I just finished all of my laser hair removal treatments at Advanced Laser & Skin Center and the service and facility are both phenomenal. I had the same RN do all of my treatments (which according to my friends is not always the norm at other places) which was FANTASTIC because I felt so much more comfortable and got to build a relationship. I was also more comfortable knowing she was a registered nurse and not just licensed in laser alone. I had Jeanna and she is amazing I cant say enough good things about her. She always asked me about work and remembered little details that made my visits fun. I never had to wait for my appointment and usually taken as soon as I walked in, even if I was early. The place is spotless. I would recommend Advanced to anyone looking into laser hair removal. It was the best decision I ever made and the result showed after only 2 treatments and were 10 times better then I expected.

This place did a great job with my spider veins. They took their time and my legs look great. I have a few more sessions left to get more removed but you cant believe what a difference in my legs! I am very happy with the results and the lasers they used to remove the spider veins. Francine was great!

I have been a long time client of another medical spa. I decided to try Advanced Laser because its around the corner from my son and I could visit. I live an hour away. I am so happy I tried this med spa. The equipment is fantastic, the staff couldnt be nicer and professional and the services they offer have such a wide range. Sometimes I feel like a traditional facial vs laser. I had a hydra facial and all I can say this is a deep cleaning, exfoliating treatment that you only need maybe 4 times per year. I am so happy with Advanced Laser. So far Iv only had Kathy N. for various treatments but have been helped by others on the staff.

Ive been going to the Framingham center for treatment for the past 2 years. Since they switched the laser machine about a year ago the results are phenomenal. No need to use gel prior to applying the laser anymore. Its fast, its clean and most of all its very effective. With this new laser you require less treatments than before. This was the best money I ever spent. I cannot remember what a razor looks like and no more painful waxing or electrolysis. The employees are courteous and friendly.

My first experience with laser hair removal was with my dermatologist. For convenience and savings, I researched a number of hair removal centers. My dermatologist worked with me to compile a list of questions, including the type of machines to avoid. Advanced Laser in Woburn was the third center I contacted. The office is clean and inviting. The care is professional and, as stated in their name, advanced. My technician is Debby. She is wonderful!

My fiance and I went together. He got botox and fillers and they helped me with my dark spots. The center is very accommodating and worked late Saturday night so my fiance could make his appointment since he was driving up from CT. We have gone there three times and the results have been fantastic. They are definitely professional and are experienced in what they are doing. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for that type of corrective work.

I undergo laser hair removal on both my lip and underarms with Barbara at Advanced Laser and Skin Center. I couldnt say enough great things about them. Very accommodating to your schedule if you need to change an appointment. I went to Advanced Laser & Skin Center in the hopes of rejuvenating my sun damaged skin. I had a consultation with Debbie and we discussed treatments that would help with my uneven complexion. Debbie suggested a series of treatments to address my complexion concerns; oxygen facial, a light chemical peel targeted toward evening out skin tone, and finally, a VI peel. All of the treatments were great and I saw my skin progressively improve. Debbie encouraged feedback about the treatments and tailored the treatments as we saw results.Debbie encouraged me to call her if I had any concerns about any of the treatments. I didnt need to call because she did a great job explaining how my skin would behave after the peels.I feel that the staff at Advanced Laser and Skin Center are knowledgable professionals that provide effective treatments and products, and a very high level of customer service.

I highly recommend Advanced Laser & Skin Care. This fine establishment has been caring for me since November 2009 and I could not be more pleased with the services that I received. I have been to many different places over the years for similar treatments and this is my go to place. The value for my money is well worth it. Furthermore, I know that I am getting the best treatments possible - and, those that I truly need. It was the sheer honestly of Kathy Nagel who convinced me to switch from one more costly treatment, which was not as effective as another approach, to the other treatment. When I realized that she was offering me her best professional judgment I knew that I would rely upon her and her expertise forever. She was right. I started a series of Fraxel treatments and the results were incredible and even though the price was more expensive at the outset - in the long run I saved a great deal of money by making the investment in the far more effective treatment. That is simply one example. Under the ownership of Francine, you cannot expect to be treated better, and in a more professional manner, than when you interact with her. After 5 years I can say this with great confidence. Enjoy!

Ive had a few treatments at Advanced Laser & Skin Center - facials with Ellen were amazing. I saw improvement with my skin as you would all good facial regimens.Other treatments that I have had are injections - both for the 11s on the forehead area and the ( ) - smile lines?I have had a couple of injections for the 11s and the results arent yet what I thought they would be. Not sure how many times I need to continue to see the optimum results but Ill be making another attempt which will be my 3rd. You know the saying 3 times is a charm, right? Ive also had Radiesse to fill the ( ) on the face and near the side of my mouth. The results are supposed to be instant and much more noticeable than the other type injection however, I am a bit disappointment that I dont see a lot of improvement in the areas than I thought I would and its quite costly.Lastly, I tried was the newly offered Body Wraps which are herbal wraps. I had the wraps applied on my thighs however the process and wrap was very uncomfortable. You are wrapped in a thin paper like wrap soaked in herbals and then wrapped in plastic - seriously wrapped in saran wrap. If you use it on you thighs, its very difficult to walk, sit, drive, etc. without the wrap moving and falling. I wouldnt try that again.

Although I usually see Barbara, I have had treatments with several operators, all skilled and personable.Francine is so forward thinking, there are always new displays or information to keep me in the know.My visits are less frequent than in the past (less need), but I always leave in an up tempo mood. The reassurance that treatments are safe, and hygiene is A+, makes new innovative treatments that are offered much more of a consideration.I comfortably can endorse services offered at Advances Laser and Skin Center.

I went to the Advanced Laser and Skin Center using the Groupon to get a facial. The salon is nice and clean. There was a mix up with my appointment and the staff seemed annoyed that they have to reschedule, even though it was not my fault. I am sure it is possible to get a 5 star service, but I didnt receive that and I doubt I will be coming back.

They are an absolute place to go to if you have ZERO idea about the laser treatments. They take the time to explain the types of laser and what will work best with you skin. The pain after the laser is also minimal and they help out by applying the cortizone cream to help relieve the pain.I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get the hair off their skin. This is the place to go !!!

I have been getting laser hair removal treatments here and theres no comparison to the other centers Ive been to. The treatments are shorter, the results last longer, and there is absolutely no pain during the procedure or irritation afterwards. I went with them because they were close to my house and also the fact that they are open on evenings. Do you ever buy a Groupon and feel like the employees look down on you when you use them? Well, dont worry, because they arent like that at Advanced Laser & Skin Center, they were just as nice and accommodating as if I had paid full price.I had Ellen as my laser tech and she was awesome! She was very nice to me and to my son as well, who came along with me to all of my appointments, she was always sure to find him some smaller protective glasses to keep him safe.I will definitely go back whenever I need a touch up on my laser.

Ive always had a positive experience at the salon. Ive only taken part in their facial services and loved each one. A very big part for returning to Advanced Laser & Skin is that my skin looks great right after the service and weeks to come. At least here, my skin does not errupt after the facial - wish I could say the same of other salons. Did I not have to switch out the strong chemical dark green packets for the light green?And who caught that mistake? ME!! Because I had to call corporate. And did you actually have the appropriate post care that required 5 packets in stock? Nope!! Thats the point at which you decided to switch the story that I had gotten a different procedure because you didnt have the appropriate post care in stock.For the record, the corporate office of the manufacturer was so disturbed by how poorly their instructions were followed that they ASKED ME FOR THE NAME OF YOUR BUSINESS to follow up and correct protocol. I never received appropriate post care instructions - the esthetician was literally reading the instructions of of the sheet in front me, as though it was the first time she had seen them.And your nurses/owner tried to tell me to wait until the next day to get a response for a major procedure. I think you clearly were hoping if you ignored me, I would just leave - or eventually believe your lies. It wasnt until I insisted on getting a response that I got any assistance.The women were unapologetic and completely disrespectful. I did ask several times for my record in person, and a woman said that I couldnt see it. I just didnt want to argue and didnt press the issue much further. And you initially charged me double instead of refunding me before the mistake was corrected.The fact that you have still refused to admit that you did indeed perform the procedure incorrectly by adding products not sanctioned by the manufacturer, and gave me the incorrect post care products and instructions, and refused to simply apologize, is EXACTLY my concern.ORIGINAL: Absolutely TERRIBLE!The aesthetician (who was 20 minutes late) performed a different procedure than the one that was initially requested without informing me (I still do not know up until now what was applied). She also added in steps not sanctioned by the treatment manufacturer. I only discovered the discrepancy when reviewing the post care materials and products. I have an academic background in medicine/science (which they didnt know), and recognized some ingredients that are known to worsen and exacerbate my condition.I had to call the corporate offices of the treatment manufacturer, who explained to me what SHOULD have been provided to me. They warned me to absolutely NOT use the product I had been provided due to potential negative reactions + chemical burns. When I returned the owner tried to BS me and lie that I had actually received the correct products. She then tried to switch the story as to what treatment had been performed.I refused to accept their continuous string of lies (for over 40 minutes!), at which point they had to contact regional officials for the manufacturer who confirmed that I had been right all along! They simply thought that they could lie and refuse to admit that they had made a severe mistake, which could have caused permanent damage. They kept me waiting in the lobby and were rude and dismissive. One woman even had the audacity to call me arrogant, simply for expressing concerns over my skins health. Quite frankly, I dont think they had the appropriate product in stock at all, but were too greedy, money-hungry, and cocky to admit it.These people showed me NO regard for customer service or satisfaction. They didnt follow company-provided protocols in my case. They couldnt even tell me for sure what treatment I received! Completely unprofessional!

I went to Advanced Laser and Skin Center for Botox, Radiesse, and a facial. The injectionist, Kathy was awesome. I would work with her again in a heart beat. The center is owner operated and involved so nothing falls through the cracks. I did go for a facial and it was less than stellar - given the quality of the other services I had performed on me.

I have been going to Advanced Laser for over four years and will not go anywhere else (other locations over charge and the technicians do not seem experienced enough to know how to use the equipment to the fullest advantage)!Francine, the owner is very knowedgeable regarding the appropriate treatments for your skin and is also a Registered Nurse. All of the staff have advanced education in medical esthetics. The location itself is beautilful and modern looking, the treatment rooms are private and nicely decorated. The staff are very friendly.A newer treatment is the VENUS FREEZE!!!! It works! I have lost inches in my abdomen and upper arms, the skin is tight and it appears that any cellulite dimples are either gone, or smoothed down. My abdomen is youthful looking and my arms do not have a jiggle. I am thrilled and my husband is very pleased!other treatments received are IPL, and Fraxel tightening, both have worked wonders to remove sun damage to my face, chest and arms and offer significant tightening to my jowls!!I highly recommend Advanced Laser!
