I had called another company first and waited for a call back. After waiting a few hours I checked other options and found Energy Savings Systems. Dale answered right away and made the appointment so he can visit my house and give me an estimate. He visited my house, took a look in the attic and the next morning sent me an estimate. The pricing was very reasonable. This Friday they come to do the work. Will update once that happens.

I hired Dale Aldrich to replace the insulation in my attic last February (blown in Fiberglass). I went with him because his estimate of materials needed seemed most accurate and he worked directly with Duke Energy to get the rebate. After considering the cash pay discount he allowed he ended up being the least expensive contractor to do the job. It is paying off as my electric bill has been down every month since then. He was also super flexible in working with us and very responsive.Thank you for your work, Dale!

Bill was very nice and professional and helped me a lot with my insulation problems

I am am in total disbelief in the lack of professionalism from the owner of this company. I called 12 today spoke with Bill who was extremely professional, pleasant and wanting to assist me. He tells me I will get a call right back from Bob in sales to schedule an estimate I say great. Now 2 hours go by, and I call them back and I explain the situation. The man was extremely rude and unprofessional and told me he was the owner. Moments later I get a call from MIA Bob who is also rude. He must be related to the owner. This attitude is unprofessional and inappropriate. Once I spoke to Bill this morning I was looking forward to possibly giving them my business. But after waiting 2 hours until I called them back no apologies for the delay or anything just rudeness. I hope people read this review and stay away from this company. They are not the only company out there, they should want to earn your business and be a professional. Its too bad Bill was super nice. BEWARE

Great communication, Great Rate, Fast service. I Couldn’t be happier

Extremely unprofessional. They were scheduled for an install today beteen 9-9:30. At 10 I called because they were a no show. The rep told me they should be there and he would call.20 miuntes later, I hadnt hear anything and I called him back. He said the truck was broken down on the side of the road.I have another company coming tomorrow.
