Handing a car over to the Winter Park Auto Spa team for a full detail is like sending your car back in a time machine! Weve had several cars tinted and detailed at Winter Park Auto Spa, and were always impressed by the professionalism and quality of the work. Most recently, we got a full detail done on our 2015 Golf SportWagen and had some paint restoration work done on our 1984 Mercedes 300D sedan, and we were in awe at how good the cars looked when we picked them up. The folks at Winter Park Auto Spa do great work and stand behind it. Weve been customers for years, and we will continue to bring our cars here for TLC.

So this is an update of sorts to the 4 star review I left them 2 years ago when they did a great job on the 2018 Optima I took to them.Recently traded that in for a new K5 and within 3 a week of having it took it to Winter Park Auto Spa for tint. The guy I set the appointment with was knowledgeable and easy to talk with - as is everyone Ive encountered there. Set appountment for tint and got a call a few hours later that car was done. Went to pick it up and had a couple little issues. I pointed them out and they told me the tint guy was gone but bring it back. I did, they fixed everything no questions asked and the car is perfect. The biggest tell of a companybis how they handle situations when they dont go perfect or as expected. WPAS was superb in their customer service and handling of the issues.Ive NEVER had an issue recommending them since the job they did for me in 2018 and I still dont. Wouldnt take a vehicle anywhere else in Central Fl.

Did *NOT* get value for money. $700 for a glorified detail and wax job. Will not be going back or recommending them to any other exotic owners.

Top Notch Service!I initially called these guys up due to their amazing reviews online. I had my windows tinted on my 2017 Subaru WRX STi and man it came out looking PERFECT! I went with 20% Llumar Tint on all windows except windshield. Took the tinter less than 3 hours to finish, very impressed. Extremely clean retro style shop with nice cars always parked in the lot. They took great care of my Subaru and I hope every one contemplating there service reads this review. It was a real pleasure doing business with these guys. +1 for these guys! Highly recommended. I had accidentally driven over road paint on Sunday night and discovered it Monday morning. I had googled what to do and they said to take it to a detail shop. I called Winter Park Auto Spa as they were the first to come up in my search. They told me they could take care of my car right away. When I arrived at Winter Park Auto Spa Desmond was there to greet me and look at my car. He was so friendly and knowledgeable of how to get the paint off. He told me it could be a day or two depending on how easy the paint came off. Later that day Desmond called to let me know that he wasnt done yet and need another day. The next day when I got the call that my car was ready to pick up, I was nervous to see how it looked. I got there and saw that Desmond had done an amazing job! The paint was all gone and my car was unharmed. Overall, Desmond had outstanding customer service, fantastic skills and very friendly. I would highly recommend Desmond and Winter Park Auto Spa to all of my friends and family!!

At first, I overlooked this place because I thought my little Honda Fit was too cheap of a car for the detailing work they did. I thought Id be laughed at or judged. So, I called 3 other places first and each place made me feel insignificant for not understanding the jargon/lingo of car detailing. I eventually called WP Auto Spa because I was so disappointed with the other places customer service. I got on the phone with Greg and he was so professional and courteous, it was night and day from speaking with other detailing shops.Once I got to the shop, I was again taken aback by the hospitality and friendliness of the staff and owner. Genuinely lovely guys and I felt very comfortable leaving my little Fit in their hands.I was under a big time constraint, I didnt have an appointment and I needed a lot of work done on my car. Desmond worked on my car and it was immaculate when I returned for it. And he stayed late in to the evening to finish the job. Desmond put a ton of hard work in to getting EVERY single dog hair out of my car, all scuffs and stains out of my upholstery, all the fog out of my lights and an incredible shine on my exterior. My car was definitely cleaner and shinier than when I bought it brand new from the dealer.I cant say enough about my experience at this shop, thanks so much guys!

This establishment truly deserves the high-rating it has on both yelp and google review. Although you do pay a little more than at other shops, it is justified in their excellent customer service and quality job performed. While I was waiting for my ride in the shop for maybe a total of 5 minutes, 2 separate employees offered me water and checked in on me. Though it may seem a small gesture, I knew then that my car was in good hands. I requested a tint job for 4 windows and the rear, as well as an interior detailing that, ​was very much needed. Upon pick-up, I was blown away by the results. The tint was beautiful and my car had never looked so clean! The staff are genuine and I never felt pressured to spend more or leave a big tip (which is why I ended up leaving a decent tip). They truly listen to your needs and then deliver. I know a lot of exotic and luxury cars do their business here. When I came to pick up my little humble Hyundai Elantra was parked next to a Tesla....however, I always felt respected and valued throughout my experience here. Though I hope to maintain the condition of my car for a couple more years until I need to return again, I will continue to refer this spa to my friends and family!

Brought my Mustang in for an interior cleaning a few weeks ago. Desmond goes above and beyond. My car turned out cleaner than when I bought it. I will definitely be back!

Took the wifes car here to get window tint. Place is immaculately clean. The guy who does tinting seems very knowledgeable and explained the different films in great detail. I dont say this lightly or very often, but its obvious the pride he takes in his job.

The customer service is just as good as their attention to detail. Brian did the tint and it came out great--make sure you get the windshield tinted as well. And Desmond made the car like new again with the ceramic coating. I highly recommend them. Thanks, guys!

I went in for my car to be detailed and they amazed me!! They had done did my headlights, my car smelled sooo good and they even washed it for me. I was so happy she looked so pretty I couldn’t stop smiling. The price is reasonable and well worth it for what they do. I’ll be going back to get my car painted, and my windows tinted. 💯😍

Winter Park Auto Spa is the place to go for high quality work. As a new customer, I called to set up an appointment and was given prompt and polite service. When I arrived to have my windows tinted, I was impressed away by the incredible knowledge and expertise of the owner and employees. They walked me through the entire process, showed me my options, and suggested the best window tint for my car. The time and care they spent with me left me feeling excited to get my car back in three hours. I was even offered a courtesy ride back home! When I saw the finished product, I was very pleased. My car looks incredible and the tint comes with a life time warranty. These guys know what they are doing and provide excellent service. I will be a customer at Winter Park Auto Spa for life!!

I took the emblems off my corvette and there was a bunch of residue that I couldn’t remove. I spent hours on it before calling these guys at 4 PM on a Saturday. To my surprise, Desmond told me to stop by. He got the residue off in less than a minute with a clay bar. Amazing service, Desmond was awesome for helping me out today. If you are looking for quality work, this is the place. Martin (I think hes the owner) really went out of his way to go above and beyond. I had my car detailed here previously and they did an amazing job. This is not your typical detail, it is much more thorough and they put a coating on that makes future cleanings much easier. I just visited again today after realizing that I ran over paint on the highway and it was streamed across the side of my car, in the wheel wells, and on the tires! I was devastated and didnt know what to do. Martin came to my rescue and did an amazing job and I could not be more thankful. He gave me a very fair price too, considering the work involved. Thank you Martin and Winter Park Autospa! You are the best!!!

I had 2 cars recently tinted by Winter Park Auto Spa and couldnt be happier. They are the best in the business. I have had multiple tints on various cars and this is by far the best quality I have ever had. Well worth the money you wont be disappointed.

Walt and the boys really know their business. I hadnt had my wifes car detailed in quite a while so I decided to surprise her with a little treat. Not knowing where to go I did an Internet search and found Winter Park Auto Spa. I called them up, told them about the surprise and they got me right in. After talking to them I was sure I had taken it to the right place. They did a fabulous job. The dog hair from my Golden, totally gone. They even went so far as to pull the seats out to remove the hair under the seats. Okay, that was pretty sensational but then they actually got touch up paint and took care of the paint chips. Truly above and beyond and when all was competed it looked like a new car. My wife was thrilled. I was trilled. Next week Im taking my truck down.

A full detail is $270.00 at Winter Park Auto Spa. For this kind of money and the pitch I was given my expectation was that everything I was told was being delivered. My vehicle did come back cleaner than it was when it was given to Walt and the crew. However many details was missed. I thought I gave my vehicle to a detail shop not an over priced car wash!! The car still has visible scratches(a better buff would of fixed this problem especially in an area where we had a magnet), between the seats still has crumbs filth, wheels wells still dirty, the side door departments still dirty, not one area touched up with paint as promised. I was told as part of the pitch that they would touch up the vehicle with paint! Well I went back today because it wasnt done which I did point out when I picked up the vehicle ( it was closing time when I picked the vehicle up and the man in charged was gone for the day) and was told by the owner if I go and get the paint they will do it. If I go and get the paint thats ridiculous my receipt says it was part of the deal. I am sure these guys meant well, I honestly believe most people do. However they fell real short on a promise that they had assured me would be delivered for the $270.00 I paid plus taxes. I will not speak ill of the tint job it appears that everything is kosher with the tint, thanks. My total bill out the door $676.28 so anyone reading this can understand my frustration. Will I go back with the paint no I will not!!! Time is a commodity once it is spent its gone I was paying them for their time to get the paint and do the job.

I had completed my research while we still lived in Maryland, we just moved to the Orlando/Winter Park area and I wanted to have tinted windows installed in my wifes vehicle. I had read some very positive reviews and have to corroborate them. I had a wonderful experience today, I had them tint the front windows, they were able to successfully remove all of the dead bugs from the front of the car that I was unable and installed a transparent film to the front windshield that block 99% of the UV rays coming into the front of the car while also keeping it cooler. Mario and his staff were professional and informative. I fully intend to bring all of our vehicles to this establishment in the future. Youre rarely in business for 40+ years without taking good care of your customers. I strongly urge you to give them a try and youll take all of your vehicles there.

After driving past Winter Park Auto Spa on Fairbanks for years, I decided to give them a try. I figured theyve been there for years, they must be good. They certainly proved that to be true. My wifes eight year old black Acura had its share of light scratches, dings and wear and tear in general. The first thing my wife said when we arrived to pick up her car, was that it looked like it did the day we bought it. With few exceptions the car was flawless inside and out including the motor. Gone were light scratches and buffer marks on the exterior, the leather seats looked new again, and every nook and cranny of the interior was spotless. The owner and crew obviously take pride in their work. Someone said WP Auto Spa is a hidden gem. They got that right.

Called them at 7:00 on a Saturday morning and someone answered the phone. They got me right in. Their shop is the cleanest Ive ever seen and theyve invested heavily in keeping their garage dust free with special screens and exhaust systems for the best finished product. The owner was a joy to talk to - very knowledgeable - and offered me a ride home while they worked on my car. This is a real hidden gem. What other tinting service can claim to be in business for 37 years! They helped me choose which tint would work best on my car, and the end product was perfect. Lifetime warranty.

$300+ & left with greasy armor all coated leather seats. For this price I’d expect to be asked what kind of finish I like... but does anyone really prefer the slime finish? Disappointed.

Awesome work. Ive taken both my vehicles to them in the past month and both times they came out better then expected, and better than any other detailers Ive found in Orlando.

They are not consistent with their pricing.. called one day they gave me one price, called again and they gave me a different one. It all depends on who you speak with at the time.

Owner is a nice guy but this place really pissed me off last time i came. I was told it was 225 for my truck then when I arrive I have this dude who looks like he just got released from prison is in my face telling me the 225 price I was quoted should have been much more and offered me a deal at 300. I said fine just because I had cleared my schedule and made time for this to take the half a day it takes. When I picked up my truck there was dirt and dust all over my interior mats, then when I got home I noticed wax caked in the emblems of truck, bottom line was my truck looked OK but not even remotely worth the 300 I paid. I didnt tip the guy and they called me the next day asking if I was happy. Since they called I told them no and they offered to fluff up my truck for free next time I was in the area. No thanks, the place is already out of my way and honestly, back in the day when the owner used to detail the cars it was great, now a days he just counts the money, I feel bad saying that because he seems like a cool guy but its true. I would avoid this detail shop at all costs, much much better options out there.
