My Neighbor was having a tree taken down. They broke my Fence I had up. Its not a real fence but I did this fence myself and it took lots of time to do and my Dogs need the yard. This is my property. They said they would come back to fix it and they said it was fixed its not fixed doesnt look like it did before they got there! This is very disrespectful. Oh I will be sure not to call them if I have any trees that need to be taken down! I have this on Camera as well and I did call the Police so its all on file!

Scheduling and communication are problems with this company. Never shows up on time for an appointment, seldom on the day of the appointment. Never a phone call. Would not use this service again and would not recommend. Very frustrating, steer clear.

I unfortunately paid in full up front for a discount on the job. App completed most of job and suddenly pulled out the crew leaving cleanup unfinished, holes in the lawn and shrub pruning totally undone. App promised several times to finish the job, but never showed up so I filed a complaint with the AGs Office.

I have to admit I was a little hesitant at first when I saw the reviews but once I met with Ed and saw the work he did I couldn’t wait to post a review.I called for an estimate and he called to let me know he would be a little later than expected. Once he got here he took his time looking at the job and made sure he heard all of my concerns.He said the work would begin the following day once he received half the full payment as a deposit. He gave me copies of his insurance policies.He and his crew showed up at 1030 the next morning and all 3 of my giant trees were down (BY HAND!!!) by 630.His crew was super synchronized (Incredible to watch) friendly and polite. They even moved items they thought may get damaged.5 out of 5 would recommend.

Customer paid in full to have trees removed. They came and didnt finish the job. There were multiple promises to come back but after chasing them for weeks they have not returned. Last week, they said it would take 5 minutes to come back and finish. Promised to come back and never did. Now they Dont answer the phone or return calls. The customer is a client of mine and is an elderly woman. Seems like this business prayed on her vulnerability and chose to keep her money, ignore her, and not finish the work.

They were cutting some trees in my neighborhood and Kevin from App came over and asked me if I needed some work done. I did so we walked around and marked the trees to cur town and the ones to prune. We wrote it out on a contract and signed for a fair price. They came over that afternoon and did the cutting and pruning and came by the next morning and hauled away all the trees and branches. They were awesome! I recommend App free service very highly.

Ed and his crew did a great job, pricing was very fair cleanup was very professional, will definitely use there services in the future

Set up times twice for wood delivery, waited between the hours they stated and never showed. Moving on to another company
