He was able to hide a missing button on a suit, get a large variety of shots, and fit us in his schedule on short notice. He got so many great shots we are going to be able to have a different image on each piece we are having created. Well worth the money for the excellent quality!!

Sign contract in March for my daughters Sweet Sixteen, called, called and emailed. No one ever available, office in Winter Spring always closed. First contact late September from a David. Poor customer service and not professional. Gave them $500.00 dollar deposit with high expectations but was very disapointed how it all ended. This person called David offered a solution to just refund my deposit but then turned around and didnt. It almost felt like they forgot about my events and than were trying to pretend they didnt. This is not the company you want to do business with? This was not a magic moment at all. More like a awful moment! The correct and honest thing for them to do was to refund my money for their lack of service and attention but of course they did not. I should of trusted my instinct when I notice no phone calls, no follow-up?

Horrendous service,as bridesmaid for a bride who is still fighting to get her photos 4 years to this day later that i might add had been paid in full at the time which cost a hell of a lot of money. Constant emails sent to the office with no reply, also contacted through facebook and various sites again no reply. Good enough to take her money in full and produce no photos of her big day that we flew to Florida for. Disgraceful way to run a business and we will be seeking legal action !!!

My wedding video minutely retells every little detail of the marriage. I still remember that the videographer forged friendship with me and this made me easy in front of the camera.
