Had appointment for tire rotation and balance. Got it on and done fast.
I called around to 4 various tire shops and Brent here sold me on applicable tires and at a fair price. He asked questions of my driving habits and together we narrowed down to two tires. These Coopers are a huge step up to my previous dealer specials. Thanks Brent!!Already referred you to a neighbor.
Not long ago I decided to buy four tires from tire Kingdom. I don’t drive my car much so I decided to go with the $35 for each tire. Of course, I was expecting the bait and switch and that’s exactly what I got. I was told that the tires I wanted were not available anywhere and the next tire up would be an additional $20 each. I decided to go ahead and do it and I did not have to wait long for them to put the tires on my car. I was fully expecting them to tell me there was something wrong with my car and indeed I was correct. These people must get paid commissions because after they put my tires on they came out and said I needed a front end alignment. This of course was a flat out lie. I had 17,000 miles on my car, no irregular wear on one side or the other of the tires and there was no pulling to the left or right. Another case of a dishonest shop. We should be able to file a lawsuit for a bait and switch tactics.
I just want to give credit where credit is due and Nathan did an incredible job on my truck today. Though the truck looks great it was his professionalism and his courtesy that stood out! Thank you Nathan, Great Job!
I purchased new tires for my son’s car from Tire Kingdom. My son began having vibration issues when he was driving on the interstate. I took it into a local mechanic. While there the mechanic pointed out to me that the car was missing 2 of the 4 hub centric rings for my tires. He encouraged me to call Tire Kingdom. I called and was told my particular car did not have hub centric rings. My mechanic was appalled by that response and offered to call with me. When he called we got a different customer service agent. My mechanic identified himself and explained how the tech put on some rings and not others. Again we started to get the run around. After some persistence and explaining how they can get them from the tire manufacturer the customer serve agent agreed to order them and told us that I just needed to bring in my receipt and I could pick them up. I waited a few days to allow them to come in. I called and got the store manager who said to call back the next day because that agent was not there and he knew nothing about it. I called the next day and talked to the customer service agent again. This time he said he had no knowledge of the prior conversation but said the store manager would call me. That was 2 days ago and no call. If you have a problem with Tire Kingdom’s service you will only get a run around and no resolution. I caution anyone from doing business with this store.
They refused to repair my tire and didnt explain in a good attitude. I am very upset. I think hes a new employee and had sales quota? 🤔I remember the African American gentleman used to help me, hes so nice to me.
Very nice crew, the manager there was polite and understanding of my problems, willing to help. Thank you.
I have been taking cars to this Tire Kingdom now for over five years. I have a Tire Kingdom card and was a very loyal customer. But about a year and a half ago there were all new employees, and ever since then I have had irritating experiences and low-quality service. Most recently, I have been to Tire Kingdom five times in the last month for the same issue, one that was supposed to be handled 7 months ago.About 7 months ago I took my car (2002 Camry with good mileage) for a routine oil change. They call me to tell me that my power steering pump is broken. So they fix it and it costs me a little less than $1000 for the labor, parts, and other routine things like the oil change and tire rotation, etc. Seems a little steep, but that is part of having an old car. I ask how that happened and they say it is just regular wear-and-tear.Fast forward to 6 months later, I go in for another oil change and the power steering pump is broken again. I ask how that could happen since it was just replaced. Turns out the rack and pinion was broken and it was somehow damaging the power steering pump. So now they replace the power steering pump AND the rack and pinion. They charged me for the labor for the power steering pump even though it was their fault that it broke again in the first place. I asked why it had broken the first time around and they did not check to see if there were any other issues. Now to their credit, the part itself was still under warranty so I did not have to pay for a new part, but the labor charge plus the rack and pinion costs (for parts and labor) was $1700.About five minutes after I leave the Tire Kingdom I hear a squeaky, rattling sound. I assume something just wasnt tightened all the way but I was running late somewhere so I did not turn around (big mistake on my part, I recognize). When I had the chance, I took my car to the Tire Kingdom in Gainesville about 3 weeks later (I could not get to Winter Springs at the time) to have them check out the sound. That was a mess also but I am not reviewing that tire kingdom here. What they found was the boot covering my CV axle was torn and the axle underneath was exposed. I asked how that could have happened, and he asked me what work I had done on it. He told me that when they did the alignment after installing the rack and pinion, they messed something up that allowed the boot to twist up while I was driving, allowing it to break and expose the CV axle. So they send me back to the Tire Kingdom in Winter Springs to get it fixed, and tells me I should not have to pay for it because it is their fault it tore.I am about to leave for the appointment when lo and behold, my car wont start. AAA comes and finds a gas leak. Says he has no idea how that could have happened unless someone made a mistake when they worked on my car in the past. The only people who have ever worked on my car were the mechanics at this Tire Kingdom. So now I have three problems: The squeaking sound is still there, the CV axle boot is torn, and I have a gas leak, all of which are somehow related to the work this Tire Kingdom did on my car three weeks prior. But they refuse to admit that it could possibly be their fault because the rack and pinion they replaced is nowhere near the CV axle or the gas leak. And come to find out, the CV axle itself is now damaged because of being exposed from the boot being torn. So now I am spending another $700 just to get my car running, and Tire Kingdom refuses to admit they played any part in the damages. And the best part is, they never fixed the squeaking sound. If you are not knowledgeable about cars and want to be able to trust your mechanics not to take advantage of that, do not take your car here. And if you do, be ready to google and research everything they tell you, and get a second opinion on whether or not the repair they recommend is really necessary. I will not be bringing my car back to this or any tire kingdom. They have lost a long-time customer.
Got 2 tires mounted. Good service.
Dunno what happened here. They used to be very friendly and would help out in the past when I needed something simple like checking my OBD-II. They wanted to charge me $130. Ill go buy the tool myself and fix it myself too. You talked yourselves out of a repair, and any future service.
Had an appointment for a tire patch, 2 hours later you get a 1 star. I think thats a fair trade.
Excellent service and employees. The technician seem knowledge and was very attentive and courteous. Car drives much better now.
I have been going to this location for years and have had nothing but great experiences! Nathan has managed this store since I have been going there. He is always very helpful! Theyre honest and get all my mechanical issues resolved quickly! They help me find the best deals and help keep me on track with my maintenance schedule. Today, they patched a tire last minute right before they closed while I waited. This kind of service is why I keep going back.
I went to Tire Kingdom because I had a tire going down. They were able to find a sheet metal screw and repair my tire. I was in and out in no time. The staff was really nice and Im delighted to find they are a full-service place where I can take my care. Thanks, guys, you have a happy customer. Ill be back!!
We bought our tires here and were supposed to receive free tire rotation and balancing for the life of the tires. Didnt think they rotated them last time, so I marked my tires. They lied about rotating them and then tried to sell me new tires because mine are too old to rotate. Will never go back again. Lousy service.
Service was fast. Very nice manager. Communicate with client in a clear way. Will visit again.
Just had brake pads and rotors done on my nissan from here. Service techs are great at explaining exactly what is needed. The customer service from the store manager Greg is amazing. We had used a previous tire kingdom that he managed but hadnt been there in awhile due to issues and were glad to find where Greg had moved to. His knowledge and customer service is what had always kept us coming back. When you speak to him on the phone and he knows who you are and works hard to make sure you are satisfied with the job by his employees. That is what is important to me. Thanks everyone for helping us out.
I have been coming to Winter Springs Tire Kingdom for about 13 years now and every time they always give me the best offer! They think outside of the box and never make me feel like Im being over charged for anything!! Nino was an amazing guy to work with and was so understanding and great! I was in and out of there within 40 minutes when I found a nail in my tire! Thank you Tire Kingdom!!
( blue edge) Gleb assisted us promptly when we pulled in for a pressure check. This is definitely a place to go if you’re looking for good service. You could see they were very busy. Gleb was definitely courteous and did not make us feel like we were disrupting his work.
STAY AWAY! .. unprofessional and very rude. When we dropped off our car, the manager (Gregory) was yelling at someone over the phone about tires. (that should have been a sign in itself). Tanner was helping us as we needed new struts for our vehicle, calls us a while later to give us a price (which we were fine with) ... calls back a hour later and almost doubles the price! (at this point we had already called around for other estimates) ... so we told TANNER that we would come pick up the car and take it to TIRES PLUS (much better experience) ... he didnt like that response. Was completely rude to us when we pick up the car, ignored us and threw the receipt across the counter to us. NEVER AGAIN will we step foot in ANY tire kingdom here or across the nation.
These guys are awesome! I had all four tires replaced on my vehicle, they were able to order the exact tires I wanted. They were very knowledgable and respectful. I would highly recommend this location.
Awful Customer Service, tried ripping me for 100 bucks saying that I couldn’t get buy 3 get 1 because I did staggered wheels when no where in the terms it said that, after coming to the store and arguing with a “parts manager” we were told he couldn’t do it in his computer and that we had to “get the he** out” We get a call 10 minutes later from the company when we get home saying that they called corporate and that they can do it for us(somehow now all of a sudden there computer can do it) Never received an apology, we came in nice at first but he was a “Mr. Know it all” would love to speak to an actual store manager. Don’t let them scam you for your money, fight for what’s yours.
I find this Tire Kingdom to be extremely helpful. I do not know much about cars, but guys like Nino, Greg, and others always make the options very clear to me without being pushy. I would highly recommend.
They forgot to add oil after they replaced the oil pan in my car! I was driving the car with zero oil for the most of the day!!
The Worst car care place I have ever been to. I brought my truck in for tires and was told I also needed new suspension, so I did. Now before they started working on my truck it was perfectly aligned, and the 2-inch leveling kit I have installed fit perfectly -- no issues. After they finished installing everything (new struts, shocks and tires) I picked it up to find out it cant be aligned and my upper control arms are now in contact with my new shocks. So its not derivable. They tell me I need after market upper control arms to make it fit and that they would order them and have it done in a couple of days. Next day they call me to tell me they cant order them and I need to do it. I ordered a set and brought them in, and they damage one and then tell me that I dont need upper control arms but a spindle lift kit and or a knuckle lift kit. I decided to call Top Trucks of Central Florida to find out that I dont need either and that Tire Kingdom had to have installed my shocks wrong, or they put on the wrong part. I looked up the part number and discovered that they did indeed put on the wrong part. When I called them pack they made me feel like I was an idiot for asking them to double check the part they installed. They called me back and yep, they installed the wrong part. This took over a week, and I was out of a vehicle because of the inexperienced tech and management team. Additionally, if you choose to buy from here, they mark up all their products by 200%. I only found this out when I was doing my research on the part they put on my truck. I paid more than double what its listed online which I found from a referral link on the manufacture website. How is that possible? They are robbing their customers. I dont mind paying a mark up or labor costs, but I dont appreciate being robbed. All in all I paid $850 more for parts that I didnt need to. I basically paid for all my parts twice with interest. I cant tell you how taken I feel and how they made us feel when they were in the wrong. Read other peoples reviews. You are better off going to an actual mechanic who actually knows what theyre doing.
Read the bad reviews and thought it wouldnt happen to me. I was wrong. Please dont make the same mistake. Went there today to get my tire patched (had a screw in) after just having gotten all new tires at that location (initially only went there for a patch with a screw that time too). The associate who checked the mileage on my car came back with my key FOB broken into pieces, claimed it was already broken although I never had any issues with it (not loose, wiggling, or otherwise faulty). When I began to discuss the key with him, he became combative and rude, and when I asked to speak with his manager, he snuck in additional unnecessary rude comments before we went inside and I was referred to his higher up. The manager belittled me and tried to tell me how the key was constructed, clicked it back together and said it was okay. I told him that Id tried to put it into the ignition myself after clicking it together and it would fall apart upon turning it. He tried to deny my claims, I took him outside and let him do it himself, it was indeed broken and fell apart again. He tried to again tell me about the structure of the key, talking about a missing screw and pointing to the light on the key. I told him no screw went there, it was just a light, and he shifted gears and blamed it on the glue on the body of the key being worn down. I decided it was not worth the battle there and I will proceed with the issue on my own, but it is ridiculous that a $100 possession of mine was clearly damaged beyond function or repair and I am being held responsible for it. I am fortunate I live nearby and had a relative bring my spare key, otherwise I would not have been able to turn the key in the ignition and would have had to spend extra money on a towing service. Very disappointed in the customer service and protocol of this location. Even an acknowledgement of having done wrong would have felt better than the associates blaming me for their mistake. I am a young college student and do not have $100 to throw around, so this issue does have a major impact on my finances. Please do not come here, no matter how educated you are in auto services they will try to upsell and cheat you. Tire Kingdom is not a bad company, there are other locations nearby with better ratings and service.
Stopped by this Tire Kingdom because I had a nail in my tire. Wasnt sure if the tire was leaking air or not. I told them I was in a hurry and Nino Aponte who was working at the front desk was willing to walk outside and take a look at the tire for me. He pulled out the nail and the air was not leaking out. He then offered to fill all of my tires up with air. I really appreciated the quick response..
Fantastic service! I woke up to a flat(ish) tire and the gang at Tire Kingdome got me in pronto, and treated me like my issue was the most important one in the shop! Ill be back next time I need service!
Tire patch in less than 30min. Fast and comprehensive.
Terrible customer service. We are repeat customers and was not shown any professionalism. We had an appointment set for 3 and was told we were next and it would be one hour. after two hours not only was our car not serviced, we were rudely informed “your car won’t be ready for two more hours are you really trying to wait on it?” We explained we didn’t have a second vehicle with us and the representative said “next time make an appointment or you won’t be serviced until dead last”. When explaining we had an appointment he argued with us saying that we did not and that the person who did our papers didn’t write it in there and they kept taking other cars in front of us. Our name and car was even written on the service board with a 3pm appointment beside it. There was no apology made. Customer service 101, it is never my problem that you made an error, but being rude to me after YOU messed up is simply not tolerable and we will take our $1,000 tire business elsewhere.
I made an appointment on line and when I got there they told me they already had 2 appointments at the same time, (made by phone) and they were short handed, so I had to wait at least 2 hours to start my service, unreliable system, I had to leave to try to solve this somewhere else, you just lost a customer
Nino was first and foremost very professional from the start. He was also very informative about everything, from the services, to the warranties, and so on. Even more impressive is the fact that he generally cares for people, which is hard to find nowadays. He made the experience there a breeze. Thank you Nino!
Tire Kingdom in Winter Springs is amazing. I had an appointment at 9am this morning and somehow got a bolt in my tire last night. I went to Tire Kingdom as they opened today at 7am. They promptly removed it, patched the tire and balanced all of the tires within 30-min AND I made it to my appointment on time!! Thankful for their prompt attention!
Poor quality & hazardous work. Not only did they damage my TPMS sensors, but they did not even check to ensure my tires were inflated properly after changing them. Once my TPMS light came on, I checked my tires to find them at 35, 45, 47, and 50 while my vehicle is rated for 32 PSI. Needless to say this is an incredibly dangerous mistake. For your own safety, do not trust these people to work on your vehicle.
I had a tire go flat on me one afternoon. I called them up to get a tire quote onna z rated tire and they said they close at 6 pm that day. I showed up over there at 540 in my wifes car with my rim and tire in the trunk. There were no cars in the bays and two hispanic employees there sweeping up the shop. I took the tire to the door and asked them to put a replacement tire on and they told me sorry we close in 20 minutes and are not able to do that for me today. But hey i can schedule an appointment for tomorrow really. I then left and went around the corner to Firestone who not only put a tire on but gave me an better tire for a lower price and had it mounted on the rim in less than 10 minutes. Horrible customer service and just flat out lazy employees who in my opinion dont care about their job or people coming back to this Iocation for future help. I feel bad for the people that own this location as due to their employees bad attitudes, work ethics, and horrible customer service. I will never go back to this location ever again.
Great place
I was very happy with Ninos superb customer service. He was very informative and offered great service at an excellent price.
Great place. Helped me out. Would recommend to others
The Service Writer and technicians that worked on my car on 12/22 were simply the best! I had a difficult issue with my rim and lug nut and just didnt give up until the problem was solved. They were professional, courteous and caring...the best PR a store could have. Hey, Manager, give these guys a big THANKS for the company!
Got all new tires and an alignment in an hour if not less. So quick and pain free, definitely recommend!
This was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. They had me in and out, in just 30min to do the Alignment on my car. I didn’t even have an appointment. Thanks Nino and Greg. 👏👏
Fast and Great Service from Greg Thomas and his staff.
Great service and very knowledgeable too. I brought my car in for a coolant flush and it was done in no time! Thanks to Nino and the staff at TK in Winter Springs!
Great repair shop that suggests only what you need and does the work at affordable prices.
Got me in quick and easy. No more than 10 mins to change flat tire.
The customer service was great and Nino really helped me out. Never seen a guy love his job more than Nino.
I called and asked if there was a wait before I arrived, they said no. Dropped my car off, no wait, just as promised, fast and good service. They did say it would take 30-40 minutes, it took just over an hour but thats still good to be in and out in about an hour. Plus, lots of nearby places to walk as well, so youre not stuck sitting and waiting.
I was in town for a visit from NC and had a nail in my tire. I took it in to be fixed and the repaired it for free! I think they just wanted to make sure I got home safely which was really cool. They also give military discounts. The staff were really nice too! I definitely will recommend them! 😊😊
Fantastic service! Work was done much quicker than expected and I was kept updated at all times. Highly recommended Tire Kingdom.
Just wanted to say that the manager, Greg, has PHENOMENAL customer service skills. He really cares about the customers, and makes sure that all of their concerns are addressed and taken care of. He is sweet and genuine with every customer that walks through the door. He is dedicated to making sure that the customer is happy when they walk out their door. Outstanding job! While I was here, he moved an elderly ladies car for her to get her tires checked just out of the kindness of his heart. I really hope the higher ups know that they have a great manager on their hands and treat him accordingly! Thanks Greg!
Stay away. Their work is sloppy. After bringing my porsche to them for an oil change, new tires and change my wipers, I had a ton of problems. First they forget to change the rear wiper. Then I low oil light keeps poping up so I bring it back. They try tk tell me that porsche sensors are terrible and theres nothing better than a dip stick. They add a quart of oil and i go on my way. I keep getting the light and I keep refilling it. After dealing with the light for over a month, i decide to bring it to the dealership and they tell me that they didnt put the washer back to the drain plug and thats why its leaking oil. The tire pressure on the car keeps changing as well. We will find out tomorrow whats wrong with that. Sfay away from this place.
Tire rotation service was quick and efficient. They seemed to take excellent care of my car. Windshield wiper blades were replaced for less than buying them yourself and doing the job.
Its very rare I post a 5 star review for anything, let alone for service (oil change and tire rotation), which took twice as long as it should, but in this case I feel its warranted. I took my vehicle into this location about two weeks ago and waited about 2 hrs and 15 mins for an oil change and tire rotation. The manager informed me his technician was running late and they would service my vehicle as soon as someone was available. Thankfully, I had my work laptop and was able to get some work done, but I was silently very unhappy with the delay as I would have made arrangements to go back home.To my surprise upon paying for my service, the manager gave me my keys and apologized for my inconvenience, and waived my entire bill. I actually attempted to pay again, but he refused to accept it. Needless to say, I was quite surprised and accepted his kind gesture. Its amazing what happens when we simply admit our mistakes and make the situation right. In this case, I felt the manager provided excellent customer service and wanted to recognize this establishment for the great job they did. Due to this service and honesty, I will coming back to this establishment for the foreseeable future.Thank you.
Its very fortunate that I get to be so close to an awesome car repair garage. I have been to many garages in the area but this place is the best out of all of them. They are very professional and customer service oriented. No matter what I bring my car in for, they are always able to offer me a discount. Even if you car needs lots of work, they are willing to work with you to work on little bits at a time so you dont end up spending a fortune. The techs always remember me and say hello even though they may not even work on my car. Very good overall experience.
Every time I bring my cars in for service, I am never disappointed. I have been a loyal customer for years at this location. The staff is friendly and helpful. You have to give credit to the store manager, Nathan. I brought my car in for a tire repair at 6:50 pm., ten minutes before closing, and his team member, Bret jumped on it immediately and got my tire fixed within a few minutes. You dont get that kind of service anywhere else. Usually, most places would close the doors on you at that time of day. These guys not only care about their integrity of their work but they care about their customer. Thank you for the great service and quality of work.
Went in today because I ran over something and my tire was flat. The manager on duty was amazing. He looked at the tire and was able to squeeze me in between appointments and patch the tire. They were so helpful and accommodating I will be returning for all my oil changes and tire rotations. I will refined these guys to anyone who asks.
I took my car in for an oil change and asked the team to take a look at my brakes since theyve been making noise each time I came to a stop. The manager, Steve, is fantastic and truly cares about his customers. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was told that before letting me pick up my car they checked it several times and to ensure the noise was completely gone. Truly impressed with the service at this Tire Kingdom, will definitely be back!
Was on my way to work and have never topped off my vehicle with coolant. It was low and wanted my wife’s car to just have it topped off cause it looked low. Went in to ask if I could just have a top off. The sales guy says to me, if it’s low there’s a reason it’s low we don’t just top off fluids! Ok cool. Maybe just say we don’t do that or sure man but we should set up an appointment to see why it’s low would have been a better way to say what he said. Customer service was definitely not there. I heard this place was great but obviously google ratings are just for the good ones. Beware customers.
Hands down on of the worst places ever to take your car. I took my truck there to get some basic maintenance done because I didn’t have the time and they end up trying to rip me off for 2k worth of work saying my truck needed brand new shocks when I just installed new ones less then 10,000 miles when I lifted it. I feel bad for anyone that would go here and doesn’t know anything about cars they will try anyway to take advantage off you. Btw most of the 5 star reviews are fake the below mines by greg Thomas is the shop manager old fat dude that greats you at the door.
Greg and his crew are always helpful!
We were traveling from Tennessee to a cruise port.. our tire ended up getting a bubble and going flat. We went to the service station and the man immediately had a tech check out our tire, and air it up. The service tech John was very friendly and quick. Can’t appreciate this place enough for quick and friendly service
People at the counter are nice and helpful, but need better technicians. Went in for an alignment and the did not tighten the clamp on the tie rod adjust sleeve, allowing it to move freely. Kind of a big deal because if it slips out there goes your steering.
They’re rude and unprofessional. Go somewhere else.
I have never been so disrespected and treated like this from any service center in my life. I highly regret going here, and would highly advise against it especially if youre a woman. I was asked if I was a stripper, since I was paying for the service on my own, and also called a spinner (if you dont know what that is Id recommend looking it up, because Im sure I cant post it on here) I was sexually harassed from the moment I walked in to when I picked my car up to leave.I had set up the appointment online and had everything set to go, when I showed up the pig of a man sitting at the front desk told me those options were illegal in the state of Florida and made me change my options. Which left me paying way more than I intended, I was desperate for new tires so I bit the bullet and continued on. After the guy sold me up, he asked if I was a stripper since I was paying for it myself, and implied that must be the only way I could afford it. He then proceeded to call me a spinner and that I would have no issues finding a guy to pay for this for me. I was confused by this term, so he went into full detail on what a spinner was and left me embarrassed and uncomfortable. Im disgusted, extremely upset, and saddened that this place allows any of this to happen. I have sent in multiple emails to which I got a standard corporate response saying sorry, we hope you have a better experience next time, and asking if they could do anything else. I cant force you to not go here, but at least youre aware of the scum that work there.
Best service ever!! Needed a new alternator since my battery had just been jumped by AAA and they said, its not your battery, it wont hold the charge (cause it died as soon as it briefly started). The nice, nice man from AAA said it may be your alternator, but you cant get to Tire Kingdom without a tow and thatll take forever. So....he replaced my battery (which would have apparently run till the alternator zapped it again) and I drove to Tire Kingdom. The technician was wonderful, pleasant, patient, and told me hed try to have me out of there in two hours. He beat that by 30 minutes or so. It was expensive, but thats life!
Tire kingdom went above and beyond to help me. I recently had a complete flat tire and they rushed the tire from the warehouse because it wasnt in stock. I was under a tremendous amount of stress and had to wait for tow truck and then walk to the store. While I was walking they actually ended up picking me up because the repair was made before I even got there. This was the best service I have ever received and I would highly recommend them.
Got a flat tire in the awful rain a few weeks back, when I took it in the hole was too big to patch up, so I needed to replace the tire. Steve and Ron took fantastic care of me and even gave me a ride to work in the morning since my car had to stay at the shop to get fixed. I was given a call near closing time of my work asking if I needed to be picked up. Thats what I call service! Excellent!!!
Great Guys! They took care of my situation right away. Very knowledgeable!
Unprofessional! Shady place. Push your vehicle to the next stop.
Spent alot of money...4 tires...brakes..rotors...pads...rotation balance n alignment n it still pulls to the right. 1540 dollars later
Great fast work really reliable
Do not go here. My girlfriend has gone here for a while now and trusted them. Long story short they destroyed her car. I work on performance cars and do all my work on my own so I have a good background knowledge. She got a new fuel pump put in and an oil change. She complained to me about a knocking. I heard it in person and thought it was the lifters sticking. A day later the motor locked up and threw a rod. Long story short, I took the car to a car mechanic that I’ve trusted myself. And he said the motor is done. I asked what could have caused it. He said not enough oil. Plain and simple. This place has ripped us off and destroyed this car because they don’t care enough to pay attention to simple things. Simple things such as enough oil. I am not done with this and will be following through with them... whether they do or don’t. Watch out for this place, their work is not quality, let alone worth anything.
Perfect service. We ran over a hazard and got a flat, so we had that tire (perviously purchased and installed at this location) repaired, rebalanced, rotated, plus a four wheel alignment. Our car drives perfectly now. Thanks to Nathan & the crew!
Great service!
I got great service from the mangers to the mechanic s there will take my truck there for anything I need done thanks guys
I took my wifes Acura here to get 2 tires, a balance on the other two wheels, and an alignment. In the process they damaged one of the wheels and then denied doing it and are now refusing to put in a insurance claim. They also charged for an alignment when the vehicle did not need an alignment and in the process of aligning the car when it did not need it they actually screwed up the perfecting good alignment that it had. They had increased the total toe when it should be as close to 0 as possible while also making the steering wheel crooked. Ive been going back and forth with the store and corporate and the last contact I had was the store manager insisting that they did not damage the car and refusing to put in a claim.
I have been doing business with Tire kingdom for 6 years. I had an appointment scheduled but they were not ready to service the car until an hour later. This resulted that my dad was stuck in the store for more than 2 hours for a simple oil change that can be done in 15 minutes. In addition they were rude and did not apologize for a very bad customer experience.
I finally have a go-to place for automotive service! Terence is the best technician- thorough and knowledgeable.
Brought my vehicle in to perform a coolant pressure test due to a slow leak in coolant. Due to their negligence they aggravated the issue causing my vehicle to overheat and have no intention in correcting the issue. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.
Over priced. Too many personal changes at this store. Been doing business with them for more than 15 years, they over charge, not very honest, Wont go back.
I called everywhere for 17 tires and no where had them. A few places wanted a little under a grand for four tires and alignment. My boyfriend suggested tire kingdom and they gave us a deal. They were amazing. Their store manager Brian was the biggest help. Definitely worth your time.
Manager is a great guy, they were having printing troubles and were able to get stuff done anyways. Great guys.
This location is well managed and thoroughly professional... I give them an A+ !
Great guys been using them for all of my vehicles for several years. Trust worthy and polite they do great work!
Staff is helpful and friendly. Ive never been oversold anything and the staff had a lot of knowledge
I had a blown tire that was still under warrantee, and the service department was able to take care of me that afternoon.
Ive had nothing but positive experiences at this location. Last night after pulling out of my garage, a neighbor text me at 6:50pm that my brake light was out. I called tire kingdom, understanding that they close at 7pm on Saturday. They offered to fix it if I could get there shortly, which I did, a few minutes before 7pm. They fixed it in 5 minutes, which is not something easy; nor do I have the ability or tools to do. And the manager charged me nothing. I have been there in the past and they are my 1st choice for tires and minor repairs. I always been treated with respect and never experienced feeling ripped off.
I had a leak in a front tire on Labor Day weekend. One store couldnt find it and so I went to this Tire Kingdom on Tuskawilla based on the reviews. They were packed with appointments, but since I had to return to Ocala, Steve squeezed me in, found the leak which was a sidewall puncture, and got a new tire on in a very short time. Excellent customer service. Even though they were packed, I only waited a very short time. This store and its managers are an example of how to treat customers.
Great service as always. Been going here for years and will continue. Thank you Tire Kingdom on Tuskawilla Rd.
Rude staff. Overheard rude phone conversations with customers. Been going there for over 20 years. Just wanted a tire repair-already off the car. Too busy to get to me. You wont see me anymore at this store.
I called for oil change appointment and got told 1 hr, when arrived was told 1 half hours, I said ok but I can not wait any longer as had to pick up my child at 3pm Waited 1 hour 20 mins asked if it was done and they had just put it in and be done by 3. I asked for my keys and left fuming. Horrible service
Ive had nothing but good experiences with Tire Kingdom. So far they have not tried to do extra work, and the work they have done has been done properly. Cant really ask for more.
Nathan and the guys over at Tire Kingdom did a great job! 4 new tires and an alignment and they went the extra mile to get it done late in the day for me!! Thanks!!
Good service. They were busy but it was quick . Cody up front is a cool guy
Great staff always helpful and nice. Love that I can schedule appointments, that really makes life so much easier.
Tire Kingdoms online site was terrible. Two straight days the site was down. Finally called the store spoke with Ken, and informed he to was unable to book a time for me. Finally after two days of attempts for a simple oil change, Ken was successful. In store service was efficient, and professional.
Problem: stalling at idleAfter all their tests, they tell me there is a carbon build up and it will cost $1000 to remedy. With my minimal knowledge of engines, this didnt sound right. Removed car and took to dealer. Dealer fixed with a new fuel pump and fuel module. Dealer tells me the carbon removal would have been a waste of money.Dont trust anything they say.
Manager was very nice and professional. I just needed a simple readout of an error code for my Toyota. I was quite sure it was just a loose gas cap; manager agreed and said come back next day to have a free readout just to verify (10 seconds or less). Came back the next day, and the sales associate (manager was out) tried to pressure me into full engine diagnostic ($97). Sales associate got irritated / testy when I mentioned the manager said it was a free and should take only a few seconds, and asked who told you that. Eventually got the readout done by another associate who was nice. Was indeed just a simple loose gas cap. Good experience except for the bait and switch feeling I got.
