs that all had carpeting on them for many yearsSo all were replaced with laminate flooring everyone except the stairs which were done with hardwood John and jason from Bm flooring did the work and i couldnt be happier They were professional and did a great job and left the place clean Would recommend them to anyone and also Lumbar Liquadators everyone i dealt with was great

Couldnt get any of the 3 working to get off their chair to help me pick out flooring. Once I asked one enough questions he read the label on the sample I was looking at. Not good.

I was told i would get my flooring over a week ago, eveytime i speak to someone the day keeps changing. I even got an email asking me how the product was before it was delivered.... when asked why its taking so long the resason I was told was that we dont have enough orders and the truck that delivers it is not full.... I have workers ready for a week now and have been sleeping in the livingroom since the flooring is going in the bedroom. This is something i paid for already too.

GREAT staff

The salesman was a jerk. Gave no help.Every question was like pulling teeth. I felt like I was putting him out. Spent 7000 + on flooring and the stuff is junk. Finish is coming off and just walking on it marks it up. I have major buyers regret. Very disappointed.

Definately recommend this lumber liquidators location because of their excellent customer service, as well as product. James (the manager) has been a terrific help through the process of me redoing my hardwood floors. I strongly recommend Lumber liquidators and especially the Woburn location!

Looked at a bunch of stores online and in person and Lumber Liquidators was the best value and selection.Everyone was very nice from purchasing to pick up. This location closes at 7 pm, with my work schedule the only time I could come was 630. I showed up without help ( Im 51 with no muscle) and Ryan ( I hope I remember his name right) was extremely helpful. He helped me load the flooring (by help I mean did 90% of work) with a smile even though it was the end of his work day and I probably prolonged his closing process. They also offer a 30 day price match for their sales in case you didnt buy enough which is nice. Was recommended here by a friend and will def be using them for future projects. Thanks Ryan!

Stay far, far away. Bad wood is one thing, but the terrible terrible service made a bad situation worse. They held up my addition project 2 months, and broken promise after broken promise, I had to go elsewhere.They claim to sell 1st quality hardwood. They may, but the stuff they sent me was junk. They admitted it was junk. I had to beg them to exchange it, make it right, etc. They did not want to take it back. Service was rude. They kept saying they would call me, never did. I made 5 trips to their store before the situation was finally resolved, but I was out my time, and the project was delayed. They finally took it back, but only after dozens of phone calls and several emails. AND I had to pick up and deliver it my self.The wood delivery was delayed 2x, and when it arrived it was warped and water damaged. Lumber Liquidators admitted the wood was bad, just did not want to do anything about it. When I returned it, they guaranteed they would order a new batch, I waited several more weeks, and they delivered the same warped batch as I returned!!! Warped left, right, up and down. could not stay nailed down. tounges could not go into grooves. Sat in the room for a week. pre-finished, looks like it got wet.Nightmare. Should be forced to shut their doors.

The store is great and people working at the store are great but people responsible for $$$ dont value customers. Had to make half a dozen calls to get my money back for services that were never performed.
