Needed to find a new jeweler in the area and so glad I came across this shop. On both visits they have really exceeded expectations and made me feel valued even as a new customer. You can tell the way they talk with their clients, many of them seem repeat and they do a nice job for them. They helped with a watch resizing and fixing a chain, both done quickly and well. Glad to have this ship as part of Woburn!

I went to Harry’s jewelry on the recommendation of my sister. I am so happy I did. Harry and his son are very honest - very respectful and very fair. I had some jewelry repaired and they did a great job. I felt so comfortable and trusted them so much that I left one of my most precious piece of jewelry - my engagement ring with Harry to repair at his store. It came our beautiful!!! I had gone to another Jewlers that was recommended and the Jewlers in Burlington completely screwed up my rings... I had read many great reviews on Harry’s on a FB Woburn site and decided to bring my jewelry there to be fixed from the last guyHARRYS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!!!! I was so so happy!!! They fixed my rings they put a safety on my pearls and I’m so happy with the exceptional job they did!!! Price was extremely fair as well!! Honestly, I do not know why I havent left a review before today. However, not only does Harry have a great selection and great prices, but he is an extremely respectable kind man. Ive lived in the area for years and growing up I would walk over to get watch links taken out or necklaces fixed and not once did Harry ever take my money. Although it would of been cheap anyway, as a child, that extra 10$ every time made my day. I will always shop at Harrys. I went there with trust excited that after 35 years my jeweler in boston retired .My daughter and i found Harrys Jewelers i was happy i didnt have any idea that my feelings would get so hurt and i would be crying every time i talked thought abought what happened. im not saying that everybody will feel or what happen to me will happen to you!!
