Ive worked with two different caseworkers for my child support case and theyve both been wonderful! Theyre give above and beyond to ensure that that get as much support from my childrens deadbeat dad as possible. Now in even getting occasional small payments on the $5,000 in arrears! They answer email very quickly and answer all of my questions thoroughly.

Phones are answered and you are put in contact with the right people quickly and efficiently.(no kidding)

You ladies screaming for child support need to know it took two to tangle and just because the child is automatically awarded to you through the court systems does not mean these case workers are your doormat. Own up. If the baby daddy doesnt want to pay move on, being bitter doesnt solve anything and these folks you rely on only put wedges between father and child.

Hate it very unorganised requested some files over two months ago still havent received anything. Must leave multiple messages to get a call back

This Child Support agency does not help the parent to receive money from the other parent! My baby daddy is 3-4++ thousand dollars owed and this office will not do anything to help my son get some financial help from his father!
