Excellent service, great affordability, prime Winter Park location and very customer friendly service. Ive had my counseling practice located there for almost six years and it has allowed me the flexibility to grow from day one. Especially appreciate Charmaine and the rest of the staff who make coming to work a pleasure. Also glad to see them gradually investing into the facilities by refurbishing many common spaces including bathrooms used by my clients. The building staff is wonderful and very accommodating. They have a variety of office spaces in different sizes so your office can grow as your business does. Secure entry to the building after hours so you feel safe if working late or on weekends and the location is perfect in Winter Park. Overall, its a great place to work.

A Friendly Place to conduct business. The receptionist has a professional attitude and does her best to recognize the tenants in the building by name even when she doesnt see them that often. Jessica, the Property Manager gets right back to you if there is a question or a concern you may have.
