Absolutely fantastic customer service! Had a little issue when I got there early in the morning but the front desk ladies and the manager really stepped up and solved everything for me. If you’re looking for lab work with upfront affordable rates, this is the place!

I recently used this lab for a paternity test. The staff was very professional, got me and my dad tested really quick. The results were emailed to myself as well as my now father. It was inexpensive and user friendly! I recommend this location!

I was out of town for business and I needed to get some tests done. Like any other person would do, I went to Goolge and found this AMAZING Lab. I dont get tests done often so I was had some trouble knowing what I did and didnt need. The person I spoke with was incredibly friendly and accommodating to my needs and lack of knowledge. The service was great and the environment was comforting!

One of the absolute best experience i’ve had while doing the COVID-19 rapid test. the lady was so gentle and it went by so quickly and efficiently i was shocked. when i had to do the test by myself yesterday i had no idea what i was doing but today i was very surprised and happy with the duration and flexibility of the test.

Been waiting over 5 days for nicotine test results from the LONGWOOD location!! Called to get results and every time I’m greeted by rude employees, one girl even hung up on me!! I was told my results would take 48-72 hours and this test was need for surgery clearance… never again! If you need fast reliable results go somewhere else!!! Rude and unprofessional with a delay of progress…disappointed!

Im visiting from Canada, and Ive had to use the service at Any Lab Test Now atleast three times for COVID testing and for my blood testing to get done there as well, and the team has been exceedingly professional and they follow the Covid protocol before entering the promises, and I even got a follow up to call to advance my appointment which ironically that day I wanted to go in earlier..Additionally, the staff is very accommodating and respectful..Must I mention their Vlajka shes an angel more of a great samaritan, youre such an angel.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. COVID PCR TEST LAST MINUTE and they were even closed. Megan in to accommodate me and my wife emergency visit back home. She was pleasant, gentle & very professional. We did get collected outside and we understood they’re keeping the inside for regular labs. We get it! Thank you for getting our results to us in less than 28 hours exactly. We couldn’t be more appreciative. Would definitely recommend

Was traveling to Brazil and called in to get a covid test and they knew exactly what test they were requiring in that place. Called last minute and even arrived to the center after they were closed and they still helped me out and did my test. They also have a bilingual spanish employee for all those latin florida residents. They told me they had 24/7 email service and indeed its true as they helped me out at 3am. The only negative thing I would say would be the price I had to pay for everything to be done express but i guess that is the price of the kits and the service around that area. Thank you girls for going above and beyond.

I needed a negative RT PCR test report for international travel . Test has to be taken within 72 hours window from the departure time. I got the results over email at exactly 40 hours of giving sample. The lab is very responsive and was responding to messages even late in the night. Best place to get the RT PCR test especially for travel purpose.

I had to book an emergency flight abroad. This lab actually respond to text and calls after hours. My flight is Wednesday. No lab was willing to give me an appointment for Sunday. I met someone there this morning for a COVID 19 PCR test. They did this for me and I couldn’t be more satisfied. My results will go to my email no later than Tuesday. So I don’t have to come back for them. This is A-1 service. I’m definitely recommending.

Two words, Life Saver!!! They offer NAAS RT/PCR COVID Test for traveling when nobody else does. I literally called a dozen places and the timing was not good. They got us in 2 days later. We received our results at 11 PM the next day. Its like theyre working around the clock to make sure people dont have to cancel their flights. This place is the best!!! Professional from booking appointment to receiving electronic results. 🙏🏽 #Grateful

I needed a PCR test to travel. The country only allowed a short window of no more than 48 before I travel. This is the only location that offered results in 24 to 48 hours. They also offer appointments. They sent my results electronically and it only took a day and some change. I was impressed. Not only that, although outside of their listed business hours, they called me at 9ish PM to make sure I received the results that they sent and I also received an text alert. . That was so convenient. I would definitely recommend this location. Ive had friends go to other labs that offered this test, not only did they have to wait for 3 hours before being seen, the results took almost 2 weeks and the place was also testing sick people. I DO NOT WANT TO GET SICK. This service is A1. They are truly all about protecting us and their staff. Most other places seem to be solely about financial gain. I could be wrong.

I was super anxious about getting bloodwork done as it hasn’t been a good experience in the past. The phlebotomist made me feel comfortable and was super quick and painless. Plus a fraction of the cost quoted at another lab! Can’t thank you enough for the pleasant experience.

Extremely arrogant and unprofessional .. we had to wait out in the car for more than 40 minutes without any update .. when we tried to check how long we had to wait, they were extremely rude and negative and would not even answer the door .. the test requested was urgent PCR required to travel and must be obtained within max 48 hours of travel . They assured us that the test result will come out within 24-48 hours. The time now is 10:00pm. We are still waiting and nothing. The flight is scheduled tomorrow morning. I’m sure the result will not come before .. I would not recommend using their services. bad lab

I just had the BEST experience here! I am NOT easily impressed when it comes to service and professionalism as I’ve worked in customer service management for 13 years... but this was hands down top notch customer service! I walked in knowing I’m the person who will pass out and vomit and was put at ease and made super comfortable knowing even if I did it wasn’t a problem. The price was super affordable (a good $250 less than I thought I would be paying). My blood was drawn and although I went white and nearly passed out and felt like vomiting, I was made comfortable and she knew exactly what to do to help me stay awake and get me through. I have had some pretty terrible healthcare experiences but I would definitely go here again for any of my future needs!

Called to find out if they could take my blood and my daughters for a research study being done in Europe for my daughters rare disease, Lori was able to get us right in, do the blood draw and helped with getting everything prepared to ship and having it picked up right from their location (saving me a trip to FedEx!). The package arrived safely at its destination in Germany. Thank you so much Lori for being so great to us - especially my young daughter who doesnt do well with pokes.

3xs faster and $200 cheaper!! Whats not to like? We went here a yr ago for lab work/blood test because I was HUGELY frustrated with Q. I was (still am) sick to death of impersonal, automated phone systems especially when you have a question or a problem. After wasting nearly an hour with Qs unfriendly system last year, ready to throw my phone out the window, I went here. It was fast, easy and professional. And did I say fast?This year we went to Q again because my hubby read the reviews. We waited 15 minutes just to get to a computer where they enter your info and take your $$ where we nearly fell on the floor in shock from the price of $295!! Its just 2 tests (TSH &T4 free), the same test that ALTN charged us just &98 for last year.Since ALTN takes walk-ins, we drove there and since theyre literally right across the street, it took 1 minute. We were in and out in 15 minutes.Oh, and while we were there I read about a vitamin shot they give to aid my efforts at weight loss for $35. I took a pic of it & Ive posted it here (see pics). I think Ill be doing that as its supposed to increase energy too. I need that!

Besides the lab being dirty; floor, chairs, and trash cans full (I should have left) the technician told me she could draw my other labs I needed to be done at a Quest Lab. I was excited BUT, SHE USED OR MAILED THE WRONG TUBES TO QUEST. QUEST called my M.D. and told them the wrong test tubes were used and the test couldn’t be analyzed. Now one week later I need to go back again to a professional laboratory and have all the test done again.

Best customer service ever! The owner has consistently helped me efficiently and effectively every time. There have been instances when I was running late because of traffic so I gave this location a call to let them know AND the owner was willing to stay past closing time just to help me. 11/10 would recommend!!

I went to this any lab test now, west state road 434, winter springs FL The owner was very friendly and absolutely professional. she showed mastery with the further information she gave and helped me reduce my price by putting my test in a panel. The best part was how super good she was with the needle. i always have my fears for needle but she was already filling up a vial before i could even think of my phobia! very neat place. i will visit them over and over again.

I have been coming to this location for the past few months and have received great customer service with London. Last month when I came in for a routine test she performed it during the posted lunch break 12-1 pm without any hesitations (Which did not expect because I came 3 minutes before 12). I used to go to another lab in Orlando but I stopped because of the strong air freshener/ chemical aroma that would give me a migraine before I would leave the facility. I prefer this Any Lab Test Now and will continue to go here because of my experiences at this location.

Came in for glucose testing. Over two weeks pass by and I never received results nor did They give my doctor the results. Now I have to do it again somewhere else. Waste of money and time for nothing.Reply: again I will state that you never sent me my results via email or to my doctor. Labcorp was not able to give me the results either due to you guys messing up my name on the blood draw. I DID do the glucose test and had a blood draw. I paid you for nothing and wasted my time and would not recommend to anyone! I do not care if you are a military family like us or not that is irrelevant.AGAIN you messed up my NAME and did not do your job correctly, if I were this establishment I’d shut the hell up and learn some damn professionalism as well as how do to something right!

I truly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere here. I was able to get a full panel of test done and the results were sent electronically.. I now have lab results at my finger tips. I was not only able to forward this to my nephrologist; I also was able to deliver these results to my PCP with one touch of a button. Thanks Any Lab Test for making everything so simple.

Super nice staff, the lady at the front who took my blood was so patient and kind!!! Just left in the parking lot now after getting it drawn, service so good I had to write a review! I have small veins and have had many painful experiences getting blood drawn but this was quick and easy!!

Amazing stuff, I went in for b-12 shots and I’m such a super baby with injections. The medical assistant made me calm and actually talked to me while she did the shot and I didn’t realize she was done. I took my mom to the lab about 8 times and every time it has been a great experience. The owner is very polite and such a great person.

I live in Orlando and this place is 36 minutes away from where I live. I drive once a week to get my super lipotropic injection all this because of the great customer service and the quality of the product.Since I started my injections with the Megan i’m no longer scared of syringe needle. No pain no bruises.I lost a few pounds since I started thanks to the great directions and tips Megan giving me.I am rocomading this place with full confidence because tried other places and I was not satisfied so I rather drive long way to this place and get great service

They were very polite, and realized I did not have the money for all the tests my doctor had written. They then allowed me to select 5 tests for 129.00. I suffer from a rheumatologic disease, and they sometimes cannot catch the blood tithes for certain panels unless Im having a flare up.They are trying to figure out if my liver or kidneys are not functioning normal. I find Any Lab Test to be very helpful.

These people let me make an appointment before they opened. Very accommodating!!! Not to mention the prices are incredible.

I had my blood drown on Thursday to receive my results on Saturday. I called on Monday since I did not get the promised email with the results. I was told that the computer and the printer had problems, so they were unable to give my results. I explained the urgency of my situation. I was promised that the situation will be resolved on Monday PM. I called on Tuesday, only to find out that nothing has changed. Broken equipment and no results for me. I was given Quest number, I called to find out that legally they cannot give me the results. The employee of Any Lab gave me the number of the supervisor/owner - only to find out that the person is not able to get or respond to any phone calls for the next 3 days (vacation). Called Quest again to ask if they can fax my results directly to the doctors office. That is possible if the doctor is a client and will call them and ask for my results.Overall : very upsetting, no solutions offered, will NOT return to this location.

The staff is very rude. I bought a groupon for a series of 10 lipo-b12 shots and on my 1st visit I was told it was a 10 week program and I had to come every week at the same time in order to honor my groupon. As someone who works, this is impossible for me to do. The receptionist stated if I didnt come at my scheduled time, that couldnt be rescheduled, I would lose a shot. This was not disclosed in the groupon and I feel this is dishonest. Upon objecting to this requirement the receptionist told me if I didnt like it I could leave. So I did. This place is dirty and seems like a scam. They certainly have no empathy for their customers needs or satisfaction.

I needed blood drawn for Cyrex, which Cyrex covers the cost paying Any Lab Test Now for their service. The owner tried to charge me $30 for the blood drawn. The owner is a scam artist. The place is dirty, the lab chair is broken with no cushions, the owner is rude. If I could go zero stars I would. NEVER go here!!

I went to Any Lab Test Now in Longwood for a pre employment hair drug screen. When I arrived I was the only customer and there was one medical assistant there. She took my information then instead of proceeding with my screen, she got in the phone and was conducting other business while I waited for 45 minutes. Once she finally took me back to collect my hair sample, she proceeded to cut a large sample of hair at the nape of my neck all the way across my hairline, taking much more than the necessary amount for the screen. Then she put it in a urine collection tube and not the proper envelope collection kit provided by the lab. This resulted in the lab rejecting the sample requiring me to go back and have it done again. The paperwork I was provided to take to the lab stated that they open at 8am but when I went there the second time nobody showed up and I finally left by 8:20. I cannot express how unhappy I was with this complete experience and I would not go back or recommend to anyone to have any lab work there. They are clearly incompetent and dont have and regard for inconveniencing their customers.

Went there this morning and parked, waiting for them to open. Website and posted sign says they open at 8:30. Sat there until 8:50 and no one ever opened the door or answered the phone. Had to drive half an hour to another location. Very unprofessional.

Shantay was very rude with my husband on the phone before even getting there. The sign was on a lunch at 2:45 pm we waited almost an hour then called again no answer we were in front the whole time it was going on an hour and 10 mins she said they would be back in 10 so we waited another 20mins he calls again and theyre on speaker shes like we been here and as we speak she turns the sign from closed to open. Literally 1 hour and 20mins later he goes in and does what he has to do and he leaves. 30 mins later he gets a call again on speaker I hear her say the temp was off...he was like well that would make sense its been 30 mins then she says that the smell was too strong and that its synthetic she changed her story twice and then says he has 10 mins note its been 30 mins and we live in altamonte which is a 40 min drive not included traffic I want the number for corporate anyone has it let me know.

I performed a computer repair and have as of yet to be paid. While there was a rush to get it repaired there has not been a rush to pay me for a job ccompleted! I am doubtful of any word they say!
