I needed my brakes serviced. Luis was very honest and told me the front brakes need pads and rotors, but the rear brakes were fine. The rate he charge me was fair as well. I can highly recommend them. FYI: their entrance is all the way on the back side of the building, inside the fenced in parking lot.

The staff was amazing. They made sure I was able to drive home with my family. I can’t thank them enough.

They have always accurately diagnosed the problem with my car, given me an honest and fair price and gone out of their way to accommodate any needs I may have for transportation and drop off/pick up. We had a mechanic for years and were dismayed when he retired, then we found Global Automotive and once again I feel that I have peace of mind. I can take my car and know that if I say were going on a long journey they will check everything thoroughly and yet never overcharge me. Other less scrupulous people might take advantage of how little knowledge we have when it comes to cars, because really, lets face it, if you dont know much about cars your mechanic can tell you anything and you will feel compelled for safetys sake to fix the problem. Several times Tom and Lewis have come back to me and said Nope, everything checks out. Youre clear to go. And this year before our annual trip to North Carolina they did find something wrong but still the repairs were not costly at all. If you want to see they will show you the parts that they replace and explain why they needed to replace them and every time it was clear as daylight even to me why the repair was needed. it also helps that they are friendly. Our previous mechanic was very good but quite grumpy.
