If there were 10 stars available - Central Florida Hot Tub Repair would deserve 11! Outstanding COMMUNICATION. Will talked to me on the phone as to how to identify what the issue might be and what parts might be needed. I have very little intuition when it comes to repair, but Will walked me thru it. I took a picture and Will ordered the part. This saved one trip and at least two weeks of waiting for the part. When will arrived he showed me what he was doing, what I should look out for in the future and gave me one or two ideas for painting the spa. Very reasonable price for exceptional service! Thank-You.

Will is very professional and honest. It is hard to find a guy like him. He spent time with me on the phone and then came to the house to resolve the issue. He is fair and responsive. From this point forward this is my guy for all work on the spa. Thanks Will !

Im not in the least surprised that Will has all 5 star reviews. He was prompt, personable, professional and really knowledgeable! He repaired my hot tub in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. I rarely write reviews but this one was well deserved!

I contacted Will out of frustration with the customer service team at Thermospas. He got right back to me - several times) and was even willing to give me suggestions of what to do prior to him actually coming to my house. I thought that was very ethical and professional. But finally I had to ask him to do a service call. He did come and diagnosed the issue and was kind enough to come back after parts arrive and help with programming (which the Thermospas people couldnt/wouldnt help with.) His charge was extremely fair and he offered great advice. I have saved his contact information and will always get a hold of him if ever we need a hot tub expert again.

I have a very old spa that he did not service, however, William spent the time to outline in an email what was wrong with my spa, what I could do to possibly get it running, and a diagnosis of what parts probably needed to be replaced. He went way beyond for me and I am not even a customer!

I’ve been meaning to write a review about Will for a while now. This man knows everything there is to know about the hot tubbing business. Extremely kind, knowledgeable and gets back to you very quickly. I bought a house with an older hot tub and Will got it up and running with just what I needed. When a wire wasn’t connected properly from some other hack job he came back out free of charge to fix it and make sure everything I had purchased was working correctly. It’s been close to a year now with no issues! Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Will is the man when it comes to good business practices. He was able to help me over the phone and Ill be going to him for anything I need related to my hot tub. Our spa kept tripping the breaker. Will came over 60 miles, and of course, it worked when he was here. He explained what the problem could be and told us to run the spa until it tripped again. Will left and in about 2 hours, the breaker tripped. We called him, and he drove 40 miles back to our home and repaired the spa. He was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and went above and beyond to fix the problem. His price was beyond resaonable. Great service, honest, and explained everything as he did the work. We were so impressed that we taped his card inside the fuse box for any future situations.

The service we received was excellent. The hot tub was leftover from the previous owners and didnt work. Thankfully, it only required a minor fix which Will was able to fix quickly and get the hot tub running again. He also was able to tell me a lot about the hot tub and how to use the control panel for it. Prices were very fair. Highly recommend, will use this service again if other issues come up.
