Great experience start to finish! We made an appt online, received a call to confirm, asked for the model number so they would the parts available when they came. Sent a text on day of service telling us they were half an hour away—. Repair man was personable, polite and was done in 20 minutes. Will definitely use again!!!

My refrigerator compressor suddenly broke and I desperately needed it repaired. I called and easily got through to book an appointment. A service technician called me a few hours later to tell me that due to a defective part in my LG refrigerator, my factory warranty had been extended (unbeknownst to me). He told me to call LG directly to schedule service as both parts and labor should be covered. I appreciate this companys honesty, and they will be my first call if I ever need an appliance serviced in the future!

I rely on Same Day Service, and have done so for 4-5 years now. They always answer the phone and can send a repair person out within 24 hours. Their repair people really know their stuff, they are efficient and quick, they perform top quality service, and what they repair works perfectly and stays repaired. Their prices are reasonable, everybody is friendly and they explain everything very clearly. I recommend them without reservation.

Fantastic and honest service! Will use them again in the future. I spoke to Jeff at Same Day Service about a range issue that I had that was very intermittent and uncommon. Ive had other repair services try things out in the past that have worked temporarily (coincidentally just long enough to get out of their warranty period). Jeff spent several days looking into the issue, calling the manufacturer, and looking into parts for me. Instead of offering the same service that everyone else was trying and failing, he came back and recommended a different service with a different company. As he wasnt able to repair my issue, all his diagnostic services were free. You dont get a more honest business than that!

All I can say is WOW! We bought a house with a 25 year old Viking range that was sort of half-working. We initially had a technician come out from an appliance store, who spent about 5 minutes evaluating the range, then quoted us an absurd price and recommended we buy new. After deciding to get a second opinion our broker recommended this company. The technician was so knowledgeable my husband and I ended up taking out pens to write down his suggestions. He spent 2 hours (!) evaluating our range and other appliances, and even with repairs ended up saving us $7k. Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, great company. Thank you!

Only concern is that same day wasnt. Called Thu and they were able to come following Mon. Serviceman polite, quick, did the job and didnt leave a mess. Will definitely call them again if I have a problem.

Very responsive to fix our range. I received a phone call the morning following sending an email the previous night. A technician came later in the morning and quickly identified the issue and replaced the part. Very easy and efficient. The technician was very professional and took great precautions during this time of social distancing.

The staff was very professional, responds same-day, and finally fixed my dishwasher after weeks of other services being unable to. They also had excellent sanitation and safety measures in place. It was more expensive than other services, but also better quality. Would use them again and would recommend to anyone in Boston.

They did such a great job with my dishwasher that I used them when my washing machine and oven broke down. Bill at Same Day Service was especially knowledgeable. He took his time to troubleshoot an especially difficult repair job on my dishwasher. It was because of that that I called them back to repair my washing machine and oven. They are wonderful, when I call they usually send a technician out that same day. I have needed a few repairs on my refrigerator and they always diagnosis and repair it correctly. They live up to their name! I recently called early in the morning when my refrigerator wasnt cooling. Someone was out to see me that morning. They needed to return 2 more times and handled my same day request. Ive used them for 20 years.

Our Sub Zero stopped cooling. I had used these folks previously so I called. Fortunately they had someone on a call near me and he was here in a half hour. He diagnosed and replaced two components and that was it. Price was reasonable. Fast, professional service. What more do you want?

My dryer decided to take a break from heating, so I looked online and found this company. They scheduled me for today (although they couldnt give me a ballpark time, so I had to be at the house for most of the day). They did call about 25 minutes before their repairman arrived, as they said they would. Nelson was the gentleman that arrived. Very friendly and easy to talk to, he quickly figured out the problem, explained what he would do to get me back in business and gave me the estimate for the repair. In no time I was back in the laundry business (yeah, I know, bummer). I would definitely recommend this company for service repairs such as this, and if youre lucky enough to have Nelson show up, youll be very pleased.
