I must say that I drive all the way from Miami to go to winter park laser. They are that good! I always feel so welcomed when I come in. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and answer any questions you might have. I had microneedling done yesterday with Alyssa Z and she was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be going back for a second session. I have been going here for a few years and have YET to find a place that’s on their level. You won’t regret going here and you’ll never want to look elsewhere. Trust me! I would rather them 10 stars if I could.

I started my first session with Winter Park Laser for a Brazilian Bikini hair removal. The staff was so amazing and made me feel so comfortable with this decision. Admittedly it does sting a little but I have been waxed and there is no comparison! Laser hair removal is the way to go! I am excited to start this journey with such great people.

I had an amazing experience getting microneedling with radio frequency. I waited a couple days for my skin to heal before giving this review. My esthetician was really nice. Hello,I did the stretch marks removal treatment and I still have them all!! : ( I spent a good amount of money hoping that the appearance of the stretch marks would be reduced after the skin restores from the laser treatment but years later, I still have them, all!! I was told that everyones reacts different and to wait about eight months to start seeing the healing results but its been years and I still have them ALL!!! Very painful and not worth the money. Summer is here and I still have to cover myself to hide the undesirable appearance of the stretch marks! Very disappointed.

5 stars for Gary Rubin and his knowledge and expertise, but a 1 for the aesthetician. I got a peel done and had a terrible reaction that lasted 2 weeks. It turns out the technician did not completely “degrease” my face of the product I was wearing, which was a tinted moisturizer, so the chemical peel in reaction with that caused a red rash and itching all over my face and neck. I called them, they had me send photos, told me that is not normal, and to come in. I came in, saw the same technician which I was disappointed with. At that point, I think I should be seeing the nurse practitioner or someone else with actual medical knowledge. Anyway, they told me it was an allergic reaction. However, I have had this same peel done at other places and it turned out just fine so the product is not new to me. At that point, they told me to purchase some cooling spray water/mist to help alleviate the pain and itching. I was in disbelief that this occurred due to the technicians oversight and here I am being forced to pay for an additional product.I will visit Gary again if he ever leaves this facility, but not here.

Very uncomfortable vibes. Scheduled a chemical peel and was told I needed a consult first. Alissa sat me down and was ranting on and on about their services I didnt consider that a consult. Also had to schedule another appointment for chemical peel. Most importantly did not feel they were warm people. Also, felt my skin appeared better than theirs and I felt all there eyebrows looked terrible. Did not trust them with my face.

They were able to fit me into a Last minute booking and then went above and beyond to make sure they did everything they could before my 6 month trip. Everyone there is amazing from ownership to the front desk.

I will never go anywhere else! It took a while to find this place, so I’ve been to numerous places to get Botox. Some places were very inconsistent, sometimes it would work better than other times. Gary at Winter Park Laser is amazing at Botox, he’s always so honest with what you need and should get. Always soothing and gentle. And everyone is just so nice in the office, I just love this place.

So right away I loved the place, very welcoming and Candace was informative and was transparent during our consultation. I scheduled the same day, I left feeling confident, this was like 2-3 weeks ago. Today was my first treatment I got the VI peel and enjoyed my experience. I was submitted to a peeling that did not peeks. I was given many excuses. One of them was that it is like thator you will need 2 or 3 more to see any results However, I have done a few peelings before. My daughter is a MD. One of her closest friends us a dermatologists. I also have friends who are dermatologists in Brazil. I feel like deceived.The chemicals causa an exagerated inflammatory reaction followed by allergy. My eyes and lips became extremely sensitive, but there was no peeling.I would not mind buying the expensive creams that they sell to apply post peeling, but who trusts anyway?Dont do it. Look for a dermatologist. Paying less is not a solution. I just fought that I was in Brasil, where the cosmetologists work hand by hand with doctors.I have no time to spend in reviews, but I cannot just leave like that.They got 1 because the girls are beautiful and polite. Zero would serve the best.

Absolutely ridiculous. My wife went there many times for thermal infusion treatments and after even weeks after there are these terrible red bumps. She tried to go back and tell them about it but the absolutely insisted it wasn’t because of the treatments. Funny my wife didn’t have these bumps before but after the treatment she does. These treatments are suppose to make her look better after not much worse. I’m furious at the all the money wasted. Now we have to find another place to fix their mistakes.

Ive gone to Winter Park Laser for the past 4 years and I will never go anywhere else. The office and building is very clean, the staff is very accommodating and friendly, and their products and technology are top notch. I am Italian and never thought laser hair removal would completely solve my problems, but it did! And all for a great price that you wont find anywhere else. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Okay I want to start with the staff is AMAZING here, Jen is LITERALLY THE BEST-KINDEST-FUNEST person ever and has been very responsive/supportive with ideas for the laser hair removal to work. However, I do understand that there is only so much she can do because well, she isnt the owner.Initially, I gave Winter Park Laser a great review for laser hair removal. All of the hair was gone....when I was receiving treatments. However just over a year later after I stopped receiving treatments all of the hair on my underarms came back. Im SO disappointed-- I spent SO much money here and I feel like come on..it didnt work!I called a few times and they did work with me on receiving a few more treatments but again all the hair is back. I guess I expected for most (if not all!!) of the hair to gone and maybe receive a future treatment if I had hormonal changes? But I havent changed anything in my life, I dont take Biotin or even multi-vitamins, so for ALL of the hair to come back is just SUPER disheartening.Honestly, I CANNOT recommend this place for laser hair removal. I feel like there should have been some sorta of compensation back because it didnt work!The staff is great and maybe other services would be good but do NOT go here for laser hair removal!

I had my first ever tattoo removal done here. I definitely recommend this place! From the moment you walk in everyone is super friendly, the office is very beautiful and clean feeling.They take you right at your schedule appointments time and Im in and out within 30 minutes or less. They arent overly price (at least for my removal it didnt seem like it) compared to others in the area.I do like the text reminders they send you for you scheduled appointment. Its super helpful for me at least since my job doesnt always allow for me to pick up phone calls.Definitely happy with my results and would go back if I needed too!

If you need more treatments after the 6 treatment package, you will only have to pay a small co-pay. The laser they use is top of the line, and they are top of line medical professionals! They always make sure you are comfortable without compromising an effective treatment. You will not be disappointed!

I would not recommend this location to anyone. The owner (Aneta) and staff have no level of professionalism, the owner was speaking negatively about a client in front of me. When I interrupted her to ask a question about my procedure, she rolled her eyes. The doctor (gary) they have performing injections was more interested speaking about his own personal life than informing me about the procedure.

The entire experience start to finish was really enjoyable. The staff was not only professional, but really sweet and I felt like they really cared. My laser hair removal was a quick and easy process. They definitely have a client for life in me!

You maypay a little more here, but I believe the products and how they are administered are way better. Botox use to last me 3 months everywhere else...here I start thinking about it at 5 months that is huge.

Went it to have my tattoo removed earlier this year and after two sessions I don’t see a difference at all. My tattoo is no bigger than a silver dollar, at the third appointment they had to postpone after I waited and went to the back; said they would call me to reschedule and still nothing. Not sure if I’ll be going back after watching other videos of tattoo laser removals and seeing an almost instant affect
