Sometimes it takes two hours to feed him with a teaspoon. They are patient and attentive in their care of my husband. He has not needed hospitalization in two years, when previously he was frequently hospitalized.In the entire time of COVID, Bayada did an incredible job of providing safe care. Luz, Michelle and Kevin in administration as well as all the nurses have been responsive and professional in all interactions with me. I cant say enough about the Bayada Orlando Office. The team is incredible. We had care for both my parents for almost 18 months - from part time through to 24 hour care. The office team was caring and supportive every step of the way which was complicated at best. The in-home team was AMAZING!! These women brought so much comfort to our family and our parents. They became part of the family. When mom passed away and dad had to be placed in memory care they grieved right along with us. You will NEVER be disappointed with this team.

My mom arrived to me frail, weak, and on hospice. Kelly, with Bayada, has been overseeing the aides that care for my mom and she worked tirelessly to get the appropriate caregivers for my mother. The amazing team of women that I have working with my mom have been a true blessing. After a year, my mom is no longer on hospice, she has put on weight, and I get to see her beautiful smile everyday at home. It is a hard decision to take on the responsibility of caring for your parents, but Bayada has made this transition a great experience. We are so fortunate to have them in our lives. I highly recommend this agency for the care of a loved one at home or even at a facility. They have staff that can care for your loved one in many different settings.

This person Letha Heulitt made anti Semitic comments to my family member as well as when confronted wanted to say i was being a misogynist for standing up for my love one. I have never been talked to in that manner in my life. Nor have ever seen someone so just awful to the elderly in my life. I am so upset and will be removing my family from this place as soon as possible. I can not believe a person like this letha heulitt exist in this world.

I can’t say enough good things about my family’s experience with Bayada! The staff and care givers were angels to my 90 yo father struggling with dementia. Dad enjoyed spending time with his caregivers and they truly made great efforts to “know” Dad and talk about his life and things he enjoyed. Everyone that worked with me and my dad we’re exemplary! From coordinating care to actually spending the day with Dad and taking him to get his favorite hamburger lunch, Bayada provided just what we needed!
