These guys are the best!!!!! I flew up to PVD for a concert Mosshiad was waiting at the airport, took me to the hotel, picked me up and took me to the venue, met me after the show, and safely got me back to the hotel. The next morning my new driver was waiting at the hotel to get me back to PVD. They are polite, and punctual. Would recommend them and hope to be able to use their service again. They made my trip possible and pleasant!!!! Thanks!!!!

I contacted Malden Car Service for the first time last evening. Although it was after 8pm when I called, Sam could not have been nicer or more helpful. My first experience today with this company and chauffeur Fouad was exceptional. Fouad was prompt, courteous and mindful of my elderly mothers needs. Malden Car Service is excellent! I hired them to drive my fiance and I, as well as my parents to my wedding. Very quick to reply to emails. Vehicles were clean. All our drivers that day were friendly, helpful and on time. They helped us load all our wedding supplies into the car, which was great. We normally Uber but didnt want to take the chance of not getting a ride since we were traveling with our dog. They were as on time as humanly possible considering it was rush hour on a Friday when the picked us up. On the way back they were early and waiting. The cars were clean and the drivers were nice and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

Recently used their service for corporate travel. I can say that this service is over the top, I ordered a sedan to pick me up from Burlington and they sent a brand new Cadillac XTS to my surprise. The driver was in my driveway 20 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, he was professional and dressed like he was going to a wedding :)I highly recommend them to everyone in the area.

I just attempted to book a round trip car service to Boston Logan. While utilizing their reservation system, one price was advertised, to include a price breakout that included base fare, return trip, tolls, discount, and gratuity. Once booked, the company sends a confirmation. The price in the confirmation was almost twice as much as advertised once booked online. When I called the company and spoke to a representative, they had no idea what I was talking about. This is a classic case of bait and switch. I plan to forward the screen shots of the price when booked online and the email confirmation that shows 2x advertises price to the Massachusetts Attorney Generals office. These deceptive practices should stop. I do not recommend this service.

We really can’t say enough about the service we received from Malden Car. We live and work in the city and had an early train to catch to start our vacation. We didn’t want to rely on the MBTA, never mind carting our baggage on/off the train and trolley system. We were also concerned with availability of Uber/Lyft at 5am.After pricing out several car services, most of who never even called us back regarding our quote, we chose to confirm with Malden Car, (based in part on other similar reviews).I called the night before and they had my reservation ready. At approximately 4:45am, we received a text message from their dispatch that the driver was onsite and ready for us. Absolutely everything you’d expect was there and ready. We were extra appreciative that the driver took into consideration the time of day, and we weren’t ready to be chatty yet!Our fare included all service and gratuity, so it was a no-hassle, no stress interaction which got us to our destination earlier than expected.We will, without a doubt continue to use Malden Car Service in the future and highly recommend their services in and around the New England Region!
