As a construction project manager I’ve worked with quite a few rental equipment companies, but Sunbelt and specifically their Woburn staff tops them all. Terrible company! I own a small construction company and needed a bobcat last minute, so eventhough they were charging double what other guys charge, Herc rentals, and Home Depot, I went with them. Ordered a bobcat to be delivered at 8am, and it was.I was told to call to arrange pick up so I get no late fees. I used the machine for the day and called them to pick up the machine, cleaned it and at 3.41pm. They came the next day, picked it up, and charged my card another $500+ . I put less than 6 hrs of use. They are a bunch of thieves who have no idea how business works. This is bad!HERC RENTALS is by far the best.

Quick pick up and drop off

Terrible experience with them. Customer service is lacking to say the least. Zero stars if I could have put it. I rented a machine for a week, called to have it picked up at the . They never came to get it and continued to charge my card. I put 20 hours on the machine in the week that I had it and it was their mistake for not coming to get it.Because they lost revenue with a machine sitting on a site, their default was to lie and tell the credit card company that I had not called and that they had called during the month it was at my house to check if I still wanted to keep it. This is not true and can be proven by call logs. Bottom line is dishonesty is not a desirable trait in any business and when youre wrong you need to step up to the plate and acknowledge it. I would not use this place or recommend it to anyone that asked me.

Poor customer service.I called twice since this morning today and they have put me on hold for ever.The driver have left the scissor lift outside the warehouse when I arrived at 7.30 am and the delivery time was at 10 am.I have asked them to come and put the lift in the warehouse as I cannot drive it but there is no response.I cannot leave the scissor lift outside the warehouse overnight.Very disappointing with the service.
