One of the best selections of craft beer and craft whiskey Ive ever seen. Awesome customer service, and very knowledgeable!

Terrible customer service. Three employees near the front when I entered and not one acknowledged me. Selected 3 bottles ($108). Cashier said nothing to me except “wait for the green light before inserting your card.” Those were the Inly Words spoken to me in the 10 minutes that I was in the store. I was not asked if I found everything I wanted. I was not thanked for shopping at Regency. I was not wished a good evening. I will never return to a store where my business is not appreciated.

I found Regency on Google while traveling from out of town because I needed a birthday gift. This is not your average liquor store, it’s full of new and unique wines, spirits and beers. The staff was super knowledgeable and helpful! This is what all liquor stores should strive to be, a cool and unique experience for their customer.

Beautiful store with everything under the sun. Including PROOF Alcohol ice cream! Everyone who works here is kind and helpful. You feel welcome in the store.

Great selection and friendly staff

Fave store to get our liquor! They have tastings come in on the weekends, they deliver, they’re nice, they sell ice. Really can’t ask for more. So much better than Walmart liquor!

The loyalty to the customer has gone out to trash. I use to spend $300 a week on all kind of liquor . But just 2020 year they started price gouging on all the bourbon. I had enough, Why would I pay over priced bourbon when I can find the same bourbon online for much much less . I only wish them the best But I will never shop at this store no any longer . Like I said the loyalty to the customer is not there no longer .Good luck

A little over priced, compared to the prices you will get less than quarter of a mile down the road at Publix. They have pretty good variety of different beers, liquor and wine. Lots of beer I have never heard of or tried before and are way heavy on 4 packs for some reason. The 4 packs of beer seem to be more expensive then 6 packs and even some 12 packs you would get at Publix! haha

I always love browsing their wines and Regency is my go-to for great selection and value when I need a case or two for an event. Great service. Great selection. Great atmosphere!

Amazing selection and very pleasant people there!

I am an avid craft beer lover, especially sours. We frequent Florida a couple times a year for vacations. My wife and I enjoy visiting breweries that are close to where we are vacationing but I also keep beer in whatever house or hotel we stay at. Usually I stop at local grocery stores or the generic liquor stores in strip malls where im led to craft beer that I can usually attain in wisconsin. This time, I searched for a place outside the box and regency liquor is what I was led to. Im not the type to review often but this time I was compelled to. I was overwhelmed by the choices of premium craft beer, both local and from outside the area. Regency more than filled my itch for sour craft beer. They have an exceptional selection of all types of beer and were extremely helpful. They even loaded it into our rental for us. By far the best selection of craft beer ive ever seen while down here. Whenever we are within reach of regency, its the only place ill stop for house beers.

Donnie is always knowledgeable on rare ultra premium Spirits and knows exactly what my preferred taste is to point me in the right direction when I want to try something new. My wife and I have been coming here for years because of the expansive stock they keep on hand. Regency has a family neighborhood type of atmosphere like stores back home in the Northeast. My wife and I won’t go anywhere else. Keep up the excellent work guys.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Candace the “manager” is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever met. My card was charged and order accepted and was told my Candace that they will not be sending drivers to my area. Yet I have never had these issues before: She was rude and would not give me her bosses information. This is not how you conduct business now my $60 had been charged on a Friday and hours have been wasted. I was not even able to cancel my order. I would like to be contacted by the owners and let them know how horrible there store is being ran

Regency Wine and Liquor has far more selection of unique liquor than Publix or even ABC. They may not have the sales/discounts of the other two, but I dont receive any flyers on that. If you want something unique and above top shelf, Regency is the place.

I tried ordering through Drizly tonight, but there were issues. So I called Regency directly, and the owner was so friendly and helpful! She took my order right over the phone, and sent her delivery driver with it to WDW Ft Wilderness campground. The driver (Angelo) was a total sweetheart!! They have the best craft beer selection Ive ever seen in all of Florida. They have a huge selection of liquor, wines, and cigars available here too. The owners are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all their products, Super sweet folks. You have to check this place out if you love craft beer and looking for the perfect ingredients to make your own libations at home.PS: They also have lottery tickets and scratch offs, cigarettes, soft drinks, snacks and red bull.They also can special order items for you and ship them anywhere in the USA. Amazing!

My family and I are on vacation at Disney and I decided to try to get some beer delivered to our room. We are staying in the French Quarter and I tried to order online but it didnt recognize the zip code so I called and placed the order. They were very helpful when I explained the problem ordering online and got my order placed and it was delivered by a nice gentleman named Mike. I am extremely impressed and satisfied . I was going to try some delivery services but after reading the reviews I went with ordering directly from Regency I am very glad I did. I highly recommend them.

Very good, varied whiskey selection. One of the only nearby places I have seen Cragganmore, Connemara, and several others. Prices are fair. They do tasting events sometimes. Nice workers, like to talk about booze and cigars. Good cigar selection and prices. I also like their beer selection. They have some unusual stuff like Spaten Optimator.

They have everything ranging from what is found at a normal liquor store to beyond. There is a price range for everyone. They even custom order anything you want at a reasonable price! A nice little shop, but it is little. Only one brand of Triple Sec is stocked, for example. The website lists quite a few items, but upon closer examination youll notice that most of the items require pre-ordering.

My go to for out of the normal beers

Their beer selection is incredible. Stouts, sours, and mead that Ive never heard of. Almost all of it is craft beer, with a few of the regulars peppered in too.

Great shop with lots of selection and friendly staff.Would you consider bringing in Trois Monts Bier (3 Monts Beer). It is a flemish Beer that in my opinion is the Champagne of Beers. It is the best I have ever had.

You can tell that the owners really care about the customers and they are trying very hard to keep you coming back in! Even though its not comparable your typical ABC Liquor Store and the selection isnt as large, they will still help you find what youre looking for or something comparable to your liking. My wife and I normally go out of our way to shop at this location.
