Our JVC d-ila projector just stopped working and we could not figure out what was going on. With it being such a nice projector we really wanted to try to get it fixed instead of replace it. Electronics wizard was amazing and they knew what to do right away and they had it fixed within a day! I was very impressed with their service and the way they handled everything. We were thrilled that the fix was not too expensive and that the projector was working perfectly afterward. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Electronics Wizard!

Good a little pricy, but got work done fast and is working great

I have been bringing all kinds of things to this place since 2007. They were even able to fix the remote to a handicap chair that got damaged. The pricing has always been fair and honest. I have even bought repaired tvs from them. And I will continue to bring my things to them. You guys rock.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were able to provide an estimate for my insurance company. They were not pushy when it came to waiting for an answer from my insurance company on whether they could repair. Once approval was given I got my TV back quickly.

Brought in a nearly 40 year old commodore monitor that was having issues. They fixed it and it works great now. All for less than $100! They were great.

I took my ~6 y.o Vizio to another place; they said it wasnt the power supply so it was basically toast. Rather than spend several k$ on a new TV I thought Id get a second opinion. Electronic Wizard diagnosed it in a couple of days as the motherboard, replaced it for $130 and I was back in business in about a week. They were competent, did a great job were very professional - thats a rarity these days. Too bad more places arent like this!

I am all about supporting local business, restaurants, shops, retail, etc.My first choice was to call a local company and I called Electronic Wizard. Wow what a mistake. they sent out a technician said the problem with my tv was easy to fix and that the part fails 99% of the time. The story they told me was that they put a new part in and that it worked. the technician left and the problem was not fixed. I called to have them check their work. it took another 4 weeks of calling back and forth to get the technician to troubleshoot further. finally they gave up saying they could not fix it.They swiped my visa for over $300 and I never got a penny back after repeated efforts to contact and resolve the issue.THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM. STAYAWAY!!!! They dont deserve the right to be called local and they dont deserve local business!!!!!

I’m all for supporting our local businesses. But I hate when I’m quoted one price when I go pick up the item it’s more then what they said. I was quoting $40 for labor when I got there they charge me $45. mind you the part that was soldered to the TV bored was a two dollar item.oh and I took them the board they did not have to disassemble the TV.

Dropped off my soundbar bar, Bluetooth and wifi both went out. It just so happened a hurricane was effecting the shipping of the part at that time. Electronic Wizard was in costant contact with giving me updates. The whole repair was delayed about a week from it, no big deal They got the job done everything works great and their used tvs are less then what you can buy off Craigslist! I actually just got done buying used tvs for my office when I went there. I would have saved even more money if I just went there. Will be going there for all my electronic needs for now on

This is in response to the customer who came into the shop to repair a circuit board or buy a new one. The customer was given a ball park estimate to repair his TV, without a proper diagnosis. The estimate includes parts and labor, but was just an estimate it was not a repair bill. The board he saw for $35.00 on ebay was used. We dont sell parts and we dont buy used parts. We offer free estimates, we always diagnosis the problem with the television first, then we give a written estimate that we stand by.John P.

Very professional and knowledgeable. They replace the bulb on my 61Samsung DLP. I called first thing in the morning and they arrived that day by 12:30 pm. Although I gave the the infomation for the replacement bulb, once the technician John installed the bulb he noticed the screen was still not as bright as it should be so he left the bulb in, ordered the correct bulb and returned 1 1/2 day later. Once the correct bulb was install the picture was perfect. All this at no additional charge. John even did a little cleaning on the inside of my unit. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT SERVICE

I called to set up appointment and let the receptionist know what code the TV was giving me so they could be prepared on how to fix it. There was a problem with it not powering on intermittently. If you unplug TV for several days it will come on again for a day or two. The repair technician came out said well cant replicate the problem and did nothing and charged 95 dollars and said if it happens again 95 will go towards the price of repair. Of course it happened again and set up another appointment and repair tech that came out said another 125 dollars to reset codes and 75% of the time fixes the problem and the 95 previously was for them to come out and does not go towards the repair. TV was still not fixed after $220 spent. Not once did anyone even look inside the TV. I will call someone else. They dont seem very knowledgeable and they are a rip off.

This place is great! I had best buy come take a look at my 65 inch DLP tv. They told me the tv wasnt worth repair and I could get a new one for the same price as fixing my old tv or even cheaper. I called a few repair spots all around orlando and nobody wanted to come out and fix my problem till until i got a hold of Craig at Electronic Wizard Tv repair service. He was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was after a few questions over the phone. The tv had a bad DLP chip and Craig advised it would be $325 to fix it in my home and $275 if it took it down to their shop. I researched the parts needed to fix the machine which ranged from $150 to $200 and felt their labor fees were not bad and Craig seemed like an honest guy over the phone. So I scheduled them to come out to my house since its a big tv and i didnt want to move it myself. The technician John showed up on time, he was very knowledgeable and super friendly and professional. After and hour or so the tv was up and running like it just came out the box. I have recommend this company to family friends in the central florida area. These guys know their stuff and their prices are fair. Thanks for the great service!
