If there is an option, I would give zero stars. I have ordered through grabbull and even after 2 hrs, the restaurant have n’t started preparing the food and when I called grabbull, they simply said sorry and we will make sure it would not happen in future but I saw earlier reviews, seems like no corrective and preventive actions taken to address this issue at all.

It happened many times when I got so busy with kids and family at home that I dont have energy to cook at home. Grabull was such a time saver to get the food delivered quick. I am delighted to use their service as food is delivered on time.

Ordered delivery took over 1.5 hours. Ordered pickup and followed their time guidance and the restaurant had not even started my food when I went 30 mins later to pick it up

Good value for the money spent. Their are always discounts and offers from Grabull and the best thing is you earn rewards on placing order. Great work guys....U rock!!!

Whenever there was an issue with my order Grabull just corrected it. If any item was not available they issued me a refund for that the very next day. I am really happy with Grabull customer support and their service. Will surely use them again and will recommend to all.

I would give it zero starts if possible. I added delivery to my order within 5 minutes of ordering, which I had to do by phone. The place we ordered from was literally across the street, but we didnt want to stop our meeting and though it would arrive within the estimated 15 minutes. It took over 2 hours and there was no apology, no refund. Nothing, but an explanation that adding delivery 5 minutes later resulted in more than a 90 minute delay. NEVER USE Grabull.

Ive ordered from Grabull many times. I greatly appreciate the convenience that they offer. I enjoy seeing new restaurants pop up on their selection tool and also always go back to old favorites.My normal orders go smoothly. I make my selections pay, the drivers actually find my home, and Im eating within a reasonable amount of time. Its pretty convenient!

This is a really sketchy service. I ordered food on their website and couple of days later someone used my credit card to make purchases online. How do I know it’s grabulll? Well, I accidentally typed my name wrong when ordering with them, and the unauthorized purchase was made in my name with that same typo! Interesting, right? It is also surprising that others have experienced the same thing after using grabull. Avoid this place and just call the restaurant and pay there!

I ordered food from a Restaurant but for some reason the restaurant didnt make my food on time. I called Grabull customer service and they issued me a refund right away and also gave me a credit in my Grabull account to use for future order. I really liked their prompt service.

Im sure most people are aware that these types of delivery services try to rip you off as hard as possible. Grabull is no exception, tacking on $12 of extra fees of a $50 order between the delivery fee and altering the taxes from $3.69 to $9.69 with a tax and fee charge. While ridiculous, that is the price of being lazy. The reason I felt compelled to review them was that they stole part of my tip from the driver. The receipt that was attached shows from my $7 tip, only $4.55 was provided to them. I will be avoiding any establishment which utilizes their delivery services in the future.

I dont have a problem with Grabull at all. I ordered from a restaurant one day and the place wasnt answering and they sent me a message as well as refunded my money right away.I dont order as much from the different restaurants anymore but that is not due to Grabull its because the delivery prices can be a little steep that is tacked onto an order.For me I have only had good experiences with them and I will continue to use them.As always...

Using Grabull was such a life saver!!! I was so happy to know that there is delivery service from Restaurants. I ordered very frequently from Grabull and always recieved my food hot and right on time.

Grabull had the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I accidentally ordered to the wrong address but the Grabull customer service was willingly and happy to change the address and update the restaurant before the order was delivered. I am really happy with them and will definitely use their services again.

There is a convenience fee that will only show up after you hit place order. It is not a lot but make you doubt the companys integrity. Wont use again.

I have been using Grabull for over a few months now. I have always been delighted with the selection of restaurants and the service. I have noticed a couple of new recent changes that you may be interested in.The restaurant selection is getting bigger and more diverse. You can get almost any type of ethnic food as well as a good old American steak, sub or burger. The menus are up to date and nothing appears to be off limits for delivery. If its on the online menu, you can order it.My favorite restaurant to order from these days is Felcaro Pizzeria. I am slowly making my way through the menu and it has all been awesome!

Id just like to mention real quick that its quite obvious almost every single negative review is fake. The bots have only a single contribution (which is negative reviewing this restaurant), they have no profile picture, they type in broken English, they always have all lowercase names, and some of the more recent reviewers even name and shame others.Grabull as a delivery service is fantastic! I end up saving the most money using Grabull over Grubhub. The communication is fantastic as well! Food comes when expected and I just love the feeling of saving money in general. I would highly suggest using Grabull if you want to have food delivered quick and cheap!EDIT: it seems like one of the bots have commented on my review. Grabull is THE BEST food delivery service and it is not even close. Have literally ordered from them many times, and only once were they late with an order. They were late by about 20 minutes, but then compensated for everything -- and went above and beyond in the process. Discounts on meal, free second delivery -- and all I can say is that it was just exemplary and awesome customer service.

Grabull is always on time. The food is always warm. The people are always polite. The food is always correct. I havent had one problem ordering food with Grabull.

Poke Citys -Really tasty poke! Fresh fish and refreshingly traditional ingredients. I really appreciate their effort and quality! The ahi tuna bowl was delicious- including mango that is actually ripe and a yummy ginger sauce. Great seaweed salad, bonito flakes, and furikake also set this place apart.

Rather than give me info that should be made available to me, he said he didn’t have access to my card info, completely going against what he previously claimed. His solution was to credit my grabull account due to the (nonexistent) issues with my credit card. Though money would have been preferable because I wouldn’t want to go through them again I knew this was my only option, but when looking to confirm with him they’d credit the account, he wouldn’t respond to me. I attempted to log onto my account only to learn my email was unrecognizable. he took my money, deleted my account and ghosted me like a chickens**t thief.

I havent been ordering from Grabull for too long, but every time weve ordered so far (4 times) our experience has been great! The food has always been delivered ahead of the wait time given to us, which is nice.

Well this company is best to save money, i tried to order food with another company called doordash and they charge 18% doordash fee and 5$ delivery and they want tips too on 20$ food i will pay nearly 10$ extra, and same food on grabull 20$ makes me pay 18$ GRABULL IS BEST TO USE, i shared a photo to prove my point . order with grabull

Food from Shan A Punjab has always been fantastic. We usually do delivery or takeout and we have never had the food arrive late or cold...highly reccomend

My credit card info was stolen two days after using their service. I had to cancel my credit card and the bank opened a fraud investigation in order to dispute the $1,750.00 charge to my account.

0 for sure, they raise up the price of each menu they got from the restaurant, and steal more of your money from the Meals Tax part which seems illegal. what a dirty trick! Be aware of those fake reviews! :(

This is the 2nd time I have used grabull. The 1st time the order was incorrect but still edible (I blame the restaurant though) but food arrived within time window given. 2nd time order was correct and it was delivered 20 minutes versus the 45-55 min time I was originally given. I will continue to use them and hope they add more restaurants in my zip code 63128

Garbage, I placed an order for pick up got there at the specified time and the restaurant didnt even receive our order. Then when they finally did get our order, items were missing. Reached out to Grabull customer service and they are trying to blame the restaurant then stopped responding. Also a colleague of mine ordered a delivery and never received their order. I will not be using Grabull again and will not recommend it.

We used this service to have dinner at our house. Nothing went wrong, everything was perfect, the delivery was within 30 mins for 2 dinners (value over $60) and the food (even the ice cream) arrived fresh and hot (or cold) as it needed to be.

Seriously would give NO Stars if I could. I used my debit card to place a food order, within a minute or two I received a call from my bank. My debit card was compromised!!! I had not used it anywhere previously... so you tell me!!!!

They came to our restaurant look so sketchy so one of my help decided to look them up there are so many recent 1 star review so i decided to call them just to have conversation immediately what they said is exactly what everyone had warn on here, my advise is do not trust them
