It was recommended that I hire Thomas Gillmore. I was 1 of 2 clients in the same case: Gillmore contracted with my now Ex, plus he contracted with me - splitting the cost/services of the business assessment. The 2 contracts placed Gillmore as a neutral party in this case and assessment. My initial impression was not great; as time and the process progressed my opinion rapidly deteriorated. Why? Gillmore BREACHED my CONTRACT by sharing information to the opposing party. I found it on the shared drive used for information exchange for the assessment; which I still retain the date/time screen shots. Strike 1Gillmore also indicated to the other party in writing that he needed to investigate a second company, feeding into the oppositions unfounded claims. Wouldnt a true expert know a D-U-N-S number was assigned due to a physical address for the company? Strike 2Further - in this case, both sides/clients were required to fill out a questionnaire for this assessment. The contract stated, if needed, Gillmore would complete/interview verbally to assist with the questionnaire.Gillmores business assessment was submitted INCOMPLETE, including my response only. Even after requesting the data be obtained and included, it was not. The assessment was not FINISHED. Strike 3RUN AWAY -- DO NOT USE THIS GUY!
