Ive been a patient of Tammy Austin and have been attending Journeys End Counseling for over a year. I can write an article about the difference Tammy as well as the staff at Journeys End Counseling has made in my life as I went through college. I am thankful for the help of Tammy Austin and her remarkable staff. My mental health has improved greatly in order for me to conquer the next chapter in my life.

Tammy was good at counseling however a poor professional. She was constantly late to appointments (and never apologized). She was also dismissive. She was a no show for 3 appointments and when I called her out on it she always claimed she did not have it on her schedule. We ended our last session by her being a no show. I wonder if I was her only client she was negligent on attending sessions for.

Called to schedule an appointment, wasnt sure if they accepted my insurance or not. I was told they would look it up and call me back. It has been 3 days and still no phone call. Not very helpful or professional if someone is trying to seek help.

Great counseling experience. Emphasis on privacy. Understanding and loyal professionals work in this office.
