This is a great company with excellent customer service. They are fast to respond and communicate very well! Their onboarding process was super easy and convenient.

We were recommended to Premier Pool Care Inc by our pool builder stating that our warranty would be covered if we used them. They promised a lot of service and a discount if we paid yearly. The service techs spend only 5 minutes with your pool. When I questioned services I was given push back. Recently our pool was completely resurfaced with no water in it for weeks. The work was completed and aligned with our annual contract renewal. Due to having to claim with warranty by end of year. When provided the new statement we asked if we would be refunded for the weeks of service where there was no pool to service. They stated service was completed and that they have chemical readings to prove it. I am not sure whos pool they have readings on, but it was not ours since we had no water in our pool for weeks. They refused to discount and stated we are past due on our annual bill and we insisted that we would not pay for weeks that had no water. We are moving on and do not feel they are an honest company. I do not post reviews like this ever, but I am pretty upset that they insist they have readings on a pool with no water in it and all work was done through Builder Warranty and original Pool Company.

I have been with Diane since my pool was put in 5 years ago and found her and her staff exceptional. They were always professional but friendly, kind and helpful as well. Their pool school to teach you about how to care for your pool, spa, and equipment was great and if you ran into problems would stop by and give you a refresher. When my husband got too sick to care for it and then passed away a year ago, I had them take over weekly service and was very satisfied. I would highly recommend Diane and her company. My living situation is changing but I am so happy that I will be able to continue with her as soon as we are able to install a pool. Thank you Diane.

Service my pool every week. Come as scheduled, if they have to change the day, I always find a note letting me know. Quick to answer any questions or concerns I have. Would recommend this company to anyone that wants great service.

Premier was referred to me by a pool friend who longer lives in the area and had previously done work for us. They were able to replace my pool pump quickly, professionally, at a reasonable cost (despite the fact that a variable speed pump is expensive on its own!!)--right before I had company coming. Really appreciated their work.

I got them when I built my pool. I prepaid up front for a year, for “full service” weekly servicing.The good:-for the most part I never had a chemical issue with the pool.The bad:-skipped weeks-NEVER vacuumed the pool, even after being asked multiple times-no notification of when they visited-1 out of 4 visits would the skimmer basket be cleaned out-spent less than 5 minutes per visit-tile was scrubbed once over a 13 month periodI just let them go, as this is not my idea of full service.

Used them to startup and maintain my pool as they work with pool builder. Startup service was good. Pool service was not. They dont let you know when there coming or if they come. In December they charged for 4 weeks and serviced 3 citing holiday and then in January they stopped coming after 4 weeks after saying they would be out all 5 weeks. They dont tell you what was done. When we were home and saw tech come they were there for about 5 minutes, often skipped or did a very quick not complete brush job, checked chemicals added what was needed and left. They didnt clean skimmer basket every time. We had build up on the tile of the pool that wasnt being addressed. Salt levels were below 2700 when checked. It seemed like tech was all about getting in and out as quick as they could and not about doing the best job. Itd be real simple to send text or leave a card on the door saying they were there, what chemical levels were and what was done. Im sure some people dont care but makes you feel like you getting what your paying for knowing that. Recommend finding other company to service

Been with them for almost two years, the previous owners used them and referred us. Had good service for some time as far as maintaince. When there was something wrong the pool it was not so good. Every conversation was through email, there was not Effort on their part to pick up the phone and discuss the issues over the phone or in person. There was no initiative to come out sooner and look into the problem. When another company came out and figured out what the problem was in 5 mins, they denied what the other company found to be the issue, even though it was in writing. Now I’m stuck with dead grass, a repair bill and an huge water bill. I cut ties with this company over this. All I got was an apology after pulling teeth for it. I’m moving on. Even though they should take responsibility for some of the bills I’m stuck with, i will not push the issue. Just beware of the lack of customer service and professionalism from this company .

I have used this company for 3 years now and have received nothing but the best service. Tony is our pool guy and his attention to detail is incredible.

With so many pool companies to choose from it is hard to choose the right one, but fortunately we did! As an owner of a small business I cant tell you how important it is to be prompt, professional and courteous to the customer. This company got an A+ on all three. I have them clean my pool regularly and they do a fantastic job.

They have done a terrible job on our brand new pool. Its always dirty and the finish has ben ruined because they left sand build up on it. What was a perfectly smooth surface is now like sandpaper. They talked and sold a great game, but after the sale was done, they never once delivered what they promised.

I used this service for approximately a year and a half. Admittedly we had some issues with billing and timely payments,this was my fault. However they discontinued service without notifying me because they said that I was past due. When I proved that I was not past due, I got an excuse that it was too costly for them to maintain my pool and they fired me. NOT COOL, NOT PROFFESIONAL...sorry Diane! You could have at least discussed this with me so that I could have made other arrangements......
