Been working with this company for years, how can you beat great pay rates and same day pay?

Horrible company to work for! The staff are very unprofessional and rude and it seems as if they make the policies and procedures up but the day. It is ridiculous. They barely pay on time and always looking for a way to get over. They don’t care at all about their nurses and CNAs. When you call they are always so rude especially Megan. I’ve never seen a company like this one. I was with them almost 3 years and it only seems to get worse. Do not work for this agency!

Robecca a new girl is rude unprofessional and wont allow you to speak with management. I dont know where they get the staffing people from. Uneducated rude and very silly

Been there for 3 years and they staff me pretty much everytime I sign up. Communication has gotten better, maybe it’s because after a while you get to know one another. Just definitely can’t depend to make this a full time gig but nonetheless, don’t think I’m ever going to leave!

I have worked for these people for about 3 - 4 years. I really like that I can pretty much set my own schedule. I like that I get daily pay. I dont like the paycard they use! Now there you have rude, unhelpful people. Most everyone here is nice to talk to. I cant say they dont care about me or mine, because several have been very understanding. You do have to be willing to drive and they dont pay mileage, holiday pay or anything extra. You do have to remind them often of things sometimes, but come on, you have no idea what they go through to get everyone staffed! I do think it is time for a raise! The pay is sadly below average for agency. I have however tried others in hopes of better pay, mileage, holiday pay etc.. I keep scheduling with them insteady. They work you when you want and basically leave you alone otherwise!

Well what can I say I been with nurse staffing since October 2016, and I cant complaint,I havent had any problems getting paid or with my hours, Its just simple as this if you have availability to work and you willing to drive you will work, You have the options to choose what you want to do or not do, But it bothers me how can certains peoples would just said things about the company or staff just because it didnt work for them, Not everyone will agree with the way I think My subjection to everyone is if you dont try you will never know ! NOT GOOD! these ppl will lie just to GET BY so they won’t have to do there Job! they tell you its DAILY PAY but you have to wait till the next day or days later to be paid! DAILY PAY=after your shift ends! HOW is it possible for someone to work 11-7 and Gets paid automatically before someone that has worked 2 shifts prior to that 1 shift?! & first thing they tell you to do “ A PAYROLL INQUIRY “ and its never a response from whomever has the Account! a bunch of FOOLISHNESS and it’s ridiculous. A company that receives STARS is a company that ACTUALLY deserves it so if you see none then there it is! over thousands of employees and Hardly any Good reviews or stars Gives you the answers about an Company and the ONLY reason this review will have 1 star is because you cant post it without a star!

Only thing I dont like about nurse staffing is you have to call everyday to get staffed they have got do a schedule for your availability but they dont even use it. The best thing about it that is you get paid the same day you work This is not the right address4111 Metric Dr. Winter Park 3279

One thing I can say is bad things happen to get people closer I never meant Megan and I thought this girl just didnt like me lol but that young lady looks out for me and John I swear I been his friend forever lol these people work with a lot of people always on the phone trying to find someone to take a shift because these young girls dont wanna work. I love what I do and I prove it with my patient care

Not sure how they are now, but when I worked for then it was good. 2016- 17 I barely got canceled, went and did my job and if i send my slip in my money will be there on your card when I wake up..lol . if faculties like u, they can request u. Im a new state and I wish they had Gale. They are using the email system.I never really had any problems so I kinda love this company and would recommend it to any that likes the courtesy of clicking your availabily and picking your own scheldule, working at all kinds of facilities around Fl. I worked at some older place, but Ive also worked at some beautiful facilities like NeuLife Mt Dora!Anyway everyone has those crazy office days, but they pretty much have to do what they have to do. document and get all signatures u need. Oh yeah they have others offices like Tampa. They have staffing for Florida Pa, Ms and more!!

Im about to quit! They use a app called Gale which is GARBAGE. I can barley get a 40hr week ever since i been hired they have blamed my service provider as soon as i get a request and accept their already taken ive called time after time and complain they dont care though other ppl are getting OVER 40HR WORK WEEKS and i can barley get 24hrs a week and the shifts that no one wants i get but the reason no one wants them is because they cancel almost EVERY SHIFT.

Beware of this company they are crooks they will steal your money come up with scams to not pay you overtime the BBB HAS NOTHING BUT COMPLAINTS ON THEM they need to be shut down keep your sanity and work for a more professional company

I have already had three cancelations straight from shifts I was supposed to work. The cancel on you less than one hour prior the starting of your shift. Their office looks like a mess and so does the staff, and they dont know what the hell are they doing. UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHADY.

Hardly any shifts pop up on the app for me to choose. Anything i actually booked gets cancelled with short notice. Company does not honor policy. Terrible!

Very unprofessional they dont know how to communicate with their employees they cancel you allot I have problems getting my pay in a timely manner.

They do not book you, or book you without confirmation but tell you that you are confirmed then an hr later cancel you. These people are extremely unprofessional!! They do not care about you or your family. They couldnt care less about your children eating.
