This Dollar Tree always hiring. I see different people every month. I love shopping here. They have a lot of good stuff here!!

I literally watched the cashier being obnoxiously rude to the woman in front of me. She was upset because the woman was trying to return something and couldnt find her receipt so she had her items on the belt looking in her purse for the receipt and then found the wrong one. After getting obviously even more frustrated she proceeded to slam and shuffle the womans items around while she scanned them. The woman was a nurse and while the cashier made it clear she was upset and popped her gum extra hard and made sny remarks the nurse continued to smile and I thought wow.... She is an amazing woman and that cashier is a miserable person with no understanding she was down right cruel.

Great products. Great value. Employees are so understaffed and overworked and management doesn’t care. HUGE lines at 2:30pm on a random Thursday... and it’s so DIRTY AND GROSS ALWAYS!!

Vary nice store, prices are right and the employees are sweet.

It’s always a fun time to go shopping and see what they have at the dollar tree. My favorite thing to get here our gift bags and tissue paper. Being a teacher they always have great storage bins and treasure box supplies.

This is an older dollar tree that hasnt been maintained and is short staffed the lines are always long with 1 or 2 registers the selection is limited compared to others and it is filthy inside

When I went there yesterday to see if a product was in stock the manager suggested to me I just order it online since I’ll never find them on the shelf. Thanks for the tidbit! Maybe I should just order everything I need online since your subpar services as a manager would no longer be needed in person.

I love coming here when the shelves are stocked. However i would never recommend anyone to work there. Every single time i have been there the cashiers look tired and stressed. Always short staffed. High turn over rate. And the managers are in their little office on their a* not helping. I will share two examples. First one young girl was alone at register with line to the end of store. No lie. She paged for help and this older lady came up huffin and puffin all upset. Proceeded to open her register with attitude and yell my lane is open!!!!!! Second example just today. Young guy was at register alone again nothing new. And line was also to the end. This other customer yelled at the manager “ this guy needs help can someone help him please! Your the manager and suppose to be here to make sure store runs smooth. Not just sit in your office and watch him drown!” Manager yells “ we are in the middle of a shift change! We are short staffed!” I heard enough and walked out. Ridiculous management. Dollar tree CEO should visit them undercover and see how the store is ran. It’s seriously ridiculous. Not to mention employees trash talk one another all the time in front of customers.

Great deals; no complaints from that perspective however, management is not committed with the store at all. The floor is dirty; no maintenance. Shelves are empty and disorganized. I recently witnessed a cashier being rude and disrespectful with a customer. Manager was in front the cashier and did nothing to help the consumer understand why they couldn’t accept the return. He was more supportive with the cashier’s attitude rather being a facilitator between both parts. Customer was not agitated or confrontational; that could’ve been a quick fix if the manager and cashier were more professional. It’s sad for the consumers to walk through a kind of “third world store” just to save money. Some cleaning duties along with customer service training would help tremendously -at least for this store. Be inexpensive doesn’t mean to BE CHEAP.

Great prices and a good place to stock up on greeting cards and holiday supplies. The service is I guess what you would expect, long lines and only one or two registers open.No real issues with the cleanliness of the store and typically well stocked. Just hate waiting 15 to 20 minutes to buy one or two items.Your experience may differ.

I have been shopping at this Dollar Tree for several years, and have watched as it has declined in service with stressed employees who dont help anyone, high turnover in staff,, stock is always low, and nowadays the store is horribly dirty. I have vowed to find another store, even if it means traveling farther. I only give it a 1 because it does open everyday.

Please have a serious Discussions with employees about discussing political policies while working. Even if i agree or disagree with them this was not the time or place for it myself and a customer ahead of me where waiting .And had to bite my tongue behind my mask.I just came in for a few items not a political rally

Always a mess! Boxes in the middle of the aisle, garbage in the floors, everything is dirty. Shelves are not well stocked.11/15/2020 UpdateI want to give a shout out to Sherry and Isaac for their great customer service today. I had not been in this location for a very long time because how messy it was. Today I went in to pick up an online order and I was surprised. The store was well stocked, organized and I received great customer service. I could immediately tell that management and staff had change. Keep up the great work!

I purchased 14 xmas rolls of gift wrap amongst other things the cashier was quite RUDE was not happy I paid with a $100 bill and put my items in a bag and said have a good day I had to ask for a bag for gift wrap to which she said they wont fit without even TRYING. I managed to get them in and tie handles for easy carry.

Rudest owner. Don’t shop here

Items are never stocked as well as other Dollar trees and lines are always long and only one register open. This is a busy location. They should have more items in stock or open another location to be able to service this area

I dont expect great service at Dollar Tree. However,I also dont expect the cashier ringing up the person in front of me to point and tell me my empty basket belongs by the front door.But that happened here today.THEN after she rang my purchase up, she followed me to the door with two EMPTY baskets and said in a VERY nasty tone Well if youre not going to put your basket back, I. guess. I. will.Then she SLAMMED the two baskets into the stack! Really? This isnt even customer service...this was antagonistic, rude, and so unkind, I am still smh..........I have to tell you the name on the receipt said Karla!

Need to update the Web as it says your store is open and you are NOT! Very frustrating

The Dollar Tree has great products and at the fair price of a dollar. If you are ok with terrible service for decent affordable products, then I recommend this location. On the particular day I visited the cashier was to busy speaking with another employee during my check-out transaction. She even left the register (she was going on break) before my receipt printed. She tapped the printer and said please do. So, I assumed that meant take the receipt when it prints. I was a bit taken back by this, but not surprised. I dont think selling cheap products means bad service. The particular person could have done better.

Love to shop there! Lots of good stuff and everything a dollar. Great deals so go shop soon.

Has most items I needed at $1 an item.

While service is okay and the store had an abundance of items. I am truly disgusted with the bathrooms. They were disgusting and something I would imagine to see in a run down area and where cleaning products were not available. They are falling apart and the floors are so so dirty. There were mopping buckets full of water and darkness and God knows what else! The appearance of the bathrooms really made me question the integrity of the business.

When customer come in you always want them to feel welcome with a smile I dont feel that when I come in it feel like the worker dont want to be there it also need to be kept clean as well if your Manager dont care than your employees want care as well just need better management

Its dollar tree. Thats all I have to say. I go when I need something cheap for a DIY but thats about it. The people outside cant park for crap. Saw a minivan side swipe a truck a few times in the process of leaving once. Thats why I find it helpful to park in the back.

Dollar Tree is very close to where I live and I save money by shopping there. The staff is always helpful. At this time the store is extremely busy as customers procure necessities in anticipation of hurricane Irma.

Right price for average things that one needs. All for a dollar, $1.00. Everything. And great employees.

Need to teach your employees customer service and to make sure they doing there jobs not on the phone talking.

Amazing shop with a surprisingly good amount of items for the holidays. Was a wonderful time visiting the shop.

This used to be One of our favorite locations. The manager was very nice, the store was usually neat and well stocked. Unfortunately there has been a change in management so things are completely different now. Unfortunately there have been panhandlers sitting on the sidewalk near both entrances on more than one occassion, they are very intimidating too, not of the harmless variety. Just becareful and aware of your surroundings. Also make sure your car is locked. We had an empty gas can secured on a mini trailer that someone tried to steal until they discovered it was empty. Also now you have to have a key for both restrooms once I wished to go to the restroom only to discover finally that I had to now get the key upfront from a cashier. The lines were long with 3 cashiers, I felt sick so I asked the new manager could I have the key, he was very rude and said you have to get it from the cashier “Ma’am “ I asked which one he said cashier #1. I said thank you and waited in the line for the key. When I got up there she said she didn’t know where it was, someone must have it. Feeling like I was going to faint I proceeded back to the bathroom and knocked on the door. No one was inside, the cashier that said she didn’t have the key just happened to be walking with another cashier to the bathroom where low and behold the rude cashier that didn’t have the key used it to go to the bathroom and when she came out she held the door for another employee and she returned to the front with the key. I pleaded with the employee that she held the door for to let me go ahead and what happened with that cashier. She finally let me go. This store has changed this dramatically due to change in management? That’s sad and appalling behavior!

It needed matinence and cleaning. But, they have very good deals.

Do not shop here. The staff here seemed like a racist. I bought 10 different balloons for my party. She was like you must tell me each number as 1 time, I dont remember all. Next, three of those balloons were number 113 and she asked me for at least 5 times whats number?. My immigrated English might be not that good, but it isnt horrible that I cant say 113. I still remember that lady named Kim. My mom was there with me, if not, then I could make this as a big deal to store managers. I know you got what you paid for at Dollar Tree stores, however I had never been at any Dollar store such that horrible customer service

TERRIBLE! The associate manager caused me of stealing! The staff followed us around the WHOLE store. After paying for my items the associate managers stood at the door and forced me to let them in my bag. Even after they say I wasnt hiding anything, they threaten to call the police and never apologized. The people I was with were also caused. DONT SHOP HERE.

Its great lots of things just for a dollar, for howloween, Thanksgiving,also Christmas, every holiday they have all your decorations, and is very nice stuff, would rather pay a dollar, for the same thing other stores change 5 and up, wouldnt you😀

Tissue paper heaven. Easy place to get small things that become very useful: towels, small tools, levels, bungee cords, cleaning supplies, trash bags, or any other miscellaneous little thing.

The store is awesome. The employees seem miserable there. They talk crap in front of customers about how they hate it and even talk crap about other employees. As a customer i dont want to hear you gossiping. And trust me its all the time! Im a regular and it happens all the time!!! Like a tv show in there.
