I had a terrible experience with Vincent.He is rude and unpleasant.He yelled me and this is not the first time that he gave worst customer service.He cant work with people. He has a big issue of attitude.

This is the worst FedEx center I have ever been to. Extremely unprofessional staff. The guy was irritated that I wanted to use their courier service! The worst staff I have ever encountered.
I couldnt find a spot to leave a review on the website, so Ill leave one here. I had a batch of prints done up that I designed for my buddies music festival he holds every summer. I ordered them online and they came out AWESOME.Stanley A. helped me out big time, complimented the look of them and had them done WAY faster than the 3 hour turn around time the website told me I would have to wait. Everything was excellent and went super smoothly. Will ABSOLUTELY be using FedEx from this point on for all my printing need. Excellent work guys!

Do NOT ship using FedEx. I used it years ago, and I should have remembered that one of the few items I shipped at that time was severely damaged. Well, with time, memory gets hazy. So, I used FedEx again at the end of October. DISASTER! LIES! MISCOMMUNICATION! MISDIRECTION! LOST ITEM!DONT TRUST FEDEX!They could have put a trace on it the first time I called last week, but the untrained kid had no clue about that option and so, I was uninformed. When I called the second time today to do that, the new kid told me it was too late to trace it, Id have to file a claim for it being lost! My customer is going to be FURIOUS. I know I am!The first time I called today, another kid told me it was scanned today, which after some more questions I found out was a LIE! Its supposed to be delivered tomorrow, and it hasnt been scanned in a week.FedEx sucks. Dont Ship FedEx!
Paid extra for hand-delivery of a package (digital signatures). The careless delivery person left it with the building owner. The package had my govt ID. Fedex is refusing to open a case for me and said they will work on it internally without helping me/offering any apology. They charged $45 to get a package weighing less than 100gm and they never text you about delivery updates.
Stanley, Vincent and Aldo are very helpful! I came in right before closing and they still help me patiently to process my big package. Friendly staff! Pleased with this FedEx location.
The worst customer service. First they started inspecting the package as if theyre the customs enforcement. Then they claimed that i have to purchase a box from them, which is 100% false. Do not go there.
This is the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in any store. These two people who work there are terrible. I would say these two women should stay home, instead of making other people miserable. There are not qualified for the minimum wage job.
Location is not interested in your business. Despite no one in the store they are enforcing senior hours. Logic not used here.
People need jobs right now, and the 2 people working here definitely dont deserve theirs. They appear to hate each other and take it out on their customers. This is the worst and unfriendliest customer service I have experienced in a long long time, and apparently Im not alone.

Customer service terrible. New person on job being yelled at in front of customers by Melissa and Theresa. Very unprofessional felt bad for new trainee who had to deal with this in front of customers.
The customer service is worse the the DMV! The woman behind the counter obviously wanted to be somewhere else. She told me there would be a $9.55 fee to package my item...OK, fine. A couple minutes later she just stares at me. Apparently it was time to swipe my credit card, but it was probably too much for her to ask me to do so!
The service person at this place is not very customer friendly. I think he forgets most people are not expert shippers - asking for any advice /suggestions gets a very direct and rude response!! The attitude is always he is doing you a service and not the other way around. I avoid this place as much possible and opt the UPS store in the same complex whenever possible - the guy at the UPS store is quite the opposite - extremely helpful and friendly!
Horribly rude people. Lazy, unhelpful. I will never return. Go AYWHERE else if possible.

Not particularly friendly, not intuitive. Prices are secret and high. They explained to another customer that theyre not really a shipping store anymore, but they are a printing store. Yet every transaction I was witness to, was a shipping or receiving transaction.They also dont seem to guarantee ground shipments.I would like to see them be able to present you a set of options for your particular package to get where you want it to go at different levels of services in different prices.
I have NEVER ONCE gotten a delivery on the date stated in my order form. Not only are they incompetent, but then they hold your stuff so you cant even pick it up yourself. These people are the biggest joke in the world I hope nobody working at FedEx brings home more than 10$ per hour because having mentally handicapped people working at this pace, is not worthy of a minimum wage income.

Worst service EVER! I was warned through a SMS that my package arrived at the location, but when I got there, there was NOTHING to pick up. Then, my husband went back there two days later and guess what? The package was there, but he couldnt get it because there was no system to allow the pick up! Are you serious? Plus, the staff there reaaally need a change of attitude. If it wasnt for my husband being firm with them, apparently I would never see my package! I really wish I could give less than one star... The World on Time! What world are you talking about, FedEx? Saturn?
Customer service is horrendous. I have never made a review in my life, but I literally felt compelled to warn others about this place. IDK what ten minute training video they had to watch to be qualified to work there but both employees on two separate occasions must have missed that day. I got into a tiff with one employee over where I was sending the package from... I was in the store. Not the return address mind you, but where I was sending from. My next and last encounter the employee couldnt verify the address on my FedEx account, which had been used prior that day at another location. She also entered the same number in multiple times and got different results. Im not one to question someones literacy, but I had my doubts. On both occasions the employees looked liked they wanted to be anywhere else but there, much like I felt while there. Needless to say I was not pleased. 0/10 will not go back again.
Hi,I have suggested to my friends we should take these reviews with a grain of salt as many people are under pressure, late for an appointment or otherwise not themselves when they arrive at places like the fed ex store. So, being in fine spirits and having just left the Fed ex office in Woburn, I can tell you the blonde women at the counter could not have been less helpful with my shipment in just about every way.Maybe it was her turn to be out of sorts?I hope you all have a better experience.
Customer service needs to change in that location....gives a bad reputation to FedEx and its a shame. seems they do not wish to help the customers just make their life miserable.
Terrible experience with an agent called Vincent. I had ordered my print work to be delivered to this office. I got a confirmation email and another one saying the order was ready for pick up at this location. I got a call which thankfully went to voicemail and got recorded. When got there to pick it up, Vincent asked me for a name, and picked up a few packages and asked if these were mine, I told him no, mine would be smaller and thinner, I then proceeded to show him my order on the phone, and he barely bothered to read and started looking up orders in the computer. I dont know how he was searching but my order did not come up. He then told me that there must be a mistake and you must call Fedex up. So I told him since it is a mistake on Fedexs part it should be his responsibility. He then told me it is not our mistake. Then I dug into my voicemail and had him listen to the message left by a woman yesterday. He said oh you mean PRINT order and handed me the order without any apology. Vincent needs a few good lessons in customer service and
Slow service here. Its probably fine if you are first in line or you already have a box sealed and labeled. Dont expect to meet the parking spaces 30 minute limit when you are second in line.

I had a paint tray to ship as a gift, it was boxed and partially wobbly. By a paint tray I mean the cheap plastic thing you pour paint into and use a roller to paint your walls. Vincent insisted that I need to pay $4.99 to pack this. Total B.S. $24 later my paint tray is on its way to my nephew. If this place wants to screw me over, I can afford the five bucks, but I also can afford the 2 minutes to write this review. You can ship stuff from Staples across the street.
Absolutely worst Fed ex ever. I am never using fedex because of these guys.

A simple pre-paid labeled package turned into an ordeal. The lady there was going to charge me extra because the contents inside the package shift around I tried to politely argue with her but she dismissed me to continue helping another customer and made me wait 25 minutes. I would have left but she scanned the package label. Then she finally came back to me and said that will be 4.50. I told her to un-scan it then left. To make it more upsetting I looked all over the Fedex website and called them up, and it turned out that the Fedex employee just made up the fee entirely. I wish I asked for this employees name.
Called today and talked to a lady who was very rude, unprofessional, and just didnt have any sense of customer service. what a disappointment. she also gave me the wrong information. i confirmed that she was wrong by calling another location. it would be better for you as a customer to go to the burlington, ma location.
The guy took my large shipment right at closing and worked with me for 30min to get it done. Thank you

Service is so slow. More than four people in line and the one person working the register decides to refill the tape dispenser that no one was using or even requesting. Very poor management.
