They did a great job on helping to create our sign for the golf course.
Proof the other reviews arent a conspiracy. They came to me, I didnt even know about them.
Worst experience of my life. I was dealing with a man named Jim Enos. Not only did he steal my money when i told him not to charge my card but then i got a call from Zachary Alfaro the so called boss. He immediatly got irate with me and then started to cuss me out and was getting very personal with me and it made me so uncomfortable. These men are ceooks and should be arrested.
Overpriced, aggressive sales department, and will not stop calling our business months after asking to be removed from their lists. DO NOT get involved with them.
Pushy salesmen, unprofessional, seems like an attempted cash grab from a different employee every few months. buyer beware
Stay away from this company and James Hayes. They call you up a million times and suck you into paying for fake advertising at a local golf course. Scam and con artists.
WARNING! Do not do business with this company, it is a scam. Their staff will treat you like you arent even human, just awful. I am working with the better business bureau to get my money back and hoping they get shut down soon. Totally unethical, also misused my personal information!
SCAM ARTISTS. Prey on small businesses and steal money. They show a “proof” of what the Ad will look like but, isn’t it a little odd they won’t actually confirm it’s at a golf course by sending you the score card?? Shady and rude staff. They lie and get caught in lies and FORGE signatures!!!!! They will text you a million times and ask “ok to proceed” but then use this as clearance to continue to charge three extra times!!! If you see this company email you or call you, do not respond.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!! Total scam.... outed me $400
Total garbage. Dont waste your time or money. No follow up on your art work, no sample scorecards, really pushy sales people with no backing it up! If youre going to be tough, you have to be able to back it up. I havent even seen a scorecard final print or even know that my ad is even running at the golf courses. These guys are just scammers and just try to push you into signing another deal... Will never work with them again or recommend them to anyone!!
Wish I could leave 0 stars. Was fast talked for $395 x 2 never saw a product as promised. Tried addressing the issue several times with no luck as a matter of fact the reason Im writing this review is because they just called me again trying to run the add again and hung up on me because I told them they were scam artist.
I don’t normally post reviews, but in this case I felt obligated to.As a small business owner, I strive to be sure I provide complete transparency to my customers to build a trustworthy relationship between them and I. This company does not remotely align with those values.I had agreed to run an ad at a local golf course for one year (2019) for $395. The other day I got a text that read “I wanted to touch base with you regarding the $395 we are processing today for the act #xxxx for the 2019/20 season @ X GC. Please reply okay to process.” I almost replied okay, until I realized I had already spent the nearly $400 for 2019. They tried to slide one under the radar for another $400 for 2020 without even discussing this with me. I refuse to do business with deceptive people and I urge anyone else to beware of this.
Run as fast as you can! They love to take your money and then never deliver the ad or even call you back! See attached screenshot showing that we had to do a dispute with American Express 4 months after Benchcraft not calling us back to finally get refunded! The sales rep Joe is a VERY VERY nice person and tries to get the office to call back but they never do! Joe - Thanks for trying your best but sadly Lisa wouldnt call or email back for more than 6 weeks! For anyone that ever opens an Amex Dispute you know that it sometimes takes MONTHS. However Benchcraft has such a terrible history they sided with us in less than 18 hours!! lol
One of the WORST companies to do business marketing with. They steal money and run your credit card for more than stated then won’t call you back when you to remedy the situation. We have asked for proof they actually marketed us and they refused, basically passed the phone back and forth to each other but then claimed they were all in different states. Very very shady. Young uneducated people running this company and then they continue to send us emails to pay them more money for ads they supposedly already did for us. Buyer beware!! Do not do business with them. If I could it would be a 0 star
Joke of a company. Ive called several times to clear things up with no luck. Because someone used my information to make an account. Ive disputed it with CC company and another charge just showed up. They said it was digitally signed and were down right rude when confronted. Do they not understand the world we live in has fraud and hackers? No sympathy for the little companies affected by this. Just want your money without doing a thing for it. I would never recommend this scam company. These reviews speal for thenselves. I feel bad for anyone that actually works with this compnay. I am going to do all i can donexpose these frauds and make this right. I work for my money. They will pay for this
Stay away. These folks are deceptive and predatory.
These guys like to lie. He told me he was a project manager for the lakeville country club and had a project for me. The project was for me to give him money for their scam advertising
Beware of very aggressive sales tactics, make sure you are 100% clear on the details....After 1 yr. I have had zero results on the golf course scorecard advertising.
It seems my reviews are buried without any text, so heres my filler till the investigation is complete.
Stop calling me im not interested.
