I returned my vehicle here this morning and Deborah, the AVIS Rep, inspected it for fuel and damage. Well guess what, there was damage to the left front fender which I didn’t see when I originally rented it. What could I say? I knew that I didn’t do it but couldn’t swear that nobody else tapped it when it was parked. The vehicle came from another AVIS facility, so Deborah dug out the paperwork that came with it to find that the damage had been previously reported. She just as easily could have made me file a claim with my credit card company, but instead, did the honest thing. Thanks.

Great prices and availability

Well the car I received was smelling pretty bad since it came directly from the dealership and they did not clean the car before renting it. The car was awesome to drive Mechanically but the smell was terrible inside. Please make sure to check every detail before renting out a service.

They need to be up front about fees I was told my rental would be $110.00+$100.00 deposit they ended up taking $358.00 the vehicle was ok could of been a little cleaner but was tolerable.

Oh my God Whatta terrible office. This is nothing similar to the locations you find at the airport. They RUN YOUR CREDIT if you want to reserve using a debit card even though I had thousands of dollars in my card. Terrible experience I experienced there. They ruined our trip. They also didnt have the vehicle we reserved from online. Stay away. Do not risk it.

This place needs a complete overhaul regarding employee training. For a customer-centric company, I am blown away by the lack of courtesy and respect demonstrated by the employees. Furthermore, none of the employees speak English, which makes business dealings extremely challenging. Then, there is the challenge of business knowledge. It appears as though no one knows how to perform their daily job duties and when I called and emailed the manager he was not helpful at all. Dont give this place your time or your business.

This Avis location has very professional customer service representatives. They are very helpful. They attempt to find ways to make the rental as cost effective as possible. They are very knowledgeable.Recently, as a Preferred customer, I arrived at the counter finding a line of individuals waiting while one customer was seeking satisfaction for a problem. The staff and the rental service was very satisfied and the price charged was very reasonable compared to the other services.Car was new and clean.Avis did a good job.I will go back for my next rental.This is my second experience within three months and the corporate discount given for Amway is really great. I rented a car from the most rude owner of Avis. completely unaccommodating and wouldnt even drop me back off at station. I am a presidents club member. I asked him if it meant anything. He said no. Nothing. Has no clue of customer service and Avis should strip him of his agency. I am so mad. Never again.

I rented a car on September, and my credit card is still being charged for the rental, I have no idea why. Please send me an email address I can get in touch and send documents so you can analyze and try and repair the situation.

Friendly staff at this Avis outpost North of the city. Worth a quick trip from Logan to save some airport hassle and cost.

Got here at 12:10 to pick up a car, its now 1:43pm and there is still at least a 40 minute wait because the staff isnt trained for when the system is down and the manager seems to be more involved in texting on WhatsApp then help at the front desk. Oh dont bother asking for water BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE THAT EITHER.

Very rude staff and will not work with you like Enterprise does. Stay away.
