Really good experience. Customer service is helpful when it came to find things. Not to busy as well. Parking lot can be crowded, but nothing to serious. No negative remarks, but the visit was an pleasant visit.

I went today, July 16th, at about 7 pm and there were only two people there. I was greeted and they told me where to find something but once I got to the register I was blatantly ignored twice at diff times by both of them - _- They did end up helping me but Ive been in customer service, you greet as soon as you see someone approach and maybe tell them to hold on or that you will be with them in a second but you dont just make them wait in silence. I definitely expect more from party city since all of the other ones always have been great. This should be at every store!

I miss my Party City in Altamonte. This one doesnt seem as large and has less inventory. But, I feel lucky there is one nearby. The employees are helpful.

I wanted to give a huge kudos to Adrian he was very helpful. I really needed a bow for my mentor new vehicle and I looked everywhere at other stores. I found it at this store. I had no clue how to put it together he offered and gave me the confidence I needed to put it together. I will definitely drive from Orlando to this store for such great service.

I hope these places dont disappear. We always found what we need for a party and its nice to be able to wander the aisles for new ideas. Online stores might beat the prices but its hard to beat the convenience of seeing it and getting it immediately.

They have most of what you might need for a celebration. But not what I needed. I was out of luck for a December graduation. Thousands and thousands of students were graduating from a local university but not one balloon nor other item for a graduation. Other than that, great selection of merchandise.

It’s party city, they have the party supplies you need. But beware of the loose candy, it doesn’t taste right. Had a friend visit from England and she wanted to try so many candies so we figured it made more sense to go here and get a bunch of different kinds rather than buy bags upon bags for just a sampling.A few of the candies were okay, but some tasted either like it was very old or had melted and then firmed up again. It was weird. I’d recommend just buying the big bags and dealing with it.

First time had been in a Party city, I really didnt expect all they had. It truly does have what you need for any party, personally grabbed gold and black items for this 2020 new years eve

The theme for our party coming up is Silverworld where everything is silver. The store clerk was very friendly and helpful and walked me over to the silver section on the wall. It was amazing! I found everything I needed and more!

Love this place, they have so much stuff for parties. Im always looking for a sale and I would say if you look hard enough you will find a good deal on clearance items. The workers are very helpful and very nice.

I needed an item that was not on the shelf. The associate I asked checked for me and then went in the stockroom and found the box my item was in and brought it up front. I was very happy that she found one. Great customer service!

Great place to get balloons for any occasion. Got some birthday and dinosaur balloons for my sons second birthday party. He loved them and it was a great addition to the decorations.

Very busy parking lot/shopping center.but they have the largest assortment of party items. You can find everything! There was a shortage of helium when I picked up balloons,so they were discounting helium tanks for people. I appreciate that

My daughter and I called all over looking for a Minecraft Diamond sword for my granddaughter. This Party City was the only one to have it. The staff was awesome. Willing to help and be were so kind. Definitely be my go-to place for anything I need!

Picked up balloons without issue. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

There were no carts for customers to use so we had to carry all our itmes in our arms. If we wanted more we couldnt have gotten any. The checkout lines were poorly marked and created confusion.

My shopping experience was great. Until it was time to pick up my balloons. I arrived at 545 and had a pick up time for 6. I went to see if i was done early. If not see how long. I walked in and the employees treated me as if i a wasnt suppose to ask how long. When i came back in they didnt put the. Ballon bag as i asked and paid for. I left and set up my balloons to realize i was given 11 not 12. And not in the order i asked for 3 reds 3 black and 3 white. But had no time to switch them. Just felt like they should have had better customer service. 3/25/17.

Customer service is awful most of the time. If you ask for balloons to be blown up, youre treated as if youre a huge bother to them. Next time, Ill buy the balloons from Amazon and get them blown up at Publix. Ill avoid this place like the plague.
