Ive now used Pickwick for a general inspection/cleaning and also, separately, a chimney cap installation to fix a leak. Ken and crew are professional, clean, and efficient. They educated me on my chimney and best practices moving forward. The chimney cap installation was tricky given the height of my house, but Ken got it done at a fair price. I would recommend and will use them for my annual cleaning.

I came across this company by googling chimney sweeps in Longwood. I had contacted several others in the area but they wouldnt come out due to our home being 2 stories. I loved their website so I filled out the contact me forum. I was called and e-mailed and they were out within a week. He took his time to inspect our chimney and explained what we were dealing with in great detail. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and affordable!

The chimney sweep came to my house and did a thorough inspection and let me know I needed a chimney cap. He ordered it, came back and installed it, and then did the cleaning of the entire chimney. Very professional! I would definitely recommend their services.

He was efficient, professional, informative and helped me truly understand the issues unique to my fireplace/chimney. Bert serviced my Mothers chimney and did a great job. He arrived on time, thoroughly cleaned the chimney from the inside and didnt make a mess. He left things working properly and clean!

I have left 3 voicemails over the last 2 weeks just trying to talk to someone. I have not received one call back. I got referred to them by someone who had a great experience with them, not sure why their customer service is so bad now.

Great service all around. The receptionist was extremely polite and worked with me on figuring out how to get my chimney cleaned on such short notice. Mr. Gallagher was prompt and educated me about my chimney and how to keep it up. Would recommend to anyone that needs a good cleaning.
