Thier repair service was excellent. I had a gaming desktop I custom built that dropped while moving. Not only was Jason able to salvage the most expensive parts of my desktop, he was able to rebuild it better than before (at least twice as fast now) for a very reasonable rate. The best part is he really takes the time to explain things to you so you understand and feel comfortable. He even helped me change my graphics card settings so I could play one of my favorite games on ultra settings and showed me how to do it.

I never went there. But they were polite on the phone.
