Hip Dog is the best place for hydro therapy for your dog. Not only are Tom and Christina super knowledgeable about hydrotherapy, and all of its benefits from their years of experience, but theyre legitimately kind and caring when it comes to the health and safety of your pet. This pool has a walk-in ledge for your pet so they can easily get in and out on their own or with guidance from someone on the team. There is an unlimited supply of toys and goodies for before, during, and after the swim as well as lifejackets for most dog sizes. I couldnt recommend Hip Dog enough! 11/10.

Ana (my 13.5 yr old Dalmatian) loves Thomas, Kristine & Mathew. They r amazing. They work tirelessly building trust with my senior dog; simultaneously challenging her to move past her fear of water. As a result, there is noticeable improvement. She is building muscle strength and improving the range of motion in her joints.I am impressed with the skill, knowledge and patience of these Aquatic Angels. Ana is thriving under their care. I trust them with her recovery and her spirit. Hip Dog is absolutely the BEST! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐times a gazillion. ❤

Kris and Bev are wonderful. I have a rescue dog with bilateral hip surgery who never had therapy after his surgery. Bev and Kris were gentle and informative and have given Doc hope that he will recover and gain use of his one bad leg. I highly recommend them

The best decision we ever made for our dog! My vet was shocked at how well my 60 lbs Amstaff recovered from his surgery on both his CCLs. My dog never knew how to swim (and I didnt think hed learn at 10 years old), but Beverly, Chris, and Peter had him swimming like an otter in no time! His legs are stronger than ever and going to the pool is by FAR the happiest and most exciting part of his week. I HIGHLY recommend everyone brings their dog here!

I brought my dog, who loves water but is afraid of pools, for a swim session. There was no pressure to make him get in the water, but he was willingly splashing around on the ramp in short order because he was so comfortable and really enjoying himself. Can’t wait for our next swim!

After offering to volunteer here and getting in the water with dogs I became very sick and learned that they take very poor care of the water. This is a terrible thing for your dog and will explain any itching they do afterward. It could also explain why the employees are so very sick quite often.Even their dog Bart is smart enough not to get in the pool, even after years of them attempting to force him into the water. I don’t care whether you trust me or not. Trust Bart.Be sure to wash your dog thoroughly after being in this pool. Kristina, the old woman, calls me a “disgruntled volunteer” without understanding that I stopped volunteering because of how sick being in the pool made me. She is either some kind of sociopath or afraid to admit anything due to the lack of insurance they had on their business at the time (possibly still do not have, be sure to ask up front). This of course is not knowledge they want outside of the business, hence the response of trying to dismiss my review. Swim at your own risk. Do your dog a favor and just go to Lake Baldwin dog park for free where there are no chemicals and people who don’t know how to run a pool.

Wonderful!Took a 6 month old golden retriever puppy for lessons. The puppy was scared of water. Bev McCartts calm, confident manner steadied the pup. She will walk into the pool, swim out for her toys and come back.
