I Called Sub-Cooling Heating & Air to troubleshoot my system last week due to inefficient cooling. They were able to have a crew out to my house in a timely manner and they promptly figured out the problem which was a faulty evaporator coil. The crew came out the same day and installed the new coil, float switch, and pan and even though I winced at the total cost of the repair, I will definitely will call them in the future. The crew was polite, worked hard in the heat, and seemed to know what they were doing. Through my interactions with the crew, I was confident that they would do the job right the first time. I was not let down and my house is already cooler than it has been in weeks. Thanks Sub-cooling !

I called for a problem with my AC blowing air but not cooling. My home was hot hot hot. I asked Kristen if there was any way they could come the same day since I just had surgery days earlier. She said that may not be possible. I asked her to please consider my dire need for help due to my circumstances I could prove and she said she would try. She calls me later and said there was a cancellation and scheduled me the same day. Most companies were booked for a week so I was so thankful. What a wonderful experience it is to have an AC company in Orlando come to your home, tell you what needs to be done, do it at the COST they quote you, clean up after themselves and make you feel comfortable and happy to have had their professionals in YOUR HOME ... I cant begin to tell you that I wish they had an office in St Petersburg to service my home here and my rental properties. I would recommend and use them every time possible without hesitation. It is delightful to know they can go to my home in Winter Springs and help at the blink of an eye and I dont have to worry about whom theyre sending nor that Im going to be over-billed or tricked into things I dont want nor need. Horrible service, set up an appointment to get an estimate to fix ac and they never showed up. Called them to see what was going on and they said they had to reschedule. I explained to them I had taken the day off to wait for them and could not take another day off so soon, they laughed at me over the phone. After getting the estimate and giving it to our warranty service they tried to tack on other expenses we had to cover

My air conditioning went out when it was 97 degrees with a heat index of 107. They literally saved my life. I was going into heat exhaustion because my temperature in my house was 89 degrees. They came out one hour after my daughter called them.The condenser needed to be replaced. They drove to Jacksonville to get the replacement and charged me only $120.00!! I can not thank them enough!

I had a them come to our house yesterday to check our system. They charged me for Freon to check my system that they new already had a whole in the line. Then they never put the screws back in the outside until. I am feeling very taken advantage of. Then they told the home warranty people that my system had not been taken care of with regular maintenance. I have had other company come out and tell me maintenance is the issue with my system and why its not working. Now I have to fight over turn what they have stated to get my system covered by the warranty company. Be careful if you call these people.

Tech was on time ! Very knowledgeable and patient, Made repairs just in time for our baby shower. Our unit is 14 y/o and works like new. Glad we found a reliable company.

Tech came out and said freon was leaking which was why the AC wasnt working. The charged me $200 to to a freon leak test and told me the hole was in the evaporator coils.I sent another AC tech out the next day to get a second opinion who said the freon was NOT leaking at all and the evaporator coils were fine and got the AC working again without doing anything else. When I called Subcooling and spoke to Jason, he could not explain why this would happen and when I was expressing my dissatisfaction, he said I was too upset, talking to loud and hung up on me.My recommendation is to call someone else as I believe this company has questionable practices at best.

Fast response over the phone, staff show on schedule and are very professional. Also they are reasonably priced.

Beware these people do business with Choice Home Warranty, the warranty company who won’t cover anything and tell you to look at section A line 2 of the policy “ any known or unknown preexisting condition will not be covered “ so they don’t cover anything and Sub Cooling comes out does a 15 min once over on your system grabs the $60 copay plus a $2.40 convience fee for using a credit card then skulks away a few feet down the street to file a report with their buddies at Choice Home so repair can be declined and they pocket $60 of my kids grocery money for 15 minutes of nothing! Crooks in Wintersprings same as the Choice Home crooks in New Jersey! The FB and BBB reviews of Choice tell all about these businesses! Run and call someone honest!

John showed up to service our A/C unit and really impressed us when he asked for the manuals for the unit, a FIRST for us. He took his time diagnosing the unit and determined that the contacts were stuck together. He used 24v electrical charge to unstick them and our unit seems to be running fine again. I was completely ripped off by this company. Their tech charged me for the intial visit and then charged me to inspec my A/C unit, then ran off. When I asked where is he going, he stated that his boss told him to leave. Never came back to do the work and took my money. Stay away from this company. Its a complete scam!!!!! Buyers beware!!!

A technician came out recently to check my A/C. It would reach the set temperature, but would not shut off. He was here for about 1.25 hours, and during that time, he was on the phone with his boss for about half the time! The technician would diagnose one problem, then his boss would CALL HIM, and the tech would report his findings. The boss would make him describe his findings, then the boss would tell him that the diagnosis was incorrect! He was trying to diagnose the problem OVER THE PHONE! The tech then told me that the original problem (his diagnosis), was incorrect. It had to be something else! Long story short... this guy was a JOKE! He didnt have a CLUE what he was doing! When he left, $60 later, my A/C WAS PERFORMING EXACTLY THE SAME WAY IT WAS PRIOR TO HIS ARRIVAL AT MY HOUSE! I will NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN! They are a scam!! Run from them!

As a Realtor I always recieve multiple quotes ... I had 2 companies come out ... both wanted to install a whole new system for over 4K due to a freon leak and the home is only 7 years old ... Sub-Cooling located the leak & came back to Replace the Coil in the garage for much less ... Thanks for the honesty ...
