I have been in business for over 30 years and it is rare to find a person or company you can count on like Dustpipe. In the past 5 years I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars on the wrong dust collectors. I reached out and spoke with Bryan about our project. In short time you could tell that Bryan is an expert in this industry. He asked that I draft a quick drawing of what I was looking to have built. From this drawing Bryan was able to prepare a competitive quote on what was needed to fabricate and what system was best for our use. In just over a weeks time from my first contact, Bryans installation team was at my facility installing a 100% made in the USA collector they built. I was also extremely happy to see a USA gold Baldor motor. His installers were well trained, courteous, clean, timely, in uniform and did an excellent job. I wanted to write this review as I didnt want anyone to discount this great company because of poor posted reviews. The experience I had was great and I could not be happier. It would be a shame if you are looking for a dust collection solution and you didnt give Bryan and his team a shot.

CEO of this company denied a grieving mother from walking in the Woburn Lions Club parade with a Memorial banner. Why? Because the child was murdered and a prime suspect has a relative in the Lions Club. Absolutely disgraceful the way Bryan Murphy replied to this mother via email. Over a year has passed since his death and there is still no justice for Noah. His murderer is still walking free and enjoying their family. Justice needs to be served.

Would never do business with this company. He denied a local woman/family from walking in the lions club parade. She wanted to hold up a banner for her son Noah. He was totally disrespectful in a email. No one should ever have to suffer losing a child, let alone getting treated like this. Her son was murdered at 15 months old. #justicefornoah

Absolutely terrible. Owner was rude and dismissive when I called in for a quote.Why go with a company that wont give you the time of day?
