Great gym for lifting weights. Serious enough for the hard core lifter, but still approachable for beginners. Not a fancy gym, but any strength training equipment you could need is here! Check them out if youre visiting from out-of-town, they are near the Hilton Boston/Woburn and much better than any hotel facility.
I have just began training at this facility and had a great experience. I began training with Berta who took the time to go through the dynamics of each motion. J was the one who did my intake and is very professional and positive. I am happy with them and looking forward to moving ahead with my fitness goals. Both trainers are nutritionists so that was another reason why I liked their approach.

I spent about a year and half going to BodiPhat nearly every day before I moved out of state recently. J and Roberta are fantastic. The results I achieved when working with them were spectacular. Once I got on Robertas diet plan, all the killing myself I had been doing in the gym started yielding very serious results and much faster than Id expected. She doesnt just sit down with you and give you a diet, shell sit and talk with you and figure out what you like and dont like to eat, and will make up a diet that fits those. Like most trainers, the results really depend on you sticking with the plan youre prescribed, but this is a serious place for serious results. Work hard, like theyll push you to do, and youll see serious results.Also the gym itself is well equipped, its got the look of a real gym where people do work and push themselves. Equipped for everyone from beginners to powerlifters, and theyll have a number of pieces of equipment you wont find most other places. I love the power sled myself.Beyond their services, their both just friendly people who really start to feel like family after a while. I never feel shy asking J a question about an exercise or some odd soreness or pain. J almost always knows just what the problem is and knows how to fix it on the spot. Both are great people and great trainers. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to actually work out and improve their quality of life.

When I first started at BodipHat, it was the beginning of my senior year of college. At that time, I had gained an overwhelming amount of weight and had tried every fad diet and work out class there was but nothing seemed to work. Within my first month at BodipHat I started to notice unbelievable changes in myself. Not only physically, but mentally too. Jay and Roberta have a gift of pushing their clients to their highest potential by not only focusing on building muscle but more importantly, building confidence! I quickly learned that saying “I can’t” is not allowed (unless you want to add a set or two to whatever exercise it is you’re doing) and they will never give you a anything you can’t handle. From nutrition to exercise, they know it all- BodipHat has completely changed my life and my outlook on a healthy lifestyle, I highly recommend this place to anyone ready to make a change!
