They always hook you up with mountain passes for different mountains and for the kids, its awesome to be able to turn in their gear and get new gear for a discount. Nice guys and very knowledgeable.Last year my wife bought a pair of ski boots from S&S. She has a difficult to fit foot but they were able to set her up with a pair of boots that were comfortable and warm.They also knew enough to push back a bit. She complained of a bit of tightness in a spot. They suggested she ski in the boots a couple of days and reminded her that the lower two buckles should barely be tightened.After a couple of days the problem resolved itself. Had they ground or pressed out the area before she skid it, the boots would now be looser than they needed to be. Nice job.Nice guys - this year came upon a fantastic deal on a pair of close out skis for my wife at a store in NH. It was just good fortune. A close out on the right skis in the right size at the right time. I wanted to get the bindings mounted before we came up but didnt know the boot sole length since the boots were stored up in NH. I called S&S and told them the situation. They acknowledged that we got a great deal on the skis and were able to look into their point of sale system to get me the boot model and size. From that they gave me the boot sole length.Again - nice guys. Very competent. Im a very happy customer.

Guys working here are surprisingly knowledgeable, the selection is large,although oriented a bit towards consumer level. If you are not into skiing and need decent equipment, for an ok price with some advice, this is it. If you are a ski pro, this is not it.

Horrible service, very rude personnel. Will try to sell you the MOST expensive things. Sales will be lying to you if they dont know anything about the product and it is true in all cases. If you dont like your job just quit no need to be attacking customers because they know what they want! Unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. Would NOT recommend to deal with them!
