I needed a GTI headliner redone in original color, and needed it done quick. Bill talked to me on the phone first for some time sharing his knowledge. He could easily write a book. Hey, this guy really knows his stuff! I did a little bit of work for him, and while I was there I heard him talk to all sorts of people about the work that he does. Main overtone I got was integrity - he didnt want to bother taking the job if he couldnt do a very good job at it. he spent a lot of time clearing misconceptions and setting customer expectations, which you dont really hear much, most guys just try to sell you and move on. This guy seems to go the extra mile so if I ever have a headliner done hell be the one I call!

I just received some anthracite fabric to recover some parts in my 2000 BMW M5. After buying a few different products with none of them matching from other vendors I was happy to see that this is as close to original equipment as possible, maybe slightly lighter in color but still an excellent match. My only complaint was that the fabric shipped in a paper covering that tore between here and the distributor. Regardless for the other BMW owners out there who are in search of fabric, look no farther and save yourself some headache, this is the place to go.

Ordered what was sold as OEM Landrover lr3 material. What I received was a standard aftermarket material that I could have purchased from my distributor for 7.75 a yard, for which they sell for 153.00 claiming it to be OEM. It doesnt even come close to the color or texture of the original headliner. Been installing headliners for over 10 years. Never seen anything this misleading. Beware of the product here.

If you are like me & have been around old European cars for years, youll realize within a few minutes of speaking with Bill, that youre talking to someone who knows every nuance of your interior. If you are anywhere near Orlando with your M/B, BMW, Audi, VW, Land Rover or Jag just go there. This was the best auto experience I have ever had. I own a 2004 Jaguar S-Type, and the sunroof was tilted about a centimeter up and would not shut. I called 15 different business including 6 dealerships and 9 mechanics over the course of 2 months. None of them wanted to even look at it because it was a Jaguar or because they wanted to sell me a whole new sunroof for $2000 instead of shutting it. I went to the shop with water building up in my car. I was told by the dealership it was from the sunroof which is after market and they couldnt fix it. The headliner fabric was previously creased and the center part ironed out, but still showed. I ironed the edges, trying to decide if I was going to use it or not. I called around found the exact fabric for about $100 LESS locally and no creases! I installed what I had since Id purchased it and the result is better only because its not hanging down off the roof. I gave it 2 stars because at least they sent me something, even if it was poor quality...should have been sold as a second!

It was less than half the price that I had been quoted by the Volvo store.I had an issue with the headliner over a year later and they resolved it at no charge. Ive had a problem not being able to close my sunroof for MANY months. After searching numerous places and taking my car literally EVERYWHERE, no one was able to fix the issue. I kept looking around and found headliner express here in winter park. I drove an hour and 30 minutes to see if bill could fix the problem.within the hour I was there he was finally able to fix my sunroof. SCAM! BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I ordered 1yd x 1yd of headliner on Feb 20th and paid $119.20 including shipping. Today is May 1 and the owner has still has not sent my product. He is near impossible to reach but the 2 emails that I got back he made up excuses why he hasnt sent out my product yet. I am contacting my bank to let them know that I was scammed to try to get my money back.

They lied saying that their “Ripple Gray” (for older Rovers) material was OEM. It’s not, it might have a similar look but the product is a nightmare to work with, no flexibility at all. I called to get some tips and instead received not-so-subtle insults because of my “lack of experience”. Trust me I have plenty of years of experience, don’t waste your money here. Overpriced and rude! $600 for something that shouldn’t be more than $200. I found a better place that actually has the OEMmaterial at a decent price, not this expensive bs. So Ill start this with I didnt have Bill do any work on my car...yet. My GTI needs a new headliner and after talking to local shops that didnt have the right material I began a web search for the particular kind of headliner material used in my GTI, which led me to his website. After reaching out by email with a question, Bill asked me to call and then spent about 45 min on the phone with me talking (very passionately) about the proper way to recover the headliner and door inserts in my car as well as other high end cars as well as questions I should be asking any upholsterer that wants to touch my car. This man really has enthusiasm for his work and it shows in the way he speaks about it. Im not super close to Orlando, but assuming I cant find anyone as passionate, knowledgable, and willing to explain the process as Bill is, then I may be finding an excuse to make the six hour drive. If you are in the Central Florida area and own any number of imported automobiles consider it a luxury to have a man as dedicated to doing things the right way as Bill is, and give his shop a visit. We dont all have that same luxury, and Im sure you wont be disappointed.

My Sunroof broke, AGAIN, on my F150 Platinum. I orginally had it fixed in 2013 by Don Reid Ford in Maitland as my truck was not quite 3 years old and under warranty. I love my F150, but hate the sunroof. When it broke again, I wanted to find a good reliable shop close by that would do the work fast and reliably. I searched around and was recommended to Headliner Express. After speaking to Bill, the owner, it was very obvious that he knew the problem with the sunroof and could fix it in a timely manner at a fair price Unfortunately, like many products made today, the best way to fix something is to just replace the whole thing, as replacing parts takes as long and cost as much and may not be as good. Bill replaced the sunroof and I picked up my truck the next day. Bill and his team did a great job and the new sunroof works great. I highly recommend Headliner Express. I am always looking for a company that does fair, honest work.

Headliner Express fixed a major leak in the ceiling as the drains in the doors and roof of car were plugged up after 30 years of dust, leaves etc. Then I had a small flood in the car as the drains at the bottom of the front wind shield were also plugged up. The entire carpet had to be replaced... which even before the flood... needed to be replaced. Both leaks happened within about 2 years. These projects were big projects and took a tremendous amount of craftsmanship and skill to get the car back to near museum quality. This is a show car.You will not be able to find another company that takes care of these types of interior repairs.
