Overall, I felt satisfied with my appointment. For the first time in months since I started having hair fall, I got some clarity on what might be going on and some possible solutions. I look forward to see if I actually improve over the next few months of doing treatments.

I made an appointment to visit here because of all of the positive reviews online. I had some scheduling issues arise and needed to cancel my appointment, which I did two full days before my appointment. They require you to pay for the visit before any service is rendered, which I was fine with initially. I understand that a business would want to prevent people from not showing up to the appointment last minute or try to avoid issues of non payment. However, I cancelled my appointment with plenty of notice. I waited a few days to see if my payment would be sent back to me and it was not. I called on 11/9 to ask how this process works and was told that the billing person was unavailable and would contact me shortly. I waited two full days and didnt hear from anyone so I called again on 11/11. I was told the same exact thing again except that this time they assured my that they marked my message as urgent and that somebody would definitely take care of it. I waited two full days AGAIN and still nothing. I called them on 11/13 for the THIRD time and was told once again that the billing person was unavailable and when I expressed my frustration I was essentially told there was nothing that they could do except take a message and continue to have me wait. They are closed today and tomorrow so Monday will make an entire week that I have been trying to resolve this with no resolution. I have never dealt with a business where their billing department was unavailable for a week. Since calling them clearly does nothing and nobody has reached out to help me I am assuming that I will now have to handle this by disputing it with my bank. So, while I cannot speak to the quality of the services here, please be wary before booking an appointment if youre not 100% sure you can make it because they WILL NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK even with an appropriate notice of cancellation.****Editing to let everyone know that I did in fact have to dispute the charges with my credit card. My credit card company informed me that this business was actively participating in the dispute and sending information to my card company to prove that the charge was valid, even though they have every record of my cancellation (I even received a cancellation email) I find it funny that I couldnt get anyone from billing to even give me a call back (still have not had a single person reach out to me) but they could find the time to try and keep my money lol. So unprofessional and ridiculous. I wouldnt be shocked to learn that some of the other reviews are people the business owner already knew.

Leanne and dahlen are god sent. I had been losing my hair for about a year and Had gone to every doctor imaginable. I could never have dreamed the amount of care that I received and still received to this day. They told me what my problem was and that They could fix it without a problem. A month ago I went to my cousins birthday party and noticed immediately his wife’s hair!!! Best decision in my life, my hair was damage from chemicals and not only that my scalp had a itching with not stop. I did several visits to dermatology because of the itching in my scalp, one of my sister introduced me to this treatment that she and my mom where getting done with Lea and no wonder why I had seen at amazing change on their hair.
