I asked my stylist to trim my dead ends and keep all the length, but I left with an entirely different hair style. The back of my hair was cut much shorter than I asked. I had a grown out mullet but I left with a short blunt bob. Ive been growing my hair out, and now Im stuck having to choose between suffering through an awkward phase for months, or cutting off even more length to fix it. I have never been this upset after a haircut and I will not be coming back.While Im still not happy with how my hair turned out, the owner reached out and was very sympathetic and apologized. The customer service is very nice.

This shop is about a half mile from my work, so I figured Id give it a try. Showed up a few minutes early, was put in a chair right away. Ryan, the barber I had randomly picked via website, was awesome and FAST. Efficiently cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I appreciated Ryans attention to detail and finesse, it was impressive. I think I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, which is a first for me. I will definitely be back.

I asked for a high high and tight with skin on the sides. I got a basic Dear Leader hack job. No razor, no foil just a bad fade. On my way to a real barber to get it fixed. Oh and it was $32. Really?

Always happy with the quick service and quality of the haircuts I receive from Josh. Josh does a great job with both hair and beards. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone in the area.

Good service, friendly staff. Due to covid, the waiting area is closed, so cant wait there for your appointment. Speaking of that, appointments mandatory, no walk-ins. Masks are mandatory, obviously! Masks on during entire session. Dont know about shaving situation, so please call ahead before placing appointment if you want to be sure. Ample amount of distance between two chairs so you are not too closely seated to others. The equients they use, they sanitize them as soon as they are done using, so that may take a few more seconds to get to next step in your haircut/appointment. They use gloves all the time as well. If you need more information, just call the number provided on Google maps. Goes straight to the shop you want to visit. I havent used the mobile app yet, but they do provide a mobile app for booking appointments.

I did balayage last week and Im not super happy with results. The color turned out to be very different than the one I showed the colorist.

Nice place great atmosphere, but awful cut. Pedro rushed because it was almost closing time. ⚠️⚠️Update, a day after I left this reveiw I was contacted by a representative from Floyds. She was very nice about my complainant and refunded the money I spent. So for the great customer service I got after the fact, I will change my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

I keep going back here. Hair dressers/barbers are pretty friendly and you can book appointments online ahead of time. Occasionally the lines are long if you dont happen to do put your name in before you get there. The cuts themselves really depend of the barbers you get. Ive had good luck here, but Im also not asking for anything fancy.

My son needed his hair cut bad. Made reservation online and got right in on time. 20 minutes later I have my handsome son back.

Absolutely the worst experience in a barbershop in my life. I made an appointment for a cut and shave and specifically told the barber what I wanted done to my hair and my beard. The fade I got was noticeably longer on one side then the other. And even after detailing what I wanted done to my beard it was completely blown off. I didnt say anything because the experience was so off-putting. I have never in 48 years had anyone cut my hair wearing a doctors mask and latex gloves that matched with the botched haircut will cement the fact that I will never come here again. Now I have to go into the bathroom and figure out what am I going to do to salvage this mess waste of money

Brought my 99 year old Dad for a haircut and shave. He loved the place but they did turn the music down a bit for him. His stylist did a fab job and he enjoyed the neck massage! Would recommend to anyone!

Used to be great but now they claim 3+ hour waiting list and when you drive by in 2hrs they are closed already. There is something SERIOUSLY broken at the Woburn location and you cant rely on the location being available for weeks at a time. I couldnt get a spot for 4 nights in a row since there were only 2 hair stylists working each night. Used to be great, now you should avoid more than a flow-be haircut!

Pedro is an artist in his feild of work. Couldnt be happier with how he cleaned up my beard and gave me a perfect fade. Highly recomend him. He is also extremely friendly and a genuine person. Would give more stars if possible!!

Great staff that is personable ...and very professional. Floyds has become my go to place for hair cuts. I dont really feel a need to schedule an appt as I can usually walk in and get constantly good service from anyone there. Prices are alright, tipping in cash is preferred, but they take credit too...big plus!

It hurts to bash this place online, because I have really liked about half my haircuts here. But they need to knock about $10 off their prices if theyre not going to train their front desk staff better. Appointment times matter, too many of their folks dont use their computer system correctly, not getting you in the chair by more than 30 minutes after your appointment time warrants an apology, or at least a check-in, and I shouldnt have to explain to them over the phone the various ways beard trims can work (Why were they even asking me? I dont work there.).Looking at other reviews Im glad to see Im not the only person who noticed something is broken here that they need to fix, especially with scheduling, wait times, and how much the customer is expected to guide them through the experience.

Place is dump they cut my hair uneven- went back and they couldn’t even fix it. Should of never strayed from my barber who knew a clean up would turn into a nightmare.

Went a Sat morning ~9:30 am, I did not have to wait. The staff was friendly and the stylist did a good job with my hair (Floyds cut $24). Overall, I was pleased with the experience and I will most likely go there again (plus I got some coupons).

My boyfriend loves this place, so I figured why not give it a try. I went in for a simple cut and style, even provided a photo of how I wanted my hair to look like. Did not get what I wanted, all he did was shave some of my hair off on the side and sprayed water on the top of my head. Then he even complained how difficult it would have been to blow dry and ironing my hair so he didnt even attempt. Worst hair cut ever and will not be back.

This isnt a barbershop its a hair salon. Barber shops are where men go to have their hair and beards cut.There is one barber on staff if youre lucky. He does an okay job but they charge far too much money for a mediocre haircut. I went once about an hour before a Boston sporting event only to see a sign that said sorry the staff were given the day off so that they could enjoy the game... Today I was told I would have to wait about a half hour because the barber had an appointment...hair salons take appointments, barber shops cut the first person who walks in the door, in order. Dont waste your money.

Ive been going to the Woburn MA Floyds for at least a year, and, thanks to Natalie, the Store Manager, Im a loyal customer. She is the absolute best. Next, I want to give a huge shout out to Kaitrin, my preferred stylist, who handles my difficult hair with ease. These two make Floyds the ONLY place I will go to try to make my ugly mug look the best it can.

They do a consistently good job.

Hair above your shoulders is considered long (how in the world is that long) and is 45 dollars a cut. The staff is cringey and the place is pretty overrated when it comes to the quality of the hair cut. I would go down the street to hair cuttery were the price is literally 50-60% cheaper and better. Floyds is gross.
