This is and has been a nice location to live, And everyone has their own views . Westpointe Villas has been a nice peaceful place to stay..

Yes parking is very bad here. People who dont live here also parking in front of our place and we are handicap and had to park so far away. Some people have three to four cars per apartment?????

Me and my family love being here the only thing is I been been waiting for almost a year to have my master bedroom tub to be ready done, but tigger then that me and my family love being here and the Community around us

Parking is horrible! Never able to park in front of my apartment. Trash everywhere. Our apartment has roaches. Gym and pool are never open. Definitely would not recommend moving in.

First off let me say leasing management agents are really professional and take their time with the tenants. The property is very well kept. Maintenance men are very professional and friendly. I have on several occasions allowed entries to fix things and I had no issues. Requests are done on the website and completed immediately following with an email of completion. Pesticides are done as well every few months and I have no big issues at all even after the pouring rain. Neighbors are really quit. I had no problems. The neighborhood is also mixed with different ethnicities and ages. The only thing I can say can maybe be updated and fixed is the gate as it seems to suppose to be a gated community, mail boxes as some are broken, the gym is not dated and really small and the laundry room has two machines and two dryers and should be updated. I don’t use any of the facilities except the pool which is nice and clean. I don’t need to as I have a gym membership and am okay with doing laundry at a laundromat because I don’t have a washer/dryer at the moment. I really love living here and West Point Villas takes care of their tenants.

Love living here, pet friendly and even have garages! Staff is friendly and they’re quick to fix your problems, I do have just one complaint though; the gym is only open 8-5 and only on weekdays. People have to jobs to go to and it’s hard finding time to go to the gym. Also there are only 4 machines in the gym but only one of them work :( that is the only negative thing, please fix this! Thank you :)

Went to visit and I was so amazed at how quiet and clean it was and staffs was nice and very understanding and Katrina and Erica are wonderful,God bless you all.

I just want to give a shout out to the maintenance tech Tal and also to Dianna for their great customer service! I placed a work order and it was done quickly and with a smile! YOU BOTH ROCK!!

When I drive through here for the first time Jul of 2015, I thought, this is a beautiful place, I inquired further, applied, received my keys, And i was right, the then Mgr. Marty, was Customer Compassionate, attended to my needs n maintenance was efficient n courteous n expedient. Everything about the same residence began to change when Marty n then maintenance n landscapers, transferred n began to dissipate, Professionalism concern compassion responding to calls complaints the beauty that was, ALSO LEFT, Things that SHD be first priority, became ignored, rules that was, are no longer enforced for peace n peacekeeping, cleanliness of grounds are no more, And enforcement that SHD be, PRIDE that shd be of where one live And Eat And Sleep, is Non-existent. Guidance is NEEDED here, for Children n Some Adults, is NEEDED, I want that BACK without having to MOVE to live in the beauty peace n civilance that I and others deserve to live in, ESP if reasons for Rent INCREASE are found, So should Ways to enforce BETTER and increased Morale, and be investigated Also.

Lovely, cheap place to live in. They also have garages and are pet friendly. So that acknowledgement should give the complex a higher rating

I v been living here for 5 years and i really love this place this apartment is big i have a 4/2 1400sq foot and they is on ponite with every thing always there when you call them to fix anything in your place dont ask questions they just come out and fix it that the good the only thing i dont like they good up on the rent every year beside that this is a good place to live but i have to give it up i dont need 4 rooms no more😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘

Plan to post full story upon movingIn depending of outcome in our situation. We were due to move in the start of the month. We were soo excited. Everytime we get a move in date that something occurs. Honestly we never had this much trouble moving in. We been having to utalize our resources just to stay afloat. Its been hell. This Friday is our move date and very optimistic, as hard as its been.
