Juan Carlos has been my land lord for a couple of years. Recently I had to move out since I am going out of state for college. Juan is amazing to work with, always on time for my apartment needs, and also helped me find a new apartment near my college campus! When I am done with school I will ask Juan to help me find my 1st investment property. In addition, his customer service team is very responsive, compared to other lands lords!

We are having nothing but problems this year. I have to note that we didnt have any issues in 2019.NO ONE checks our property. They wait till something goes wrong and we call them before any management takes place. I really want to give them the benefit of the doubt but they continue to drop the ball over and over again.I am hoping that management can turn things around or well need to find a company that handle simple things like on time snow removal and landscaping.

Being on this team helped me grow. PMI of Greater Boston team does everything they can to solve tenant issues, service unit owners and proeprty owners in a timely and polite manner. They also made sure to provide accurate reports which is the best trait that this management company has.

Ive been working with Juan for 7 months. Within that time, Juan has helped me get my first investment property rented and cash flowing. The property required a number of upgrades before it was in a condition to rent. Juan managed these projects and completed them on a short timeline. He was able to rent the 2 units shortly after the upgrades were finished. I highly recommend Juan for property management.

They handle both of my properties. Excellent and reliable service 24 hrs a day!! I am so thankful for them. I recently went away and it snowed heavily while I was gone. PMI took care of all the snow removal. No calls from any of my tenants!!!

I’ve lived in Boston less than a year and have not had much experience renting here or even more to the point much experience when there is a problem in the apartment. Last week, on a Sunday night, I noticed there was no hot water or heat in the apartment. So I went to my contract to find the steps on what to do in such instances thinking that no one on a Sunday night would be available. I sent an email to PMI and quickly a text message knowing it would get to someone quicker. I don’t think it was more than say 20 mins before I got a call from someone at PMI stating they had not been aware of the problem but were going to resolve this issue for me. Well, they got someone to come out within two hours of my text, called me to confirm the heat was back on and I was able to go to a warm bed that night. So I just wanted to write: Thanks for the quick response, coordination and follow-up!
