Frankly its disgusting how little this company respects the drivers who deliver to them. You have an incredibly small amount of space to back to begin with, but its doable with a little experience and some patience. But to have your employees park in that valuable space and make a doable but tight back into a difficult and potentially dangerous one? Thats just plain disrespectful and non-safety orientated. Have your employees park in different spaces other than directly where drivers need to complete their backs into your docks. Make everyones day a little safer and easier please.

Overcharged like a dishonest auto-mechanic. No estimate given in advance of such an outrageous rate. Charged 7 hours on a job that takes about an hour.

I get an unsolicited calls from them about 2-3 daily. I dont know if someone has stolen the name for rob-calls or if they are doing the unsolicted repetitive calls. have reported the company to the do not call list.

Called to get a quote on my residential generator, and guy on phone did not have the best phone etiquette. The pricing for the company to just come out to look at and service seemed very high $132 per hour and $2.00 per mile to get to my house, and when I mentioned that the price was high to the guy on the phone, he continued to say, well if you sign a contract, we could knock down the price. A little shady!!

Called for service on a residential generator. They were going to investigate the error code and get back to me. I called a week later and they said they would call and schedule an appointment the next week. Three weeks and a couple of emails later, I havent heard from them.

No one better for all my parts and service needs!!
