The fact they speak Portuguese, Spanish and English is very helpful. The fact that they offer COMMERCIAL and PERSONAL car insurance is also helpful. Regarding the calls, I call them once a month and most of the time, I call in THE MORNING and they pick up, when they dont pick up, I call back the next day. Its 2018, buy yourself a camera and add it to your dashboard and you wont have any issue with proofing whos right or wrong.
