First of all let me say the actual day of signing went well and the lawyer David, who assisted me, was very nice, professional and helpful HOWEVER my dealings with this company prior to that was unfavorable!This was a very stressful and emotional sale if my parents house shortly after the passing of my mom... Pam Potenza made this transition harder than it needed to be with a condescending tone and attitude throughout the process! I was very specific with my preference for communication via text do to long work hours at a job where checking email becomes almost impossible yet she felt the need to make comments like “well if you check your email”. On the day of closing I was asked to sign an additional document via doc sign and I called to ask questions about the document and she replied “well all you had to do was read it”!In a business where people are going through major life changes that lead them to your office... try to understand not everyone know the process and lingo like you do and try to have some understanding, empathy and a little more decorum.

The Closing Agent in Winter Park is awesome. All the closings they have handled for me have been seamless and simple. They make the process easy for all involved.
