My for ever gym. But theyre definitely need more equipments and increase the weight in the dumbells. The heaviest ones are 60lbs.Please give us a little bit more. I met some staffs the other day but still nice.

Very rude staff. The staff there are very rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place at all cost. I was minding my own business and doing decline press then a staff came and demanded, very aggressive, to return the equipment, the bench because it is against their policy. I respect their policy but thats not how to conduct a business. There is a better way to ask someone to return an equipment. This is not a kindergarten. Need to train their staff and show some manner.

Way too hot. They dont have any ceiling fans on and have the AC set to a way too warm temperature. Thought it was a fluke but no, every time Ive gone in the past month its been uncomfortably warm.

Currently waiting outside the burlington branch for 30 minutes since 7am on a Saturday and no one showed up to unlock the gym. Such a waste of time to everyone who was just waiting outside. They’re supposed to be open at 7am on saturdays.

Never crowded. Always clean. Go pick things up and put them down.

This gym is mostly for maintaining your health with cardio equipment but also offers a small variety of equipment to do your basic muscle building.

The facility is clean and equipment is safely spaced to control the corona virus. Havent bothered trying to connect to any of the tvs since they require a hardwire plug. Gym could definitely benefit from some fitness balls or bosu balls with the platform and some electronic game type row machines. Overall a good gym, just missing a few things Id like to see.

They had plenty of supplies to clean the workout equipment but barely any hand sanitizer. They also closed machines (lighter smaller ones) down that could easily be rearranged for social distancing

I like the people who work here and the management and facility, however they need to do a better job enforcing mask policy. Too many members being lax and not enough employees monitoring the floor to ensure compliance. It is a big safety issue and important for people to feel safe coming to the gym. I hope they tighten this up, helping ensure the safety of members, and ensuring the gym stays open. Otherwise a great gym.edit: I have spoken with various staff members (not management) about the mask issue 3x on various visits before posting here. If I see continued problems I will follow-up with club manager as response suggests, but I hope to see some better enforcement moving forward. Thanks!

Not nearly enough equipment. Good luck using one of the two bench presses, theres about 50 treadmills and nothing else. Most of the employees are really laid back and positive, but a few are totally miserable sticklers.

Update-management, Planet fitness is forwarding theft information to their insurance company to remedy issue.....waiting on response... Hopefully a resolution can be made.Planet Fitness-Woburn allowed a non-member into the locker room!! No ID was checked, thief was not escorted in gym. The thief broke my lock, stole my wallet, keys and truck. The employees admitted fault to me and the police. Ive reached out to the owner multiple times and received no response or apology.Doesnt Planet Fitness have safety protocols in place about allowing non-members into the gym? The thief, on video surveillance, turned out to be a known felon. Planet Fitness needs to rectify the situation. This post will be updated when I hear from them.

UPDATE:After asking the BBB to mediate, PF made things right...I like the club & may even sign up again when I can walk, as its a great value, but wish I didnt have to go through this hassle!-----------ORIGINAL:Ridiculous management...I had knee surgery in early March 20 & called to suspend my account as I was unable to use the club. The frazzled employee who answered the phone said a lot of people were calling that day with the same request (others due to Covid), & he wrote my name on a list of people who had made such requests. I recently noticed that theyve been charging me again since July. When I spoke to the manager, he said that they suspended everyones account during lockdown & started charging people again when the club reopened. As the employee who first took my request failed to make a note in my account of my specific suspension request due to surgery, the manager refused to refund the fees they have charged...nevermind that they know I havent been to the club since Feb. So theyre ok with charging me for a service I have been physically unable to use, even though I called to suspend the account, because their employee failed to record that call electronically. They fail, I pay?? Garbage.

The place is clean but the side abs machin that use to have cushion to avoid getting hurt your feet while pushing on your knees is so hard to do and I can tell you my knees are really bad because of that.

Worst gym ever. Can’t even workout because most machine is being used or out of order. Waste of my day.

Nice place to workout. The employees are respectful and attentive to the customers. The only downside is the lacking of wifi because sometimes my phone internet doesn’t work properly inside the gym. Besides that it worth it!

Smaller space than normal PF. Lockers are old and dirty, and the indented portion couldnt fit my Masterlock. I had to buy a new lock. The register couldnt process credit, so I had to use debit. Showers were UNBEARABLY HOT for 3 minutes and shockingly cold after. Equipment was older but there was a good amount of variety for the space. Staff was nice and understanding.

Its a good location, only went here once with my black card membership and had no issues. The employees seemed nice and alert. The equipment seemed clean and mostly working. There was plenty of parking. So might be worth checking out if you are a blackcard member like myself.

It’s ok at best. Been a member there for awhile. Lately the cleanliness is getting tough to stomach. Locker rooms smell and are not clean. Trash cans all over the facility are frequently overflowing while he staff sits around on their phones!

I am continually frustrated by the difficulty imposed by gyms to cancel their memberships. Because of this, I cannot give a good review. The gym itself is clean and fairly quiet, but beware if you want to cancel.

Its clean, but its tucked into some weird industrial park. PF is pretty much the same everywhere, but this one isnt 24 hour on the weekends.

Im in the area for work. I have a black card and been to several branches in different states. This is a msg to the owner: hire people who really cares about their job and not being rude. The two employees I saw today at the desk were pretty rude ( especially the guy) and they were talking and laughing and didnt pay attention to the members. Complete lack of respectAlso the level of cleanliness is not bad but also not great. I hope the owner can read this review and do something about those 2 employees

Good staff nice proximity from both Woburn and Winchester. I was signed up here for about 6 months. Equipments are not very new and updated. For 10 bucks a month thats about the price!

Basic cardiovascular equipment machines and dumbells. Only 10$ a month makes it a great deal if you are just starting working out or trying to stay in shape. Anyone serious about working out will find equipment and no free weights barbells at all a no go.

This is the best gym Ive belonged to, mainly because it is rarely crowded, there are plenty of machines, and its very clean. The staff are generally nice, and have been helpful when Ive had issues.The equipment is getting old, and the heart rate monitors on the ellipticals are hit and miss. But if you want to get in and out and now stand around waiting for equipment, this place fits the bill, especially at the price. Also: zero problems parking, and the clientele seem like mostly normal people.

Clean and staff are helpful

All the equipment is outdated. Not enough selections to choose from. They did upgrade their TV s putting in more of them. They did paint the place and install more lighting but it is so bright. The weight lifting equipment is bleak as well. The locker room is not the cleanest. Staff is friendly. WOW is a much better gym I wish they would model themselves after them instead.

Not enough attachments for the cable machines. Plenty of stations to do your thing but when there was only 1 revolving straight bar (now theres none because the only one they had is broken)that people use for bis, tris, back etc. its annoying that you have to wait, or now dont even have one to use at all! Asked if they could order more and was told they are only allowed a certain number of attachments for the cables 🙄 Machines do not work smoothly and they never get repaired. Also paper towel dispenser near the sink in the restroom is ALWAYS empty!

I love the Planet Fitness In Reading MA. The tanning beds are better than Woburn!

Great place for the money . Always clean and never have to wait for equipment . Very friendly staff . Mornings there is a young women always smiling, and saying good morning . Matt is a great guy always ready to help, good mood and make you feel welcome .Very happy with this location .

I moved from Maine and just transferred my membership to this location. I went for the first time last week and was completely disappointed. This place is not clean at all. The staff is very rude. There are no balance balls and no barbells except for the smith machine. The ab and stretching section is a joke- the mats are wicked dirty and no one seems to clean the machines after they use them. Needless to say, I am cancelling my membership.

Very well hidden but overall a solid gym. Less crowded than others in the area.

Not as much of a selection(equipment) as bigger locations, but it was clean an the staff was nice enough.

This is the worst gym ever, First they have no wifiI Was talking to the lady at the desk and she was on her phone ..Next day I talked to the manager and he said the lady had a right to talk to me the way she wants because its privately owned...I hope this place close because the customer service is terrible ..I bet if the owners of planet fitness go in they will not like it ....

I dont get the negative reviews here. The gym is 10 minutes from my house easy and convenient from exit 36 off Montvale Av itd be like a 5 minute drive if you dont hit the light. The gym policy is simple an initial startup fee, then$10 a month. Its pretty simple and pretty much like any other gym out there. Nothing hard here. The staff is friendly and always willing to accommodate you and help you out. Ive never had an issue with a PF staff member. How can you say the parking is difficult? There is a big parking lot and I go in the evening sometimes on weekdays and theres no issue with parking whatsoever. You can always park a bit down the street too if it gets full. Dont come to ANY Gym between 3:00pm and 6:00 on a Weekday and expect it to not be jammed. its like that everywhere not just PF. If you want the gym to be less crowded go in the off hours. The best thing about PF is the hours . The hours are great. they are open MON -THURSAY 24 hours, and Friday until 9pm. I think weekends they are open till 7pm. But there is never anyone in the gym after 7pm. Difficult layout? Ha! The layout is quite simple if you ask me. The cardio machines are in the middle ...most of the treadmills are in the same area as the bikes and the ski machines....the rest of the gym is the weight machine areas which all have instruction signs on how to use them, there is another weight area to the left and the fast paced work out area to the right which is a special fast pace work out zone where you switch machines when the traffic light turns from red to green. I just dont get the negative reviews. Best thing about planet fitness is you dont deal with the EGO people and the JOCKS. No one criticizes you if youre a little overweight and working on your weight loss like I am. I hate the gyms where people stare at you if youre 20 lbs overweight or something or if you have a lot of weight to lose like me. The locker rooms are fine if you ask me. I never shower @ Any gym. (I would suggest people shower at home) when they get back. And yes people theres things called LOCKS bring your locks and lock your locker if you are nervous about losing stuff. But I think most people are honest and Ive never lost anything there yet. The planet fitness is one of the better ones. =) especially because there are no EGO people and NO CRITICS.

Place would seem ok if you have never been to a gym before but its the most very basic of equipment and not enough of it . No WIFI with no plans to install it either. Id keep driving

So i got the black membership card in tewksbury and the reason i got the black card was so i can bring my friend with me for more motivation. the girll said i can bring any one to any pf with no problem. Btw she didnt give me anything the first day i signed up. no key tag no t-shirt nothing. she said next time you come well give you key tag... anyway i finally got the key tag and i decided to go to woburn Pf sens its 24 hours Monday through Friday . The guy Was cool he let my friend in and worked out together. i brought him few nights in a roll. then This Girl that work there one night made a big problem said i cant bring a guess because im signed up in Tewksbury not woburn. WTF? and the girl in Tewksbury said i can bring guest to any PF...

Worst planet fitness Ive ever been to. parking sucks. locker rooms are the worst. showers are a sketchy gang shower with a curtain between that room and the locker room. equipment in the actual gym is setup in a really confusing manner.
