Orlando was great to deal with and the work they did was flawless! He was professional and obviously knows his business. He recommended that I put a claim in for the pretty bad hail damage while they finished the collision work and now the car looks better than when I bought it!

I was set up by my insurance company State Farm to have my vehicle fixed here.It was squished on a lift at the dealership for the first oil change. Leaving a foot long dent in the crease of the hood, a dent about 7” round, paint chipped on hood, and above the windshield.I believe I spoke to Orlando who was rude off the bat telling me there was no way that happened as lifts have stops.Then he proceeded to tell me they will do paint less dent repair, and will not be replacing the hood.I informed him I most certainly want the hood replaced and was not accepting paint less dent repair.He claimed insurance demands it.I would not accept some shoddy job on my brand new Jeep.Poor customer service, will have elsewhere fix the Jeep!

Ruby didnt deal with CarStar. Jessica Cook went to use CarStar located on Forsythe after my car got rear ended. The staff are friendly and professional. My car was totaled out before it was repaired. Sam removed the plate and Orlando Sr. switched out the radio. They didnt rush me when collecting my personal items.

Wouldn’t give me an estimate for hail damage. I was asked to drop off the car and commit to repair without an estimate.

My car was rear ended by another driver their insurance paid for the bumper damage but I was Surprised to see carstar was an excellent auto shop Orlando took care of the damage so fast and the car is in great condition the service was great!! Thanks CarStar! They also vacuumed the car nice touch 😊

The work done here is almost nearly perfect. The shop owner takes pride in perfect work on every vehicle that comes to his shop and won’t let it out until it passes his own inspections. I recently brought in my Mercedes for front and rear end damage and without a doubt it came out just as good as the original factory look. Highly recommended.

In the wee hours of the morning a drunk driver hit our Toyota Avalon and plowed it forward 60 feet into our sons Silverado. The Avalon was totaled and the Silverado had significant damage to the passenger side and bumper.We worked with Orlando Torres who provided exceptional service, keeping us informed on damages, working with our insurance company and keeping us posted on progress along the way. Best auto shop in orlando. The owners are very helpful and very nice. Got in a car crash? Go here. The owner inspects every vehicle that goes out of the shop as its finished to make sure it looks brand new. If it isnt right they will make sure it gets fixed and fast.

Multi-Store national chain of individually owned body shops. Front office is nice but all body work goes on in back shop which isnt as nice as the front. But they are aluminum certified and have all the modern equipment to get the job done.

I didnt want to write a bad review for this place but I just about had it with the amount of things installed carelessly on my car. I took my 2008 nissan 350z to get my rear bumper fixed and passenger side quarter panel fixed from an accident. I knew this place had an expert painter so I decided to take my car here and ignore the Allstates shop recommendation. The paint is a dead on match but everything else was just horrible. The effort taken to install the rear bumper and all the interior plastic trimming is absolutely pathetic. Nothing lines up correctly. The bumper doesnt line up with the quarter panel, the trunks interior plastic trimming isnt clipped in, there is about a half inch gap between the bumper and the trunk, and the list goes on. If you want a part of your car painted then this is the place to go but DO NOT have them assemble your car here. You are better off doing it yourself no matter how knowledgeable you are.
