This place is reasonably priced and easy to get into. But the show stealer is the staff. Erica helped us so much today while cleaning out the unit. Answered all our questions and when she didnt know, she found out. Then she came by to check on us periodically while at the unit. Great customer service!

What a wonderful experience! Rhonda was a joy to work with. Fast check in, top notch friendly service and atmosphere. I felt like Ive known her for years. Shes is always smiling, waving as I came and went, and visible patrolling the grounds. The entire grounds are very clean which is important. Definitely check this place out if youre needing a storage facility.

There was an issue trying to get first day access, but since then everything has been fine. The unit was very clean on the first day. I just hope it stays dry inside, as there is no step up into the unit.

We ordered beers that they didnt know how to make... Snakebite, Black Velvet. Not impressed at all as an Irish pub. Was our first time there and we wont be back. Just a bar like any other. Did not have much of a selection of irish beers,even the cider was American.

Tenoa was super helpful and a joy to work with. I had to get a storage unit for a client of mine and I was trying to make an appointment and kept having to push back and she was gracious and very accommodating. She was working with another couple when I arrived and I stayed outside at first (social distancing) and she welcomed me in and helped me keep a safe distance. She gave me directions to my storage unit at my request and was in a great location and easy to get in and out of. Her computer was running slow and she kept apologizing! Overall I would rent from them again!

Every last thing connected with my interaction with the staff, Barbara and Tenoa was five star. They were both extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The price was right, the grounds are clean and is well maintained. This is the second time I have rented from Public Storage at this address and Barbara is the best! Both Barbara and Teresa have been so helpful with our move-in! We had to upgrade after a month to a bigger unit and Teresa made the move seamless and pleasant! Please give thanks to these two ladies because they were great!

Barbara was fast and efficient setting me up with a rental. I was signed up and gone within 25 minutes, and that included walking to inspect the storage unit. She also recommended a moisture absorber (which they sell) to protect my stuff because of where my unit is, the air gets really damp when it rains. I would definitely recommend this place.

The facility was easy to locate. My aunt was forced to move out of her large home and move in with family members due to health conditions. Her biggest concern was to ensure here valuables were protected and she had access to them. Ashley and her staff provided excellent customer service and assist with finding the best storage unit to accommodate her needs. My aunt was so pleased with the service she recieved that she has been recommending this location to everyone looking for a storage unit.

This has been the best storage unit that we have had. when we first went there we were under a lot stress and a very difficult time for us we had just relocated back to Florida but Barbara the Manager went through everything she was very helpful and very caring and very professional in other words our first impression was awesome. The the property is always very clean, the unit is huge everything was clean and and the bathroom is always clean as well. Every time we go there Barbara always greets us with a big smile and has always asked us if we need anything she is always very helpful and very sweet anything we need she always goes that extra step to help us. I had reserved a unit two weeks ago at this location, but did not follow through with it. I figured that my unit was filled by now, but hoped that they still had something available. Thanks to Lauree, my original reservation was restored, along with the same price that was quoted and she immediately put me into a unit. She explained every detail thoroughly and gave me tips on how to keep my belongings safe. Although she was just doing her job, she made me feel that I mattered and had shown compassion to my situation. A smile and kindness can make anyone’s day better.....thank you Lauree!

Hey, What can you say. Its storage. Staff was generally nice and helpful when we needed them. Location was convenient. Moved our stuff down the street for climate controlled storage. We used this location for around 15 years with no problems.

Pretty small storage unit specially with a big truck, ask manager to move their personal vehicle so other cars could go in since my storage unit was right by entrance and she refuse!!!

As I was shown the unit I noticed how clean the unit and the property were, they obviously took pride in this property. Since I was renting a climate controlled unit I paid attention to the A/C units and saw that they were high quality units with no evidence of leaking or other problems. Barb, the manager who showed me the property and the unit, answered all my questions. She obviously knew her property and company procedures. Her personality, knowledge and desire to help me get the unit that was what I needed are what convinced me to rent from Public Storage.

I love this place Barbara is always so nice and friendly, she greets me and remembers me by name. She will even call me for a friendly reminder for my payment. She is always polite and very sweet person. I would highly recommend this place.

A wonderful place always open no matter how late or how early I need to go. A trustworthy person running the place making sure that nobody is trying to break in and steal belongings. Decently priced for the units and a lot of storage space. Over all just a wonderful place to keep things that clutter around the house.

Rented from Oct. 2014 - June 2015. Access was easy anytime during their very broad service hours. Our stuff stayed dry and no evidence of bugs or pests was ever observed. Not a lot of contact with staff, but the few times we needed someone they were readily available, polite, and helpful. Would rent here again if needed.

This Winter Springs Public Storage location was wonderful! We had to move quickly and having a storage space to keep some of our things to move in gradually over a number of months to our new house made a huge difference. Barbara maintains a very clean facility and we were definitely pleased with our experience. Should we need to rent a space again, we will be back!

The manager there is a liar. I was told if I have all of my stuff out of the unit plus the unit is clean and unlocked I would not be charged the following month for rent. although I had all of my stuff out of the unit and it was unlocked and clean and I checked in with the front counter person the day before and called her on the day of the first I was still charged on the second because she said that she was not there to make her walk. Even though I called her on the day of the 1st at 9:08 a.m. and she said she hasnt made her walk yet she still lied straight to my face and charged my card $160 and my daughter and I could not eat for 4 days because she took the money out of my account because she didnt want to do her job properly.Shes a fast talker and a straight up liar.Ohh..do you like rats and roaches...cause you get em both when you put your stuff in these units.I really hope she loses her job ... So does my daughter.

We recently rented 2 units at this Property and Barbara and Arsenio made the process so easy and quick. The rates were great and we are very happy.

The company lures you in with a $1.00 move in special. They Quote you a per month price. After six months they raise your rent by $10.00-$15.00. after another six months they raise your storage payment another $10.00-$15.00. Public Storage also makes you pay mandatory renters insurance. I`m sure the rental insurance company is a subsidiary of the Public storage corporation.

I was very pleased by the services rendered by the managers on duty (Michael). Two months ago I was very in need of the storage to put my stuffs. They were so helpful to give me a unit which I have not given a notice to change from one to another on the same day. Michael had done a lot help for me. One time I asked a favor to help me close the door because I injured my hand and I could not pulled and closed the door if not for his kind heart I dont know what to do. Thank you very much for their help.

This is the crappiest storage place I have ever seen, theyre overpriced and after 1 month of not getting paid they auctioned off my storage unit for less than what I was going to pay to keep it. ridiculous...

The online reservation discount was a nice surprise and Jennifer made the move-in process painless. The property is clean and convenient to access. Barbara, the property manager is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with whenever I see her.
