We called late afternoon on a Saturday and they arrived within an hour. We had squirrels in our eaves. They assessed the situation and returned within a few hours to check the traps. They were able to humanely trap the squirrel and removed the nest with the baby squirrel. Super efficient, friendly, and affordable!
