VERY nice people. Reasonable to dock, tougher with a sleeper. All drivers side, need to drive past the office, turn around, go into office for door assignment, go back halfway to Wildwood, turn around to get driver side setup for your door. Dont park at office next to tracks out of courtesy to others.Bridge over 128/I95 on Washington Street has weight limit of 34 tons.If heavy loaded approaches to Tighe:128/I95 Southbound take Exit 36 for Washington St, Woburn Reading. At lights at bottom of ramp take left onto Industrial St, go 1/2 mile over rail track bridge, at SBLI building and lights turn left onto Mishawum. Go over 128/I95 and turn left onto Olympia. Go 2 or 3 blocks, turn right onto Wildwood, go 2 buildings (on the left) and turn left onto long drive way to TIGHE.128I95 Northbound take Exit 36 for Washington St toward Woburn/Reading and immediately tricky right turn onto Olympia Ave.Leaving heavy going 128/I95 North, turn right onto Wildwood, right onto Olympia and tricky left onto Washington and immediately left onto ramp to128/I95 Northbound.Leaving heavy going 128/I95 Southbound, turn right onto Wildwood, left onto Olympia, right onto Mishawum, right at the end onto Industria then 1/2 mile to ramp 128/I95 Southbound.

Gate opens at 6 am. You can park on the right side of the entrance but dont block gate. Unloading was good, about 2 hours, 5 stars on space, overall 2 stars because they make you stand or sit on an pallet inside warehouse while they Unload.

Worst place ever. 12 hours and counting waiting to get unloaded.....Actually writing my review while Im still waiting for a door. Just to see if Im kept waiting until six pm... That would be 24 hours waiting 🤷👎👎👎

Not enough room for big trucks. Didnt even clean turning place from the snow

Picked up Amazon Robotics ...fast loading ...yard is a little tight...no overnight parking

No over night parking. No way to check in early than your appointment.Amazon send me conformation with 1pm appoitment BUT when check in they told me that my appoitment is for 5pm. Leave the company loaded at 8pm. Not satisfied with the organization

Truckers make sure have your delivery app # The lady on desk is very nice.But low stars for!!!!! it is 2019 come on and still wants the driver to stand by the dock for over 45 mins while unloadingThat is tiring.

Loud as can be. Run trains idle for hours in the middle of the night. Do not use!

Company runs trains from 10 pm to 5 am. Back to back. From what I read, company refuses to work with residents about noise and vibration. If you care about community and how a company interacts with its neighbors, choose another place to transport goodsEDIT Dont believe their community service propaganda. Vice President Richard Evans wouldnt even speak to me on the phone to discuss the matter.

Professional staff. Cared about product condition & weight distribution. Tight to get into & no overnight parking.
